Stumbled across this place while passing through Creiff. I had the most delicious vanilla oat milk latte and my husband very much enjoyed his mocha. Helpful staff and doggie friendly which is great! We never had anything to eat but the menu looked fab If we are ever back in the area I would not hesitate in returning

Booked here for a birthday surprise. Got a text message saying they couldn't honour our booking. No apology or anything. Very bad customer service.

We loved Vandal Perth and were gutted when it closed. So we naturally thought we'd try Dundee as we expected the same experience. Sadly the food was worse, it was incredibly expensive for what it was. The place was freezing and overall just a poor experience. You have to pay extra for fries, and they sneakily include a 10% service charge to the bill on top. Just pay your staff properly instead! Be transparent. Shame, but we aren't going to risk another visit.

We were very detained in getting to our destination because of an accident on the A9 and everyplace was closed by the time we arrived to town; our only hope was that the restaurant would be open in the hotel. They had full bookings but were gracious enough to squeeze 2 rather hungry and shaken travellers into the drawing room for dinner. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us given the circumstances. The pasta dish we had was off the chain, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. Well done, staff!!

Well I can't comment on food really because we never got to order. Had been booked for a meal before attending a concert across the road at concert hall. Went to bar to order food and drinks, waited far too long but that was OK as it was busy. To then be told they couldn't take any food orders for an hour!! Which meant having to wait to order then time food comes and time to eat it, just wasn't going to work out with timing of our gig. So had to leave. Was very annoyed at that as I was looking forward to it. Then when we left couldn't get anywhere else and walked about to only end up grabbing a chippy at blue lagoon. Then walk back to concert hall. Ruined the evening completely! What is the point in booking a table for food to then be told you can't!! Could understand if we had just walked in, but should be honouring bookings. So yeah thanks for ruining our nice night I had planned.

Empty cold restaurant. Food took ages to arrive... Food wasn't bad but the cold restaurant, lack of atmosphere and the sheer time to get food not a good experience... Won't be back unfortunately

It is a good crunch munch in crieff and the ice cream and snacks are amazing

Two Colleagues & myself ordered a take away from here. Never again. Total scutter. Food was diabolical. I ate one slice & was as sick as a dog 🤮

Took the money but our order didn’t arrive, tried to contact and all phone numbers were not recognised and can’t get hold of them for a refund, will not be returning

Not open for lunch yet leaves a rollover sign out. I have never passed this place open, yet still the sign catches my eye.

Tonight I went to dinner there with a friend and had a very negative experience. When I placed the order I spoke with the guy who served me to make sure that the burger I was going to order was not spicy, since I am allergic because they brought me the super spicy burger so I can only thank you for making me spend a night tonight. bad drink, since I have to take medication and have a bad night I will never set foot in that place again Rafa
