Very dirty slow service and worst of all they have a rat problem

Disgusting dirty smelly wouldn't take a dog in there to eat tables greasy staff run by kids they looked like they could do with a good bath my first time and last wouldn't go back if you paid me every were was filthy needs to be looked at environment health very bad experience

Place was dirty and service was slow, chips under cooked, gravy was like water, people sleeping in the seating bays

The perth branch has always had a bad rep for being dirty, but hadnt been in a couple of years and hoped improvments had been made. Minging, went through the drive through, waited 10 mins on food. Staff just mucking around and chatting, you could see a pile of fries and chicken that had been swept into the middle of the floor and staff just walking over it.The guy that served us wiped his nose on the sleeve if his shiny before handing us our meals. Food was cold to the touch and you could tell it had been sitting out for a while, so straight in the bin and gutted I paid 23 quid for another grotty perth kfc.

Since when did a 4 piece chicken meal come with 4 drumsticks??? Get a grip guys.

Food took an hour, we didn't get half of our order and the food was cold when we got it.

I ordered a zinger super charger meal and I was given the wrong burger . How disappointing. They were also super slow and didn’t seem to pay attention to clients

Visited on a a Tuesday night just after 7pm. Walked into a very filthy restaurant. Rubbish and food all over the floor. Literally not a clean table in the place. We walked round and couldnt find a table that was free of food, drink, or rubbish. The restaurant only had 5 people sat at three tables so it wasn't busy. My chips and chicken were left on the counter waiting on the burger. As a result my chips were left to turn luke warm. The food was cooked well but thrown together. The burger wasn't well stacked and most of the sauce was outside the burger stuck to the box. At the end we couldn't fit anything else in the bin so had to leave our rubbish on top where the trays go. I won't be back. This restaurant doesn't have a good reputation in Perth and I can see why.

Poor service and our order was wrong. So disappointed and can't see me taking my small grandson back.

Ordered a popcorn chicken meal with a pepsi and two more servings of fries, took over an hour for this to get to my door. food arrived freezing cold and missing the pepsi i ordered. definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Called one night on my way from Inverness, Tables and floor was dirty half the seating area was blocked of with chairs, ordered of the screen for table service, food took nearly 15 minutes to come and I was the only person in the restaurant, staff were talking loudly and using bad language, when food did come it was warm and noting more,I could count the chips in the bag and the tango was so watered down I could hardly taste it. Worst KFC I have ever been in, If 0 stars was available that's what I would have rated it.

Always a bit hit and miss with the quality of the chicken, but overall the staff are always friendly and always working hard. And the dining area is always clean

I wouldn’t even give them stars with what’s just happened with in the restaurant food preparation area absolutely clatty the can get an order right and then decide to scratch her head no gloves then wipes her nose with the same hand and then decides to take the lettuce off the burgers with the same hand and place it back in a box the place is clatty the staff have no hygiene training what so ever so I would avoid like the plague

Toilets were a mess, the food took over 10 minutes and was not hot, I understand they were having a busy day but the poor one staff member was struggling.

I have a love hate relationship with KFC Perth. Southern Fried crispy chicken is my guilty pleasure and I love the hot wings but I hate coming to this place. Staff are lazy and simply don't care. The restaurant is always filthy and messy and they seem to prioritise online orders & deliveries over customers waiting in store. On my last visit we had to wait 30 mins for our family sized bucket of chicken. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant so it wasn't very busy at the time and when I complained about the wait stating it's meant to be fast food, I was told it's not fast food anymore as it's 2023 ! That's just very poor customer service and a very rude response from a teenager who clearly couldn't care less.

Hello! I waited 1 hour for my order, payment was taken from my card. But the order was not processed, the employees and manager are incompetent. They couldn’t process my order for a whole hour. I don’t recommend this item.

Food’s with so many hair , no ketchup mayo gives chicken too salty. I’m regular coustomer. Once a week I come with my family. Now I think twice for eat Dunkeld kfc

"Normal KFC" not my choice. I would rather roast my testicles, and this visit hasn't changed my mind!

Disclaimer: this review is based entirely on this branch, not the company. I have never in my entire life witnessed such an unfunctional work place. Walking in to this kfc is a bit like stumbling across a rolling scene from the walking dead, except all the actors are hired from blaire Drummond safari parks chimp Island, and judging by the state of the men's toilets, I'm 100% convinced that's where they all go to fling there feces. I can't begin to imagine how those poor chickens must feel, knowing there sacrificing themselves to get sent somewhere even filthier than the warehouse there intensively farmed in, not to mention being handled on arrival by those bottom feeders. After a seriously bad experience just recently and having to go through kfc's customer care squad to rectify the issue, I would strongly suggest that unless you fancy wasting your money and your time, make the effort to go to the stirling branch instead. The only thing I'd recommend on the menu is an empty cup for you to throw up in arrival when you witness the nick of the place. Kfc perth: finger licking good, more like where's my frickin food!

ABSOLUTE FILTH !!! Was in here on Saturday night . Lots of people waiting for ages for their food,one guy had been waiting for 40minutes.asked to speak to the manager and the guy said I can call him but it will mean you take longer to get your order. Tables were filthy ,food and stuff lying all over the floor . Don't get me started on the state of the toilets !

Food is ok as usually in KFC. My concern is waiting time. First I spent 10 minutes in front of the desk and no one asked me if I would like something. Then eventually after using automated ordering I still waited another 15 minutes for my order. Sandwich was nowhere near as inviting as on the menu board and it was rather warm than hot... That was my last visit there

Extremely long 20 minutes wait for my food and when it was delivered to my table it was just plonked down silently by some little geek.

If it was possible to give no stars I would, 1st of all the men's toilets were closed and had a sign use the disabled. The disabled toilet floor was soaking, the cistern was hanging of the wall and it didn't look as it had been cleaned in a few days. The service was mediocre when they had finished their conversion also not 1 of them had a hair net on. The bin was overflowing inside the store and also outside the store, I mean have some pride in your work. If I was management I'd put the staff on notice. Food in fairness was just exactly what it said on the tin and can't complain.

This is worst KFC in the whole of Europe the food is so bad we took it back for the dog as no one in our party would eat it and that includes the dog the chicken stank it was of and when we took the bag into the car there'was so much grease that everything fell out the bottom of the bag the staff couldn't give a toss if you served that in prison I think they would riot shocking and the place has to be closed down an absolute disgrace that this place is in Scotland it's giving us a bad name and one last thing one of the people serving scratched there bum before serving thinking no one saw disgrace

Ordered via the app on 23/10/23 and collected 20mins later. Although I requested to collect via the drive thru there was a wet floor sign placed in the drive thru entrance (as there was no flood in the drive thru I assumed this meant that the drive thru was closed). Parking was a bit of a nightmare as it was 17:15 and shared with a Bannatyne Health Club (giving you that immediate food guilt as you drive away with your fried chicken reminding you of the healthier lifestyle you promised yourself every new year resolution).

Service 5* chicken 5* so why the one star? For years ive eaten chips from kfc as i dont eat meat rest of family do. Excited when they offered a vegan burger - im not vegan but a veggie. I ordered the family’s food then mine i asked for the vegan burger meal pack to be told by the very helpful assistant that she couldn’t offer me the meal deal as the chips are cooked in the same fat as the chicken. Lesson here kfc do like mac donalds they cook all veggie products separately from the meat options if you’re going to offer veggie food funnily enough veggies dont like stuff cooked in chicken fat!!!! Just dont do it!!!!! I actually felt sick and no where does it say in the stores that their chips and veggie options are cooked in veggie oil. So upsetting to know this. Just stick to chicken kfc and dont bother with anything else!!!!!!

Took forever to go through drive through (25min+, no joke). Also had no original chicken fillets, everything had to be made with zinger fillets. Staff were pleasant enough but speed of service was shocking.

The food was ok. Service was ok. Ordering was not the easiest on in store screen because my usual Colonel's 3 pc meal wasn't available, so I had an alternative, which was nice. QR code would not scan. Restaurant was filthy, though, with tables that hadn't been cleared and cleaned. Staff were nice but service was unbelievably slow. Fryers seemingly were not working properly for some menu options.

This place is meant to open at 10.30am, but on my past four occasions it didn't open until after 11am!!! Can concur with other reviews here, and I am shocked that restaurant management or senior management don’t act upon it. Male toilets have been off limits for over a month now with only the disabled toilet to be used (which is disgusting - pics attached). This place needs closed down!

A badly run establishment, seems as if there is nobody in charge. I Out of wings and beans, once we had placed our order we were told there was no mash, gravy, ketchup , orange juice and they had forgotten to put some of our food into our bag , tasted absolutely atrocious, we ended up throwing the food away. Never eating at KFC again thanks to this experience

Bucket and chips and wings , absalute crap falling apart picking the pieces up ,overcooked burnt crust and black chips never again .

Food good but no drinks without added sweetners you should provide for all dietary requirements by offering sweetner free options for those with intolerances and allergies

Never, never again. £6.49 for a chicken fillet burger which had only a chicken fillet, a bun, 3/4 of spoon of mayo and honestly finger nail size salad in it. Shame i didn't take a picture. Please update photos in your menu for customers because what I got it was definitely not what i was expecting. In MacDonald you would have 3 burgers the same size if not bigger for less money than i paid for "that". Definitely the last time i ordered anything from KFC.

Missing items off menu - no rice boxes, no wraps, no blackcurrant fruit shoots for the kids... Toilets dirty with water all over the floor.

Item missing every time.. Sometimes half the order.. Shockingly bad. The food is fine if you go in to order, triple check it's all there and freshly cooked, but don't do home delivery. We've been disappointed with missing items Every. Single. Time.

Tables not been cleaned all day it seems - restaurant is filthy. Ordered food to be brought to the table but the only people that seemed to be getting food was the delivery folk for JustEat. KFC need to decide if they are wanting to just do deliveries and close down the sit-in option. Awful.

Was great food fast but again it was a busy day for the guys at KFC totally enjoyed the experience thanks KFC Buckets of fun filled at tea time.

Absolutely disgusting. Rubbish everywhere on the floor and outside. Rats can be seen outside by the overflowing bins. Not joking! Sit in your car for 10 mins and you'll see them. Waited 15 mins for a fast food order which was incomplete.

very poor service got, for a small order they took 35min to give( even not in a rush hour) with out proper checking they are giving the foods. after that we need them to remind those products are missing…. very unprofessional act from KFC……… !!!!

The tables are always dirty and the toilets are not great. Waited nearly 5 minutes to get served, while the staff, including the manager, were chatting and laughing out of sight. Manager then, when he saw me, started bossing the staff about as if he had caught them slacking. Staff are pleasant but seem inexperienced.

Ok, Maybe we caught them on a bad day! But when we walked in, most tables were empty....perfect!..but none of the empty tables were cleaned with bits of debris/crumbs/food particles on ALL of empty tables. We placed order on self order machine, but when food arrived, we had to ask the guy to wipe the previous customers mess from the table. If place had been packed, I would have understood, but there was a lull in customers when we went in. I was reluctant to review, as it was maybe just a bad day and perhaps they had been really busy earlier?...but I can only review my personal experience....sorry KFC Perth, but we will never be back.

Why are the chips always stone cold or luke warm in all these places McDonald's is exactly the same. Chicken was lovely though 👍🏻

We went in, the smell was that of urine, there was 3 tables in use all the rest were dirty, I ordered on the app then was told there was no chicken on the bone and would be 20min so I got mini fillets instead. The bin was overflowing, not a good experience at all. I have been into this KFC several times and never been run well but today was particularly bad, no orders being made and staff are standing behind the counter talking nobody out cleaning the mess. Probably will not be back to this KFC.

Waited ages for food and then discovered my order had been sitting for who knows how long on the side and noone knew who put it there. Won't be going there again. Should have known better. It was this bad last time too.

The absolut worse restaurant that can exist in Perth, this dump should be closed. Inside is very dirty . When I have been inside to order, no costumer was inside and still this place was disgusting. When I wanted to order I had to wait 10 minite for somebody to speak with me and wheb they speak the staff was very rude with me!!!!! Places like this should not exist. I don't ubderstand how people can eat from dups like this. I left right away!!!!!! Please avoid fpe your own health!!!!!

Never had complaints for KFC the food is I have always gotten always pipe.can be sometimes busy and tables not been cleared it's better than Tim Hortons as it's cheaper and food it warmer.

Dry chicken, tiny portion of limp and tepid fries. Distinct smell of urine from the open toilet doors and the waste bins are all full. Great place for lunch - never again.

Horrible!! We waited for about 30 minutes for food that was not coming. Because they had a new team member who was still learning to fry the mini filets. Understandable but we were one of the 2 people in the restaurant and about 3 deliveroo/drive in orders. Ended up asking for a refund to go somewhere else. Manager was not apologetic at all. Although the server was nice about it and apologised.

Went here today for lunch with my wife. Can't believe some of these other reviews as we had an excellent visit. Easy ordering and payment on the screens, the food was quick, delicious, fresh and hot. The staff member serving was a young cheery lad. Wasn't overcrowded, got a table no problem. We will be back.

Food is not fresh, Fries are always cold, and oily. When it comes to the cleaning, Dumping yards are better. Toilets also smelly, and not in a cleaned manner. The only advantage is It is located in the centre of the town with good parking facilities.

What an absolute waste of money. Waited for 25 minutes after order fir food, it was lukewarm and nothing like it was supposed to be, had to take chips back too, the "large" barely filled the tiny wee tub. £32 for next to nothing, gotta be the biggest rip off in fast food. New review 2023 (one star) : Visited with my partner, was fairly quiet which is alright. Ordered boneless banquet, mini filet burger and a few other things and the price felt a little too much (almost £24 for a few items). Requested no letttuce on mini filet and was given lettuce, only one guy on front dealing with delivery drivers and ordered two extra bbq filet wraps (no lettuce) and both had lettuce. Overall, clumsy back of house staff for not paying attention to order requests, pretty quiet and overpriced. I gave it a chance and won't return now. Sorry --- ORIGINAL REVIEW 2019 (one star) : Posting this review as I wait for my meal. It has taken 15 minutes just to get served (One cashier who was overworked to complete only 3 orders that were backed up because of the kitchen and another 12 mins just to get a popcorn chick snackbox and a wrap. Sadly the restaurant was also a mess. IMO, they need more staff to help out the already overwhelmed ones. Probably won't go back unless a friend is going.

Update… they must have a new team in today. Or “the dream team” - I ordered a zinger tower and actually got one!! Not only that. It was PIPINT HOT!! so… I have added a star!! - KEEP IT UP GUYS! (A review from a few weeks before) I usually ignore the fact that the fries are rubbish and they don’t serve full fat Pepsi because I am partial to a zinger tower… But.. for the last 4 or 5 times I have been here and asked for a “tower” and paid for a “tower” I receive a standard zinger! How can an establishment like KFC not understand that accuracy is key? This is one of the worst KFC’s I have ever been too and the reviews seem to confirm this! Such a shame…

Great drive thru but restaurant experience can be hit and miss. Food can take up to 20 minutes when eating in and cleaning not done enough in dining area.

It's a KFC, best place around of you want some cheap and quick fried chicken. Not much else to say.

Had to clean our table. Asked for something to wipe table down after clearing all the left overs and was pointed towards an green buckets that had a cloth swimming in chicken and oil. Only writing a review as this the second time we've visited and its been filthy.

We have used this KFC a few times as its convenient on our way to and from the moray coast, Perth falls half way. We will be finding somewhere else in future as the service is ridiculously slow. Ordered on app last time and it took 45 mins from arrival to get our food. We ordered in the restaurant this time and still took over 30 mins. Its not particularly busy so I guess they don't have anything prepared.

Don’t usually post reviews but just had the worst experience at this kfc. Terrible service and immature employees.

I like to call a spade a spade so when I see the mashed potato containers with only about a third filled, I think what a waste and why didn't they just fill smaller containers? I don't like this wasteful 'low tide' filling policy so can't give them a decent rating as it wasn't a decent serving size. The staff member also didn't know that a large mashed potato was supposed to be two of those smallish pots and not just one.

Food average tbh. Wasn't impressed with all the male staff sitting, eating at a table while all the female staff were working hard then to hear, what I think was the manager, tell the lady who was already busy cleaning to go clean the toilets. Shame on you if you are the manager!

5 stars for the buckets of chicken; delicious. However, on this occasion, I got the zinger stacker, and I would rate it 4 stars; chicken was yummy, but that cheese is gross, and you really can't get it off, I've tried. Other than that, very pleased.
