Once again they forgot an item!! Happens every time. If i pay my money for food i want what i have ordered!

A total of 4 items were missing from my order, but because they were part of a bundle deal, I couldn’t get refunded for the items I didn’t get. This isn’t the first time things have been missing!

Whoever are on shift are a bunch of absolute heroes, ran out of beans so gave TWO extra fries and a coleslaw as replacements. legends. top tier service. 10/10. love yous x

There was a mistake with the address the restaurant were not helpful but the delivery driver was exceptional as he went out his way to get our food delivered to us thanku to him 🙂

Specifically requested a plain fillet burger with no lettuce or mayo in order comments and received with lettuce and mayo so one of the burgers had to be binned, waste of money.

My order has been marked as delivered despite it not having been. Female driving an E or C class blue mercedes, didn't even ring the buzzer. Restaurant can't do anything because it left their property

Ordered kids popcorn chicken meal came with literally 7/8 chips in the bag also ordered a regular chips which was left out of the order

Thai app changed my primary address, delivery driver went to wrong house and then phones me up giving me a hard time about it. I tell him my correct address and then he comes to my door and gives me more hard time on my own doorstep!!!

I ordered food over 2 hour never had my food but it says delivered . What kind of foolishness is this I pay for food and I don’t get my food and to top it off I have been phoning the shop it’s not going through ??

the courier was very polite & on time, its been a long while since we had kfc due to past bad quality but we decided to try again & I've never had a kfc this tasty in 2 decades, the skin was crispy like it should be, even getting it in the restaurant it was never this crispy so to get it like that delivered was impressive, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the one drawback was the chips although tasted fine they were very soggy but having it bee. delivered we didn't mind so much

Missing items in my order. Ordered a bottle of tango for almost 4 pounds with my food. It was left out and the app does not give me the option to say that a drink was missing.

Under new management and it shows. Restaurant was spotless after a busy Saturday,Food perfectly cooked . Staff happy and helpful and very professional. Have been back a few times since.Thank you.

Was given the wrong order even though I was asked for my code, phoned shop to be told it’s ’nothing to do with them, it’s the drivers fault’. Absolutely shocking service, have requested refund. What’s the point in having a code if it doesn’t work and avoid this happening. Fuming!

Never showed up and said delivered. As usual for Perth. Twice this has happened now and it only seems to be from here and McDonald’s. No problem I will be calling in to see who was delivering and I’ll be doing my utmost to get them removed from just eat.

We ordered. As New Year’s Day, being pensioners, it was a special treat, overcooked chicken coating, 6 chips each portion, angry but even more so disappointed, this is so sad, we always rated you highly but not on this occasion.

Wrong items delivered. Now have an upset child because her kids meal is wrong. Fries given instead of mash and I was given gravy instead of beans. Absolutely useless.

Tonight I went to dinner there with a friend and had a very negative experience. When I placed the order I spoke with the guy who served me to make sure that the burger I was going to order was not spicy, since I am allergic because they brought me the super spicy burger so I can only thank you for making me spend a night tonight. bad drink, since I have to take medication and have a bad night I will never set foot in that place again Rafa

Meal an hour late from the requested delivery time. 1 meal missing other meal cold. Popcorn chicken crushed and all over bottom of the bag. Disappointing KFC can’t even get fast food correct.

Wrong food delivered again, lost ALL faith in ordering via here, driver less than interested in handing me the wtong order and I ended up having to drive to restaurant myself to resolve, not the first time either!

Shocking was cold phoned KFC they said my food left hour ago!! Delivery woman was ok but handed me a pizza which I took by mistake 😂😂

I am very happy with the delivery! The thing that I wasn't happy with is that fact that they wrote on the bag no cookies!! and they forgot my drink that comes with the meal!! That is ridiculous

I have written at length here and now dealing with KFC customer care who have show. The same contempt- no offer of refund for a twenty quid meal we didn’t eat. Horrible food outlet - avoid

Disgusting. Toilets smell throughout the store. We paid, then returned food after seeing toilets. Manager didn’t care when pointed out. Didn’t offer refund or apology.

Freshly cooked wings were delish. Defo recommend, hot,crispy & arrived pronto. thanks.

today we decide to visit Perth for shopping and wanted to have a meal out. We visit kfc hoping for a nice meal and a pleasant experience. I was visiting with my elderly grandmother and my mother however when we were about to leave we used their bathrooms before hand. Me and my gran walk in and there was stains all down both the women’s toilets. my grandmother tries to use the disabled toilets but the door would not open. she informed the staff about the toilets and she got told that the disabled toilet door was broken and she couldn’t use it? she also yet informs them about the women’s toilet incident and they said that it could of been there from yesterday which I find absolutely disgusting. As she is older this means that she was desperate and too know that you sell Food and Drink and do not have good toilets is absolutely vile. I will not be visiting back as this is one of the worst experiences from a fast food restaurant. I hope this review helps others for visiting and helps the company realise what they have to improve on as your restaurant was quite simply unacceptable.

The original chicken pieces had definitely been fried twice they were dry and the batter was not the most flavourful, everything else was to the usual standard I expected, delivery was great

Just went through the drive through and the girl serving me had an absolutely stinking attitude for no reason at all, thanked her for my food and she looked me up and down and rolled her eyes.

Food was lacking, not nicely presented, cold. About 10 fries in the bag. Music was clearly to the young male staff taste = a non-relaxed atmosphere. Would only recommend if you were desperate 🤷‍♀️

had some bad experiences with getting a KFC delivered but today they done absolutely fantastic I got everything I ordered and the food was hot I think it might depend on how busy there are if you get everything you ordered and got food you have to remember it's mostly young kid's working in KFC but you done well today thank you

actually fed up now not going to order again im always missing a meal or items after ordering its verry annoying when your feeding children a treat meal.

Instead of giving me gravy, I was given two extra portions of fries, totalling six portions of fries. What was I supposed to do with that many chips?

Ordered the wicked variety bucket......drumsticks, thighs & boneless mini fillets & chips. All arrived freshly cooked & pipping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thankyou.
