Love this restaurant one of our favs Chateaubriand is to die for and worth every penny! Osmand and his staff are always accommodating and friendly

The wonderful Mehmet is a star! Kindness personified, and sensitive to the needs of everyone. A ‘Mega’ CS 5-star professional! However, the product he’s delivering has really diminished since the last time visiting. Portion sizes have become very small indeed and, whilst very ‘hearty’ before, really do lack lustre. I’m posting this in the hope that they’ll all sit down there and re-assess. It’s not a cheap eating-out venue, and so folk do come with expectations. Last time we ate there was 6th November last year and, food-wise, it seemed like a totally different restaurant.

The ambience, service and the food were amazing ! The menu has such a great variety ! We were a group of ten, so got to see many dishes and tried wonderful starters! Some of our favourites The calamari, halloumi, lamb, chicken and salmon. All the desserts were scrumptious ! Mehmet and his team who was looking after us , was very helpful and the service was brilliant .

Great meal, fantastic steak. Evening made special by lovely staff. Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the young lady but Mehmet was fantastic, great guy. Will be back!

Visited this gem of a restaurant after a family friend recomended. The seafood starters were absolutely delicious! We had the scallops, calamari and the shrimp all of which were cooked differently to anything i had tried before. The flavour and sauces in which they were served quite frankly had my taste buds dancing in joy. In terms of the mains we all shared a stakeboard which was cooked to perfection. You could tell it was quality cuts of meat, especially from the tenderness and flavour. Topped off our evening with the mixed berry roulade which was also amazing in taste and presentation. We was told by those serving that all of their deserts were homemade which is always a bonus. The staff were also very pleasant and provided a great customer service experience. Overall we are so hapoy to have discovered this restaurant and will certainly be visiting again.

Me and my partner went here in February and was extremely disappointed, the food took ages to arrive to our table and it arrived cold. Also the server who I think was also the owner was rude The prices are way to high for a restaurant in South Ealing,. I can say for sure we will not return for for seconds any time time soon

The food is sublime. You do pay that bit extra but it’s worth every single penny. 10/10 food. We got the calamari which was beautifully crumbed freshly and the T-bone steak which was beautiful. The other half got the mushrooms, the sauce was soo good. Her rib eye was lovely too. 10:10

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, service good, food was fantastic (all 4 of us enjoyed our food choice), best brownie dessert I have ever had (soft, chewy and warm). Definitely recommend this restaurant

I booked a table at Flame and Fire for a Valentines Day dinner. The food was excellent - steak tender, juicy, and of a very high quality. The wine was also very good (without breaking the bank) and the waiters were attentive, without being intrusive. The back of the restaurant is a little Phoenix Nights, but this only added to the fun and laughter of the evening! Overall, a lovely find and one I'll definitely be coming back to.

Many trips over the years have not disappointed. A stress-free eating experience, lovely friendly staff and meat from our local butcher, what's not to love!

The garlic mushroom sauce that came with the baguettes was so tasty with lots of flavor Oh my God the lamb so tender falling of the bone! Fantastic !
