We were very detained in getting to our destination because of an accident on the A9 and everyplace was closed by the time we arrived to town; our only hope was that the restaurant would be open in the hotel. They had full bookings but were gracious enough to squeeze 2 rather hungry and shaken travellers into the drawing room for dinner. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us given the circumstances. The pasta dish we had was off the chain, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. Well done, staff!!

My family and I had a birthday celebration at the hotel on Saturday. As it was a busy service we were accommodated in the beautifully appointed Estate Room rather than the Rannoch Larder we’d booked which suited us absolutely fine. The former is due to be the hotel’s Fine Dining room, but due to operational issues, including a lack of staff this hasn’t yet opened. The Estate room’s lighting, the use of tablecloths and general ambience was we felt much more conducive to the celebratory occasion. Service by Zoltan and his colleagues was efficient, friendly and quick, and our respective dishes were all beautifully cooked, and presented . The prices weren’t outrageous and all our dishes were reasonably priced, eg, Steak and chips was £18. All in all the four of us had a great evening, highly recommended.

We'll... What a fabby find this was. Stopping in Crieff for a breakfast roll turned into an even tastier experience with a deliciously fresh seeded bagel filled with crispy bacon, egg and avocado with a flavoursome sauce too on top! Washed down with a strong but fresh tasting black americano coffee and we knew we was onto a winner. Great service, terrific food and attentive staff made for a satisfying breakfast experience. Great discussion too about living an organic lifestyle. Check out Barcaldine Botanicals if that's of interest to you. Thanks guys.

33 George StreetWe loved Vandal Perth and were gutted when it closed. So we naturally thought we'd try Dundee as we expected the same experience. Sadly the food was worse, it was incredibly expensive for what it was. The place was freezing and overall just a poor experience. You have to pay extra for fries, and they sneakily include a 10% service charge to the bill on top. Just pay your staff properly instead! Be transparent. Shame, but we aren't going to risk another visit.

24 West High StreetPopped down to crunch munch when staying for a few nights in Crieff and so glad we did, I’ve cream was delicious, banoffee was to die for and my little girl highly rated the mango sorbet. Friendly polite staff, great wee Friday night treat on our holidays 🥰👌🍨🥄
