Crunch Munch in Perth & Kinross

Delivery was very late, spilled and I had to come to his car to collect as he wouldn’t do the stairs in my flat

The food didn’t even turn up I want a refund

Order never arrived and was refused a refund. I’m not down on £40 for no food and the restaurant to refuse a refund for only food. Not even the full money. Ridiculous from all involved

It took 1h 30 mins to arrive, even though the place is 10 mins away. This includes it being 45 mins later than expected. Despite the price the food tasted good. And the milkshakes had leaked into the bag and the cream for an extra 50p had melted. Not impressed not worth the price

Shake tastes off. Cookie dough drained in caramel. Both went to bin after 2hr wait.

Food took very long to arrive and when it finally did come it tasted stale as if it was sitting out for ages and the ice cream was melted!

apart from the fact that i paid 1.20£ for extra strawberries on my waffle and i only had 1 strawberry sliced on the whole thing ..the waffle was cold and hard and the delivery was 20 minutes late even if i already waited 1 hour..1 h and 20 minutes for 2 waffles is a laugh..

Words cannot explain how bad the waffle I have just had from crunch munch was. £22 for a waffle and a crepe the waffle had no sauce on it at all. Bone dry waffle with some biscoff crumbs cannot believe someone would serve this. Crepe wasn’t great ether took an hour to come also. 1/10 never ordering again went straight in the bin.

No sauce on waffle at all. Total waste of money and time waiting on this disgrace.

Didn’t even get my food after 2 hours of waiting

Wrong flavour of tango ice blast , The cake was stale, The milkshake was a small when regular was ordered. Over priced for what it was. However the loaded doughnuts and cookie dough were delicious and fresh.

Missing 4 items from my order. Attempted to reach out but no answer on the phone. What was received was decent enough quality but shame the restaurant never answered to figure out what happened to the rest of the order.

Order at 10pm arrived at 12:30 with a cookie dough that was completely missing out the order

Top quality food and the staff have unreal banter, best place in Perth.

Cold dessert spent 80 pound and I am sure the milkshakes was definitely contaminated it has a bleach tast and some milkshakes was all spilt in the bag this happened be last year and I am still waiting on a refund definitely needs seeing 2

The milkshake wasn't the greatest, and tasted weird made me miss Carmel Express

will not order again, got 4 sundaes and instead of them being kept up right they were tied in a bag and on there sides when they arrived.

I just wanted to order a takeaway and the woman who took the call just hangs up on me. I mean that’s so disrespectful, no wonder why they have just bad reviews that’s what they deserve.

Wish I read the reviews first. I could’ve walked the 45 min journey and back home again instead of waiting for delivery. Food was ok, nowhere near as much as shown in the pictures, not worth the cost or the wait.

You wouldn’t want to sit in here, it is dirty, grim, and late at night it seems like a hangout for people with no where else to be. The waffle I bought though was delicious. Fresh, tasty, and made exactly the way I asked (Nutella and malteasers, even though it wasn’t on the menu.) so yeah, order the food but take it home

There smoothies are rotten w the odd one being ok they take ages to deliver they say they delivered it then you wait hours for it or until you call iv had to call multiple times for my food or drinks to come it’s a joke such a rip off for something that doesn’t taste good and for the poor service it’s defo not it just orderd again forgot my Nutella sauce and the bananas were black from being left out absolutely shocking

Churros were cold and chewey and they called to request another 4.50 delivery as they said just eat got it wrong don’t use

Well I ordered a reeses waffle with extra flakes peaces and what I got was a chocolate topped waffle with chopped nuts on the top very disappointed it wasn't what I asked for when you are paying for something and having it delivered which isn't cheap.

So many varieties and choices to choose from. We visited more then we can remember for the 2 months we were in Perth. Must try all the flavors!

Delivery time was 9.05PM, nothing showed up, called the restaurant at 9.47pm to check the status, the delivery driver came on the phone and was very rude, stating they had waited outside for 15 minutes and food was ok the step, they also advised they left a voicemail (not true) I went out to check incase I some how missed it even though I was in the front room. Tried to call back as no food on the steps and my number had been blocked. Food had been delivered to the flats behind my house. Cold

Made an order at 21:20, meant to be delivered between 22:05 - 22:25, had to call them three times to see where the order was. Finally got it delivered after 11pm!!! Ice cream melted, waffles cold mush! never again!!!

Absolutely amazing service and ice cream 100% recommended Parma violet the lady serving us was so so nice I wish I could give it 10 stars

The food was technically great, but I was delivered the wrong food and when I called to rectify the issue, no one picked up the phone.

Absolutely shocking service. Order arrived over an hour late it was cold/ stale. It also didn’t arrive with the right products after eating all that. We are extremely upset and disappointed with crunch munch and willing to take this further if nothing is resolved.

Ordered at 12:07 and received a phone call instantly asking for an additional delivery charge. Order was then delayed and delivery time changed. The time shown on Just eat ran out and "enjoy your food" appeared on the screen but I had no food to enjoy. Another 15 minutes later I eventually received my order nearly 2 hours after I placed it. The items I ordered were either desserts which were already prepared and foods which were prepared that just needed a quick reheat such as Rollover hotdogs so the preparation of the food can't have been the issue. Opened the bags to find all the dips I had ordered were all wrapped it cling film together and had leaked all over each other resulting in regular food and dessert food dips being mixed together and only good for the bin. I attempted to salvage the dips but I didn't fancy a combination of toffee sauce and garlic mayo on my food. The mustard was very obvious not mustard. I don't know what it was but it resembled old left over curry sauce that had been lying for a week. Food terrible but I expected that as the place has a reputation for being bad. Only reason I ordered was because I didn't want any of the other places that were open at the time. Never again. 0/10.

Got Ice cream- it was good and manager was lovely Highly recommend especially during these wonderful summer days

my order hasn’t arrived at all, it says it has been delivered, all of the delivery details are correct however they haven’t delivered my food?

This is the second time ive phoned in to make and order and have been told there is nobody in to take my order. Not sure how that makes literally any sense as someone answered the phone. Was told i could order via just eat and select cash and yet after informing him this was not an option he told me he was sorry and hung up. Still confused as to how he could not have taken my order.

Says it has been delivered at 8 but I’m sat here at twenty to 10 and it’s not here yet. Can’t rate food quality as food not here, money paid but says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t.

Food was amazing! Enjoyed everything! Only issue would have been the cheese sauce from the chicken was leaking and almost leaked onto the donuts but luckily it hadn’t reached them yet! Still all tasted amazing!

Waffles are like dough cookie is the size of a pea and costs £1.50 incorrect toppings on waffles and milk shake and extra delivery fee as (out of town) thank you

Got my order wrong , phoned and said they would send out another which I never received.

over three hours late delivered at half one in the morning no communication at all hope the place shuts down bunch of scamming c*unts

this place is ridiculous. Never order from here. Food arrived 3 hours late at 1am! AND half the order was missing. £26 worth of order, missing. That is theft. Shocking.

Was really disappointed with waffles they have a horribly bitter taste to them. Wouldn’t order again especially when competitors have better quality and tasting food with more for money. Milkshake was nice and macaroons were just fine.

they didn’t deliver my full meal

Went into shop..ordered 3 crepes, a Hotdog, a cheesecake and macaroons. No other customers in shop. We waited 25 mins to be told it would be 5-6 mins more ..15 mins later , crepes were ready but they'd forgot to make the Hotdog so waited another 10 mins for that .. by that time crepes were stone cold and rubbery .. disappointed as we looking forward to it ! £42 down the drain

Estimated delivery was 9 and 9.20, asked for update at 9.35 as no update was given on app. Told would be about 9.45, still nothing - tried phoning 3 times until 4th time was answered at 10.10 and told should be there as the guy had left 15 minutes ago (meaning had left at 9.55), then told he went down wrong street. Arrived at 10.20 a whole hour after estimated, 2 hours since the order was placed. Food is cold and milkshakes melted!

The fact that we had paid by Apple Pay and the £3.99 delivery..then to be told that I had to pay £5 in cash because my card would not work,I had to walk to my cash line whilst I have a kidney infection..so I didn’t pay the £5 because my daughter Lexi waited 2hrs for a crepe and an ice cream milkshake that had melted..but Ben was a gentlemen and very polite

Crepe was abysmal had been microwaved, it was tough and crispy round the outside tasted awful. Cookie dough was more cookie than dough. Churros dragged this up but not enough to pull it from the despair of that crepe.

Food is great but the time it takes to deliver is not good, the driver did apologize but its still frustrating especially when the kids are waiting on their milkshakes!

We ordered at 20.15 and This order didn’t arrive until 22.35 despite 2 phones calls. On delivery there was an item missing. This didn’t arrive until 23.35. We ordered this as a sweet treat for our children! Far too late to be eating puddings at 25 to midnight!!! Absolutely terrible

Marked it down for delivery when hadn’t even sent it 30 minutes later and it’s the wrong order restaurant then don’t answer the phone

Ordered at 8pm said would deliver at 2115 latest phoned 21 25 to be told it was out for delivery phones 2145 to be told it was just leaving but there was lots of orders all going out so could be further 25 mins and also listened to two of the workers shout and one callthe other names . To get another on the app saying time had changed to 2230 for it to eventually arrive at 2245 . Wow won’t be ordering again that was rediculous and our sundaes were just slush.

Order was 1hr late everything doughnuts weren’t fresh and had a really horrible syrup on them that tasted like soap! Milkshake tasted like off milk and ice blast was like water all melted!! Had a bad experience with crunch munch before but thought it was a one off and tried again but clearly it just a horrible place for dessert do not recommend

I’m not usually one to leave a review but I am extremely unhappy with what I received, first of all the “fresh warm brownies” were freezing cold, the Nutella ice cream tasted nothing like Nutella and the loaded fruit, which I spent almost £8 on, was a tiny cup of strawberries with sauce that was more like chocolate water. Not worth the £20 I spent at all

The desserts and milkshakes were really good however, the milkshakes could’ve had more flavour to them.

Food was cold, chips and nuggets were soggy, “the route burger” was missing half of the fillings other than a burger, cheese and lettuce Binned the lot and went to mcdonalds

they was late because of a customer being far out so they went to them & was very late getting my order to me. plus they said a good will for being late in bag. there was nothing. not happy

not great could do with improving of service

Called restaurant as order was wrong due to allergy, said they would refund & have not. Not the first time this has happened. I’ve been a long serving customer but won’t be using here again.

The estimated delivery was from 5:25 - 5:45pm yet it was delivered at 7pm.

Still waiting on an order. It’s nowhere to be seen !
