Crunch Munch in Perth & Kinross

Took ages to get here ordered at 4:10 and it’s 5:30 and still hasn’t came

There smoothies are rotten w the odd one being ok they take ages to deliver they say they delivered it then you wait hours for it or until you call iv had to call multiple times for my food or drinks to come it’s a joke such a rip off for something that doesn’t taste good and for the poor service it’s defo not it

I just don’t know how this company is still open. All the 1 star reviews are correct. It’s so bad. I ordered my food and the app says it was delivered. 3 hrs later I am still waiting. £40 for pudding and took 5hrs. Place is a joke and I would not order from there

Absolutely shocking service items were not delivered until midnight. Yes midnight, absolute joke, came 3hrs late and they felt this was okay. Worst part is this is the second time this has happened, first time the food never arrived at all to my workplace. They tried to say it did, luckily I work in an office so had other workers to confirm our food never arrived. Absolutely shocking service.

Wish I read reviews before our visit. Staff uninterested. The place was empty with little atmosphere. It took 20+ minutes for 2 waffle orders. Cutlery ( knife) was dirty. But although the waffles looked cooked... they were doughy in the middle. We didn't have time to wait for this to be rectified as we'd waited so long on order. £ 15 for two desserts,... do yourself a favour, buy an ice cream from a corner shop.

Had the limited edition pretzel milkshake and it tasted stale. The cookie dough, bubble tea and macaroons were nice though.

Staff are weird. And knowing someone who used to deliver for Crunch munch Told me the owner put spicy sauce in his burger on his break staff don't know what their doing stay away!

The customer service was good and the hot chocolate was really nice with a piece of double chocolate cake❤️

Good ice creams but a bit pricey

Food is good however there was an extremely long wait for 1 waffle and 1 milkshake when the store was very quiet. Tables were covered in dirty dished from previous customers and no one was clearing them away

I ordered the maple syrup crepe. Firstly no Ice cream with the order had to call back and get it and secondly by the time he came back with the ice cream my crepe was less than warm. Very little sauce and the crepe was pretty dry

It was so good I had the ice cream and it was so good would good again

Massive let down! Waited around 2.5 hours for churros that were like plastic and a waffle that was "meh" at best. Wouldn't rush back.

Ordered luxury ’hot’ chocolate fudge cake that came straight from the arctic.

I ordered a hot chocolate fudge cake and it came here cold and the chocolate was like plastic after heating it up myself. I also ordered the Nutella pancakes and they came with wayyyy too much „Nutella“ like it was absolutely overflowing. The pancakes tasted like store bought pancakes too. So will never order from here again.

Terrible my food was not delivered and the restraint owner was aggressive with me on the phone. When I pointed out the inconsistencies in his story he threatened me. I was also due to be charged an extra £5.50 on delivery which was not said in app pre purchase.

£20 no food, and then said they delivered the food then they proceeded to hang up our calls, called my friend racial slurs .

Too much choices here for loving chocolate, been once before and this place is amazing. Can't fault the place regarding sweets, puddings, cakes and the rest, staff are great and so helpful. You have to try this place 😘

No menu on display, had to download it. When my autistic daughter eventually picked something, they told us it was only available for online order for delivery even though it was prepared in the shop we were in, that wasn't very good. Only one staff member on duty, run off her feet on a Saturday tea time? Ice cream was very tasty but disappointed with everything else. Won't be back.

Someone call 999 my delivery driver hasn’t arrived it’s been almost two hours and we have not received our food I am starting to wonder if the delivery driver is alive

Came cold. They 'tried' to deliver it previously but was no knock at my door. Milkshake had clearly been drank from. Terrible service normally love this place but that was terrible.

Great selection of flavors. They were a little slow at getting my coffee ready (which I prefer to have with my icecream). They decided it was ok to serve other customers before returning to my coffee.

Me and my pal came here the other day I ordered a bueno waffle which was £5.70 I ACCIDENTALLY gave the lady at the till a fiver in coins which I thought was £6 she was very rude about it and had a rude tone to her voice telling me it was only £5 when my food got here I started feeling really sick and couldn’t hold it in not because of the food that was given to me but what I had to eat earlier the exact same lady was very rude about it AGAIN my pal asked for some blue roll cause I have just been sick the lady told her to basically shut up rolled her eyes and chucked the tiniest bit off blue roll ever, we just got up and left, I’ve always loved crunch munch the food there is so good but this time it’s the staff that put me off, I didn’t even get to eat my waffle

The young lady serving behind the counter couldn't crack a smile or greet us when we walked in and wasn't very helpful. The waffles were oversaturated with Nutella and half raw so we couldn't finish them. So, for 7.50 you get a half cooked waffle drenched in sauce so rich you want to be sick and one scoop of ice cream. And a cup of the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. No wonder the place was empty. Shut the doors. I don't recommend this place! Only good thing it had going was that it was clean and quiet 😂.

Everyone is nice who works there and the food is always amazing, they do great weekly offers too if you pop in.

Late getting a very simple pick up order and staff were rude

Purchased a sweet pick and mix box for £7 and was terrible. Clearly the sweets were not fresh as were all rock hard and all stuck together, marshmallows especially were solid and just snapped in half. Expected better for the price, a lot of money for cheap and old sweets.

Great food/milkshakes, tango blast's are amazing, delivery driver was great too, quick and efficient, delivered before it was scheduled to be, will order again 😊.

Massive selection of ice cream flavours. We have only been to this place twice ,both times had different ice cream and they were delicious both times👌

Me and my friend wansday it come with a brun cokes druge it was bad the last time my friend order 3 mistake he took the other one so not ordering 👌it’s look good but it was bad it was burnt

I would Buy all the time and then this was the last straw !! A cold cookie dough and burnt to a crisp ! And the delivery driver walked off with my milkshake! An absolutely rip off not worth it at all .

Over an hour late, cold waffles and wrong ice cream provided, I have used before and seen so many bad reviews on a local Facebook group but thought I’d give it one last chance, absolutely shocking service I’m only giving 1 star as I had to, do not recommend and will not be going again (also falsely advertising with a leaflet they have 5* reviews on just eat, Facebook, trip advisor and Google)

They take money and don't deliver.

Just ordered and waited 1 hour to be told that they couldn't accept the order. An hour!?😂 This place was my last choice to order from as previously its been awful but thought I'll give it another go. Seems like they can't do anything right.

The last time I went there with the children, very not nice staff who pointed out in an unkind way to my wife that my 4years old daughter walks on the sofa in socks and that this sofa is very expensive and it is not a soft Play. The wife and children did not finish eating and left. I do not recommend it, it is a pity that I was not there for sure, I would not have left it like this.

Food took over an hour and 25 mins kept saying on their page 'it may arrive soon' when it arrived after a phone call the food was not hot and I won't order again unless its for a milk shake

Went in got charged £16.50 for 4 dry stale bits of cake in polystyrene containers the cakep was £3 a slice which you would be better of walking to tesco and getting one of there own finest cakes for that price a slice. The coffee my dad got was served in a soft drinks Pepsi cup that could of burnt your skin off your hand if not for the double cup as for the coffee in it nothing more than flavoured milk best thing we got was the £2.25 ice cream wont be buying anything for a long time if ever again thats for sure.

Change the name on deliveroo but kept the crunch munch logo on the packaging😂

The worst "restaurant" I've come across. Deliver a total failure. I waited 2.5 hours for the order, and then I was informed that I should wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Been waiting for 1 hour and 45 min absolutely shocking time to take 🤬🤬🤬 it better be worth it...

Really delicious, their reviews for delivery are poor, so hey people, it's not too difficult, make your own waffles at home, add ice cream and sprinkles. Otherwise pop in, sit down and eat a slice or 2 of joy in comfort. Ok so the cool white LEDs are a bit annoying but waffles and sauces delicious.

Ordered 2 x waffles, and 2 x milkshakes as part of a deal, around 7.40 pm. Arrive time estimate of 8.25-8.45, deemed this acceptable. Around 9pm, I had called the shop to ask where my food was, but line constantly engaged. Tried 150 times. Nobody is that busy, phone just taken off the hook to avoid complaints. Thought at this point, just leave the order, will claim back from uber eats in morning. Food shows up at 10.30 - 3 hours after order. Tiniest little topping on waffles, tiniest scoop of ice cream too. So disappointed.

2 hours 20 minutes so far for a hot dog and a bit of cake. Service is terrible and they sent the wrong cake. Cake was not even edible as it was stale and rock hard.

The service was ridiculous for a Saturday only one person serving and preparing orders.

I ordered the food from the uber eats, arrived at the designated time to collect the order. Got there and nothing ready. Waited 30 minutes after the designated time. Finally got my order without cutlery. That didn't bother me but when I reached home and opened the order, it was Terrible. The waffles i ordered  are over flooded by sauces and presentation looked really bad. Moreover I called them they put me on wait and not only that they hang the call. So had to go shop again and ask them to replace it. First they are like might be you turned the box around that's why there is sauce all over and later after 35 minutes got my new one but they are not seems fresh and they are really cold. Won't be going back. Very expensive and not really worth the money. Just poor.

Advertises free delivery on orders over £25. I receive a call to pay extra delivery charge. I advised what the app stated and the chap says 'oh, you seen that! Its supposed to be only for town deliveries!' Well it doesn't state that on the app. Order arrived less the additional strawberries. £1.20 clawed back for delivery I suppose! We were not overly impressed with food or the drinks to be honest.

I had fun with their options for various desserts.

Love the banoffee speciality shakes. Go a couple times a month and rarely wait that long as I like to collect myself. Would recommend everytime

Doesn't open when it says quit expensive but the food is amazing

Really disappointed. I ordered cheese bites. They were actually chicken bites covered in some sort of sauce. Being vegetarian they went straight in the bin. Waffle was dry with a small amount or oreos and also went in the bin. Delivery took longer than the advertised time but did arrive when they said it would.

Disappointed with the hour and 40 minute it took for delivery.

Very bad , I was waiting for 2 hours and then called up and it was just being sent out . If getting delivered I advise you to order hours and hours before be prepared for the wait

Good food for a sweet treat and lovely staff it's just a shame there's not many on at one time so they get so busy and it's a long wait.

Amazing, me and a friend were just looking for a sweet snack and this place was the obvious choice 😂 the menu is extensive and the staff were lovely and knew the menu well, making suggestions and answering questions easily. In particular Sean was very nice and helpful, assisting customers and providing a top-notch service. Super impressed, my only problem now is trying not to come too often in case I end up unable to fit through the door. Only suggestion for improvement is to get a few more menus printed out as they only had one copy at the till, but staff did amazing regardless.

This place is brilliant, me and my colleagues always go here on a hot day for an ice blast

Really long delivery wait - waited over an hour for my order to arrive!

The desserts are awesome fabulous flavour

Put in an order but they had run out of the food I had ordered but rather than tell me on the phone when I plaved the order, they didn't tell me until I went to pick it up 30 minutes later. Couldn't pick what I wanted as an alternative as they were out of that too. They didn't even offer anything else as a way of a kind gesture for the hassle and the fact that I then had to go find my dinner elsewhere at 9 at night. Rubbish. Won't bother trying to eat from there again.

Well at least the desserts will not melt... from the cold service we recieved 😨

The cookie dough kinder was really awesome. Crunch munch is also one of the few that is open longer in the evening. The only thing I could notice is that the tables could be a bit cleaner. But otherwise really a must for candy fans.

Order took 1hr 40 to arrive very disappointing a slice of bought in caramel shortcake with toffee sauce squired over the top and tiny tub of custard all meant to be warm which was cold this was x2 costing £12.50. I could have bought it all from the coop myself for about £3.00 should be ashamed of yourselves robbing people and giving very poor service

Excellent choice of desserts ftom waffles and crepes to cookie dough and old favourites like cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding, so many ice cream flavours and reasonably priced

Not happy paying 3,9 for just wafer and 3,20 for an empty cone for a kid. Best part was i was told to pay 13.00 and when i asked for receipt they couldn't find it. They put the stuff through the till again just to show me it was 12.70. Weird how they rounded the first price up? Marinis is way better and at last fair and honest . First and last time there.

Ordered a delivery and was missing a cake. Shake seemed like it had been off and was very watery. Will try again next time, mabye and off day as last time i ordered food was okay. 4/10 this time though

Was missing drinks plus the ice cream was meant to be 2scoops not one scoop n trying to make it look like 2!!! The driver went bk to the shop to get my missing drink only to come bk with the wrong one £18 for 2drink n 2ice creams n they can't even be bothered to give u what u pay for, not happy especially since I have ordered at least 4times this week....

Crunch munch where staff wear one glove in one hand and hold the cone in the other with no napkin whatsoever right after holding money and not washing their hands. Ice-cream is decent.

Phone order was absolutely shocking. The girls attitude was horrendous and forgot half of my very small order more attention to detail is needed for such a simple task. 22.30 on 19/5/19

Ordered for delivery a few times now and every time the forgot something or mess it up. Long wait for delivery to then have to wait for the other half of the order to turn up. The pick n mix box of sweets wasnt worth the money its not even half full. The cakes were also stale tasting. Waste of money. Very disappointed

Our experience hear was awesome,fab choices shame they all come with calories 😂. My only downside was during ordering the music was a little too loud (I'm partially deaf and background noise interferes greatly) but I'm sure if I had mentioned it it would have been turned down just for a moment.

Place is nice .Ice creams are okay .i am Italian I Can tell if Ice creams are fresh, took slide of cake and It had the worst taste ever . I go there quite often because my work is Just beside this shop. The staff should work with some more enthusiasm and with more smiles. Too expensive as well . 2 scoops in a tub over 3 pounds

Went in for a birthday dessert, took over 30 mins after ordering, to receive mediocre products, churros tasted like the fat they were cooked in, kinder cookie dough was average at best, there is a cheaper alternative that's way better from wetherspoons and it's microwaved, poor show crunch munch.
