Sehr netter Empfang, erstklassiger Service, sehr nettes Ambiente. Das Essen ist sehr gut zubereitet und geschmacklich einfach super.

Toilettes propres. Attention, tout est sous forme de burger, y compris le pulled porc. La portion de frites est conséquente.

Awful food. Inedible. The eggs are microwaved and have no flavour and dreadful texture. When asked, the staff admitted openly to microwaving the food. The bacon is like rubber and disgusting. The staff took no interest and clearly complaints are a regular occurrence. Avoid this place like we avoided those eggs. Save your money and eat somewhere fresh and honest. I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from..?

Nice relaxed atmosphere with plentiful food and good customer service. Wine wasn’t cold but ice was quickly brought. Enjoyed the meal and would return.

The decor was fab, you can tell they spent a lot on it. They had the raw meats displayed on the counter. We ordered the Angus Burger, kofte, & ribeye steak as mains, with grilled calamari, sweet potato fries, normal fries as starters. The starters were fantastic, the burger tasted a little odd, the meat too soft. Steak was good, nothing special.

My husband and I visited with a Groupon voucher for 2 courses - we were warmly greeted and decided to sit outside - the restaurant is in a busy street of restaurants and is very interesting to see all the comings and goings. Staff friendly throughout - food good - we had baked feta and feta and aubergine ball starters followed by beef and soft shell crab burgers - all tasty. We also enjoyed some cocktails. Would recommend.

I tried Brios about 2 months ago and the food was amazing, however I think now they have become complacent. I made an order this evening for a family of 4, and received 4 squashed undercooked burgers and literally 15 chips in a bag. Nothing like my previous experience when they were trying to build custom. Plenty of burger establishments in Ealing, time to up your game Brios .. waste of my money!

Branded Bromley: A Disappointing Surf 'n' Turf Well, folks, it seems even the most trusted of restaurants can slip up. Last night, my partner and I ventured back to Branded Bromley, a place we've had many fond memories at. Unfortunately, our recent experience was a major let-down. We started off on a high note, enjoying a beer while we perused the menu. The starters were delicious, but things took a turn for the worse when our main courses arrived. My partner's halibut was fine, but my surf 'n' turf was a total disaster. I kid you not, the steak was no bigger than an Oreo biscuit! And the prawns? Well, let's just say they were more like jelly beans than anything else. When I questioned the waiter, the manager came over and insisted that was the standard size. I've been coming here for a couple years, and I know that's not right. After a bit of back and forth, they offered to replace the steak, but by that point, I was so put off that I declined. It was a real bummer, especially considering our past positive experiences. We ended up paying £162 bill for what was essentially a disappointing meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the food just didn't cut it. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon. Lesson learned: Even the best restaurants can have off nights.

We went here to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. Great little place with a chilled vibe. The staff were so attentive and the food was delicious. We had a starter each which we shared, followed by 2 small meat plates, fries and a vegetable plate which was plenty. I finished with, I think it was called Beef Fat Brownie which was very good. Nice to support small businesses. Can definitely recommend.

Delicious pancakes! I had the chipotle pulled pork and my partner had piri piri chicken short stack. We also had Beavertown Neck Oil IPA. Extremely quick service. Theres a small step into the restaurant, I use an electric wheelchair, they got a ramp of for me. It didn't quite line up with the step which meant I did a slight wheelie when leaving. I was shown to the accessible toilet, easy access and clean. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go again. A brilliant spot in Leicester Square for food and drinks.

Its a cool spot and quite nice inside but Spent over £12 on two pints and they pulled out plastic cups for them? I thought the server may have thought we were sat outside which I would sort of get. When I asked if I could have glasses as we were sat inside I was told no... because it was busy? There was still seating available so it wasnt at all packed. Dissapointing really as there are so many other good pubs around here (The Adam+Eve and The Plough) which also have a better atmosphere and space. Will stick to going elsewhere.
