I tried Brios about 2 months ago and the food was amazing, however I think now they have become complacent. I made an order this evening for a family of 4, and received 4 squashed undercooked burgers and literally 15 chips in a bag. Nothing like my previous experience when they were trying to build custom. Plenty of burger establishments in Ealing, time to up your game Brios .. waste of my money!

I visited brios last saturday and i was dead exicited to come as i seen the insta page with all the great dishes on the menu and i must say it was a 10 on 10 experiance, the food, the service and the staff were great!!! many compliments to the staff as we received exceptional service!!! I will be definatly back again for some amazing food!!!! thank you Brios!!!

I had the beef burger with the pink bun. Very nice. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. Would go again.

Burgers are bland, over cooked, no sauce and they are cheap with the salad. With a drink the total came to £10. My friend got the special and paid £12, both the burgers tasted the same. So annoyed I spent my hard earned money here. Save your cash, there are better halal burgers around.

The food was great and presentation was excellent, I would definitely come here again. I had the Beef Burger, looking forward to trying the chicken burger! If you love burgers... this is the place for you!

I drove 5 hours to try their mountain burger. I was not disappointed. Amazing food, Amazing staff. Nothing to fault.

I’m giving 3 stars to grant the place the benefit of the doubt as my order was delivered with significant delays. Nonetheless it didn’t tase as I expected reading previous interviews. I didn’t taste the cheese and it was bland.

Not good food and expensive in the end for a burger joint. Burger drenched in sauce to the point you just taste sauce and beef was completely over cooked to the point you couldn’t taste beef and their cheesy chips were like old mouldy cheese / really artificial can cheese sauce from a bottle

Came with a group of friends and we all loved it. Food tastes just as great as it looks! The service was fast and the staff are probably the friendliest people I’ve ever met. And what’s even better is the prices; great prices for great food! The seating upstairs was just the cherry of top 👏🏼 Would defiantly return 10/10!! Best burger place I’ve ever been to!!

I can only say the best about this place. First impression very positive, the staff was very welcoming. The burgers absolute heaven, me being greedy I have ordered a double portion and it was a huge portion. Prices are amazing for what you get. Fires taste superb, great sauces. Definitely will go back. I ordered the lamb burger and a beef burger. Delicious :-)

The brios special milkshake is a must! The meal deal for £7 burger and add on fries and milkshake for £3 is a steal especially for the location in ealing. Loved the upstairs seating worked out for the family birthday!

I came all the way from north London to check this place after seen it on Instagram I love to check new places and wow was I surprised when I saw their shwarma burger 100% I recommend you have try it! You will have to try it yourself to understand why I said 100% !!

I had a Brios special lamb burger. It was very nice and tasted fresh. Good customer service by V as well.
