Prompt delivery, courier cheerful, even helped me with my overturned wheelie bin.

KFC can’t seem to get orders right

I'm not one to write a bad review but yesterday's experience definitely needs shared, I ordered a quick box meal after a hard days graft of not eating all day, food was so cold and I got half a portion of chips littlerly looked at this burger half an portion of chips and 2 wings and a can of pop saying how an earth did this cost £17 odds, let's just say I won't be in any rush to have a KFC anytime soon.

The fries were loose in the bag and were cold. The chicken was luke warm and the pepsi max wasn't chilled. not what I expected.

They turned up and left and my order was not all there very disappointing

Burger was missing toppings that were advertised. meal was missing cam of juice. meal was cold... its not that hard to get it right is it?

The delivery driver was very nice, I gave him a tip which he was grateful for

I ordered an extra fries but didn’t receive also I ordered 2 Pepsi but I got 2 7up

delivery on time. but the food I ordered was not same like product that show in picture. shame of the food.

Took 2 and a half hours.. Food cold and the chips are just thrown it. And wrong juice. Not amused

After ordering the set, they put all the same parts in. The set should have contained different parts, but they explained that those were the only ones left at the moment.I honestly don't recommend it

For context: I ordered the boneless banquet for 1. Chicken and chips were unbelievably overseasoned with pepper. The entire meal was too spicy to eat, which I've never experienced from a KFC. Honestly, I couldn't even taste the chicken through the pepper. Toilets were filthy, the corridor to the toilet stank of urine, and the floors were sticky.

Once again they forgot an item!! Happens every time. If i pay my money for food i want what i have ordered!

Not only was my order COMPLETELY wrong, but my ENTIRE family is now suffering from food poisoning. I will be reporting this to the Food Standards Agency.

A total of 4 items were missing from my order, but because they were part of a bundle deal, I couldn’t get refunded for the items I didn’t get. This isn’t the first time things have been missing!

It’s was good and fresh. Just a bit expensive.

Whoever are on shift are a bunch of absolute heroes, ran out of beans so gave TWO extra fries and a coleslaw as replacements. legends. top tier service. 10/10. love yous x

There was a mistake with the address the restaurant were not helpful but the delivery driver was exceptional as he went out his way to get our food delivered to us thanku to him 🙂

Specifically requested a plain fillet burger with no lettuce or mayo in order comments and received with lettuce and mayo so one of the burgers had to be binned, waste of money.

My order has been marked as delivered despite it not having been. Female driving an E or C class blue mercedes, didn't even ring the buzzer. Restaurant can't do anything because it left their property

Ordered kids popcorn chicken meal came with literally 7/8 chips in the bag also ordered a regular chips which was left out of the order

Thai app changed my primary address, delivery driver went to wrong house and then phones me up giving me a hard time about it. I tell him my correct address and then he comes to my door and gives me more hard time on my own doorstep!!!

I ordered food over 2 hour never had my food but it says delivered . What kind of foolishness is this I pay for food and I don’t get my food and to top it off I have been phoning the shop it’s not going through ??

the courier was very polite & on time, its been a long while since we had kfc due to past bad quality but we decided to try again & I've never had a kfc this tasty in 2 decades, the skin was crispy like it should be, even getting it in the restaurant it was never this crispy so to get it like that delivered was impressive, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the one drawback was the chips although tasted fine they were very soggy but having it bee. delivered we didn't mind so much

Missing items in my order. Ordered a bottle of tango for almost 4 pounds with my food. It was left out and the app does not give me the option to say that a drink was missing.

There was a fly in my gravy upon opening it- not happy

Under new management and it shows. Restaurant was spotless after a busy Saturday,Food perfectly cooked . Staff happy and helpful and very professional. Have been back a few times since.Thank you.

Was given the wrong order even though I was asked for my code, phoned shop to be told it’s ’nothing to do with them, it’s the drivers fault’. Absolutely shocking service, have requested refund. What’s the point in having a code if it doesn’t work and avoid this happening. Fuming!

Never showed up and said delivered. As usual for Perth. Twice this has happened now and it only seems to be from here and McDonald’s. No problem I will be calling in to see who was delivering and I’ll be doing my utmost to get them removed from just eat.

Absolutely shocking, inedible food which was thrown in the bin and when complaining about it with pictures of the horrible meal, terrible customer service received and no compensation in the slightest... Awful

We ordered. As New Year’s Day, being pensioners, it was a special treat, overcooked chicken coating, 6 chips each portion, angry but even more so disappointed, this is so sad, we always rated you highly but not on this occasion.

Wrong items delivered. Now have an upset child because her kids meal is wrong. Fries given instead of mash and I was given gravy instead of beans. Absolutely useless.

JOKE! THe portions are extremely misleading do not expect to got a decent meal from this place. Portion sizes for burgers are TINY do not waste ur money on this expensive tiny food

Tonight I went to dinner there with a friend and had a very negative experience. When I placed the order I spoke with the guy who served me to make sure that the burger I was going to order was not spicy, since I am allergic because they brought me the super spicy burger so I can only thank you for making me spend a night tonight. bad drink, since I have to take medication and have a bad night I will never set foot in that place again Rafa

ordered a meal box that should have come with a 1.5lt tango, got a can of tango instead, also ordered 4 cookies and only got 3. everything else was ok. not happy that I paid so much and got less than I ordered.

Meal an hour late from the requested delivery time. 1 meal missing other meal cold. Popcorn chicken crushed and all over bottom of the bag. Disappointing KFC can’t even get fast food correct.

By the time the courier had eventually got here the food was cold.

Wrong food delivered again, lost ALL faith in ordering via here, driver less than interested in handing me the wtong order and I ended up having to drive to restaurant myself to resolve, not the first time either!

Shocking was cold phoned KFC they said my food left hour ago!! Delivery woman was ok but handed me a pizza which I took by mistake 😂😂

I am very happy with the delivery! The thing that I wasn't happy with is that fact that they wrote on the bag no cookies!! and they forgot my drink that comes with the meal!! That is ridiculous

I have written at length here and now dealing with KFC customer care who have show. The same contempt- no offer of refund for a twenty quid meal we didn’t eat. Horrible food outlet - avoid

Disgusting. Toilets smell throughout the store. We paid, then returned food after seeing toilets. Manager didn’t care when pointed out. Didn’t offer refund or apology.

Freshly cooked wings were delish. Defo recommend, hot,crispy & arrived pronto. thanks.
