Kfc in Perth & Kinross

Tonight I went to dinner there with a friend and had a very negative experience. When I placed the order I spoke with the guy who served me to make sure that the burger I was going to order was not spicy, since I am allergic because they brought me the super spicy burger so I can only thank you for making me spend a night tonight. bad drink, since I have to take medication and have a bad night I will never set foot in that place again Rafa

Chips were soggy but still tasty. Chicken was great.

Food was good, forgot a part of my order however.

Wrong order was delivered. Another families order was delivered to me.

Delivery driver was very polite, meal was piping hot and delicious!

Half the stuff was either missing or partially cooked! Complaint has been put in!

ordered a meal box that should have come with a 1.5lt tango, got a can of tango instead, also ordered 4 cookies and only got 3. everything else was ok. not happy that I paid so much and got less than I ordered.

Meal an hour late from the requested delivery time. 1 meal missing other meal cold. Popcorn chicken crushed and all over bottom of the bag. Disappointing KFC can’t even get fast food correct.

Waited 2 hours for delivery . Unacceptable

By the time the courier had eventually got here the food was cold.

Shocking was cold phoned KFC they said my food left hour ago!! Delivery woman was ok but handed me a pizza which I took by mistake 😂😂

Wrong food delivered again, lost ALL faith in ordering via here, driver less than interested in handing me the wtong order and I ended up having to drive to restaurant myself to resolve, not the first time either!

I am very happy with the delivery! The thing that I wasn't happy with is that fact that they wrote on the bag no cookies!! and they forgot my drink that comes with the meal!! That is ridiculous

I have written at length here and now dealing with KFC customer care who have show. The same contempt- no offer of refund for a twenty quid meal we didn’t eat. Horrible food outlet - avoid

Disgusting. Toilets smell throughout the store. We paid, then returned food after seeing toilets. Manager didn’t care when pointed out. Didn’t offer refund or apology.

Freshly cooked wings were delish. Defo recommend, hot,crispy & arrived pronto. thanks.

today we decide to visit Perth for shopping and wanted to have a meal out. We visit kfc hoping for a nice meal and a pleasant experience. I was visiting with my elderly grandmother and my mother however when we were about to leave we used their bathrooms before hand. Me and my gran walk in and there was stains all down both the women’s toilets. my grandmother tries to use the disabled toilets but the door would not open. she informed the staff about the toilets and she got told that the disabled toilet door was broken and she couldn’t use it? she also yet informs them about the women’s toilet incident and they said that it could of been there from yesterday which I find absolutely disgusting. As she is older this means that she was desperate and too know that you sell Food and Drink and do not have good toilets is absolutely vile. I will not be visiting back as this is one of the worst experiences from a fast food restaurant. I hope this review helps others for visiting and helps the company realise what they have to improve on as your restaurant was quite simply unacceptable.

The original chicken pieces had definitely been fried twice they were dry and the batter was not the most flavourful, everything else was to the usual standard I expected, delivery was great

Just went through the drive through and the girl serving me had an absolutely stinking attitude for no reason at all, thanked her for my food and she looked me up and down and rolled her eyes.

Food was lacking, not nicely presented, cold. About 10 fries in the bag. Music was clearly to the young male staff taste = a non-relaxed atmosphere. Would only recommend if you were desperate 🤷‍♀️

had some bad experiences with getting a KFC delivered but today they done absolutely fantastic I got everything I ordered and the food was hot I think it might depend on how busy there are if you get everything you ordered and got food you have to remember it's mostly young kid's working in KFC but you done well today thank you

Instead of giving me gravy, I was given two extra portions of fries, totalling six portions of fries. What was I supposed to do with that many chips?

the guy who served us was amazing! Didn't find out his name but he had ginger hair and badges on his hat. Top tier service from him and food was very nice, good portions and itvery tidy considering it's a fast food place. Will be coming here again!!

We were given the wrong order and the phone number for the restaurant on just eat is wrong. The same number is on Google so there is no way to contact the restaurant.

Every single time we order takeout from this KFC it's not a matter of *if* they miss something out, it's *how many things* they're going to miss. Even if we plaster reminders all over the JustEat order I think I've had maybe one actually correct order overall. Only good part is at least JustEat will give you a bit of money back.

It's greasy, dirty (floor felt like someone smeared butter on it) and smells weird but the foods decent.

Just been and bought two “mighty” buckets for one, the pieces of chicken are tiny, probably more meat on 6 chicken nuggets, and no chips! Store wasn’t even busy, absolutely no excuse for such shitty service!

Food won’t be great. Feels like it’s been sitting there for awhile and most of the stuff was cold had to be heated up in the microwave.

The employees made a rumour that made somebody quit because it was so bad 😡😡😡. Also they use if your very good at making burgers quickly 😡😡😡😡 however the food is good

The food, especially the corn on the cob, tasted and smelled old - like damp. The chicken and chips were overdone and tasteless. The pineapple for my daughter was still frozen and it clearly states to be defrosted on the packet

Toilets didnt even lock and were worse then street toilets very dirty, food they took 20 mins to do my order then forgot two items off my order, only good thing about this place was the young man that was very helpful and tidying the tables

I didn't receive any order, I tried to cancel it but I didn't succeed, the people from kfs told me that I didn't receive anything to cancel it, but after I closed it, looking to cancel it, it appears in the application that it has been delivered, but I have not received anything

Staff behaviour and attitude is worst. They do not have the skills to deal with the customers. The manager is also rude. Food is not fresh, Fries are always cold, and oily. When it comes tocleaning, Dumping yards are better. Toilets are also smelly, and not in a clean manner.

Service was good, food was as expected but the toilets were an absolute mess. Someone will likely slip, hurt themselves and file a lawsuit, I hope the owner corrects the issue.

I ordered 11:52, delivery at 13:38! This was made worse by misleading updates on the time suggesting it was late but would be soon. An accurate time estimate at the start would have been very helpful.

This place is often quite dirty and the Just Eats delivery people are only 1 iota less annoying than those whom frequent McDonald's.

Large Popcorn Chicken is missing!!!

Food was cold when it got here so that’s minus points it wasn’t very nice either delivery was late by 10 minutes I’m not sure if that’s due to traffic or anything but I don’t feel I’m happy at all with anything I got it was very pricy for 2 items on the menu I don’t think I’ll be ordering from kfc again I didn’t enjoy what’s so ever however when your in the store it’s wonderful and it’s the best fast food reastraunt ever but ordering online is a complete different story not enjoyable don’t recommend

The order kept getting delayed it took over an hour to come and when it came the food was cold and wasn’t very apatising and I feel it was very expensive for the amount of food I ordered.

I'm from Glasgow, I was on my way home and decided to grab something to eat. I am a KFC fan but this one is the worst I have ever eaten, I ordered a bucket with 10 pieces. The chicken smells like it's not fresh, dry and over-salted, probably so that there's no taste. I don't recommend it, it's disgusting, it's better to go to another store.

Peer in the drive through window and you will see a floor covered in rubbish. Not a good advert for the hygiene levels maintained.

Toilets are in dire state. Quiet night, seems like no one can be bothered cleaning mess.
