The best restaurants serving Asian food in Telford and Wrekin West Midlands

We had the special Thursday offer. It was great value, food was delicious very happy first time here. Would definitely recommend to people. Friendly lovely staff. Thank you for a lovely evening and the rose at the end was a nice gesture.

We were staying in Telford visiting friends , and decided to try Ashukaa for a family meal. We booked a table and was told it was bring your own Alcohol. This was not a problem, in fact I could bring my own decent bottle of wine. Anyway to cut it short. The Food was amazing!! Serious good flavours. Great variety of dishes. I tried a few of my family and friends dishes and they were all good. But I had a dish called Balti Rose… wow!! Yum yum!

We have been to the Kashmir restaurant several times now, and it has never failed to please, the food is honestly second to none. There is an abundance of Indian restaurants in our area and we have tried most of them, this place ticks all the boxes, the staff are genuinely very pleasant and obliging, nothing is too much trouble for them, they will adapt or create a dish especially to your liking, I cannot tell you just how good and tasty the food is, and there is plenty of it, particularly the meat content, and the prices are very good. It is unlicensed, serving soft drinks only, water on the table is provided, so remember to take your own alcohol, if you want to drink, there is a local shop to purchase alcohol if you forget. There is limited parking outside of the restaurant, and plenty of parking to the rear. They also provide a take away collect or delivery service. They have also recently undergone a refurbishment, which to be fair and truthful it was looking a bit tired but not any more, if you haven't eaten here yet, I strongly recommend it, you wont be disappointed.

Cosy Thai place located right at the centre of Iron bridge. You can have minimum two dishes of the menu, or three if you like. Maybe I just got unlucky but my tom yum soup was waaaaay too spicy (and normally I eat spicy food). The main dish (pad Thai) was good, and dessert wasn't to my liking. But my friend loved his meal, so I assume I just got unlucky and give it benefit of the doubt. Make sure you book in advance, as the place was full when we were there.

Unfortunately overpriced for what it is. Drinks extremely over priced. Food is OK. 2 people with food and drinks £110! Average night but certainly doesn't represent good value for money. Especially as we've had the carvery which is another level.

Sorry, not impressed. I like to be fair so I can say that the Naans were good, but the bright red goo that went under the pseudonym of a Lamb Rogan Josh was unlike anything I have had in an Indian restaurant, I mean how much tikka seasoning was in there I have no idea, it looked high on the scale towards radioactivity. There was a 50% reject rate on the bits of lamb, either sinewy or chewy, they were inedible. There was absolutely no spice, none, nada .. nothing. After some persuasion they were very accommodating to another diner with special dietary requirements, and the service was ok, but the food .. no, sorry, not for me. Oh yes, it was also cold .. both the room and the food were below what I would expect.
