The original smash burger was stunning. And the loaded chipotle fries, my god, you don’t get much better than that!

Genuinely one of the best smash burgers I’ve had. Really really good. The brothers are nice also.

Ordered the spicy dipped chicken burger meal this had the right level of spice meaning you could actually taste everything on the burger and not just chilly. The hot honey loaded fries complimented the burger really well. The double meaty smash burger was perfectly cooked with nice crispy charring on the edges, the burger wasn’t overloaded with sauces like most places meaning the burger didn’t fall apart after one bite, the double burger had the right amount of meat ratio without it being overwhelming. And finally the Korean loaded chicken fries were awesome, could have been crispier but maybe the drive home made then a bit soft. Great food. all off a food truck.

THE BEST SMASH BURGERS IN THE UK! I’ve been ordering from this place for a few years now, and it never misses. Every time, the food is phenomenal-it’s become a firm family favourite. My usual order is a triple smash burger, a spicy smash burger, a spicy dipped chicken burger, loaded fries, and both the Oreo and Biscoff milkcakes. Trust me, it's a feast worth every bite. The smash patties are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and have incredible crispy, lacy edges. The spicy dipped chicken burger has a crispy coating, and the spicy sauce brings just the right amount of heat. I’ve tried almost all the loaded fries, and they always hit the spot-crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and a crazy combination of toppings. Both milkcakes taste delicious and are the best desserts at the end of a great feast. You can tell they use top-quality ingredients-the meat-to-fat ratio in the beef is spot on, and the portions are seriously generous. Consistency is key, and they’ve nailed it. On top of all that, the customer service is brilliant. Naz is always welcoming, takes your order with a smile, has a laugh with you, and gives solid recommendations. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re seriously missing out. Go visit them-you won’t be disappointed!

I’m not sure why there’s a hype for this place. It’s just standard burgers. The chicken burger is better than the beef burger. Burgers are big and Loaded fries portion is huge! You’ll have to find parking on the road.

Second time having this and thoroughly enjoyed it again. I'm sure they have a system in place to ensure consistency because both times were exceptional, despite this time taking it back home to Slough to eat (heat maintained using a cooler bag). But yeah will definitely be back here again

Firstly the good part, the service is amazing from start to finish. Spicy dipped chicken burger wasn’t spicy at all and lacked flavour. Loaded fries were decent. Maybe next time need to try the hyped smash burger 🍔

The burger is a solid burger. Super soft bun and the burger isn’t greasy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Also the food came quick. Was only a 20 minute wait. I recommend the Korean loaded fries

Edit in response (1 star) : Heat of the grill is what creates the crisp and searing. Cooking time being on the grill is what dries out the meat. On expense, in comparison there is no clear distinction in taste or service that justifies your pricing. If I do pay 99p at maccies its all in context of what my expectations are. You are a burger van. Last point, your employee management is your business this perspective is from a customer. The fact you are dismissive and lack humility, you have much to learn. Down rated to 1 star due to the deflective response. Original comment (3 star): Nah, not worth the hype. I tried the smash burger with turkey bacon and an extra patty, plus the chicken chipotle. The beef burger was overcooked and not crispy enough. The chicken burger was way better. Three stars only because it was overpriced. Seriously overpriced. And they told me they were out of chips... but then I heard the employee asking another if they wanted chips with their meals. No prioritisation of customers. Plus the wait... Overall unremarkable.

I can’t fault the service and the overall vibe. It’s pretty simple food. The meat for the burgers could be leaner as I was biting into veins. So it’s only getting 3 stars for the smash burger. Pricing is insane. 10£ for a basic 2 patty smash burger is preposterous. Maybe go for the chicken burger instead. For 4 people I spent around 66£ so be prepared to pay some serious money. Only highlight was the lotus milk cake.

Absolutely top-tier burger joint – 100% recommended! This was my fifth visit, and once again, they nailed it. I ordered the classic smashed burger, the chicken burger, and loaded fries – and wow, they were incredibly tasty as always. The quality here is consistently high, and you can really tell they take pride in every order. Service is fast and spot-on – my burger arrived exactly as I ordered it, and piping hot. With a dedicated team of 5 people working on your meal, everything is served at its absolute best and without delay. The staff are super friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole experience even better. Totally worth every minute of the journey. Can’t wait to come back again!

Don't know what the hype is about really, food was okay, beef burger a bit dry 4 my liking, buns just turned into mush!! Chicken burger was decent but again the bun was of poor quality! Had 2 wait 50 minutes for 2 burgers, definitely wouldn't be doing that again here, there are many places out there that are of similar quality if not better. Also everyone in the van had a face on like they don't want to be there, location is not ideal at all, in an industrial estate behind a big unit, have 2 walk through a dark alley 2 get 2, wich actually stinks of people smoking weed upstairs, if it wasn't 4 the rubbish buns, long faces, and long wait, I probably would have given a 4 star,

This place is Northolt’s hidden gem. Blink and you’ll walk past it. I only noticed it because of the queue. Went to pick up my order and the service you receive is warm and welcoming.

Listen, these days burger places come and go like chicken shops. This place is special, the meat is juicy and full of flavour, the brioche is nicely toasted to give the burger a really nice crisp to it. This place is the epitome of top quality burgers in England. What's even better is I live 2 minutes away from it so I'm about to get fat and broke at the same time. Much love to the staff and chefs, keep killing it. This place will be famous soon I have no doubt.

Communication was excellent, and on the day, they had everything perfectly prepped and ready to serve by 5pm as requested. What stood out most was their efficiency - they were completely self-sufficient, allowing us to focus on the rest of the event without a hitch. The feedback from the employees was amazing, with many saying it was one of the best burgers they've ever had and the chips were incredibly crispy and fresh! We'll definitely be booking them again. Highly, highly recommend!

Just wow. The burgers are Amazing. Dno what they do to them but Damn it’s like crack. I’ve been going to this place for about a year or so and it never gets old. We look forward to it. They beat the place with five dudes and any other place everyday of the week. Honestly if you haven’t tried it yet get some. You’ll not regret it. Only downside is the parking but there’s solutions for that. Also don’t sleep on the dessert or chicken burgers. Oh and best of all they look after my allergies to sesame.

To be honest great food, the original smash burger I got for the first time I thought it was lowkey overrated, however the second time the burger was more oily, juicy and the beef was less dry, Korean BBQ fries were meh while chipotle on the other hand very nice. Only thing I would comment about is the sketchy location, you have some sort of Bando building next to it with blokes walking in and out of that reek of we*d. First time I went I feel like I was getting set up , sketchy alleyway but after I tried the food it didn’t matter to me where it was, it was tasty food. I don’t know you guy’s circumstances with location & business and how they are however, I believe there are many more suitable, more appropriate & less sketchy places to choose from that would actually benefit the business in terms of sales & revenue, and overall brand awareness. Went the other day with friends for the first time. My order was made but earlier than I arrived due to an online mistake. The collection time wouldn’t change so I added the time I wanted to collect in the information section but this did not appear on the order). No big issue. Down a back alley, a great food truck with a fun crowd. Lots of staff seem to have a passion for working there. Not cheap, but the food is great.

Smash N Slide where do I start this is the BEST BURGER SPOT IN LONDON. They are the king of smash burgers and they also do Spicy Dipped and Hot Honey chicken burgers that also tasted top tier. I’ve been to countless amount of burger places but this is on another level. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself and thank me later. Also don’t forget the Lotus Biscoff milk cake perfect way to finish your meal

They're clearly doing something right - they're always busy and they're rated highly. I know plenty of people personally who love their food. I've been twice myself. The first time was good - not the best burger I've had but you could definitely taste the quality of the beef. In fact I'd go as far as to say it's up there with some of the best quality beef in a smashed burger. Having said that, I think it's let down by the other components; the second time I went, the taste of the burger was actually significantly different and I didn't enjoy it. I'd refine the sauces a little and also look at the consistency of the turkey bacon. The first time I came, it was a nice smoky compliment to the rest of the burger. On the second visit, it was very overpowering and distracted from the rest of the burger. Wrapping it in foil always helps retain heat and flavour better from experience especially if you're not eating it straight away (I did eat it immediately and would recommend anyone to do the same!) All in all though, keep up the hard work, you're doing good things!

Smash and spicy dipped are the BEST burgers in London. Heavy praise from the whole fam. The smash and cheesy smash - very naughty. To top things off, service was amazing. I messed up the booking, so messaged them, and they were very accommodating. Stayed a little late in this storm just so I can grab my order. We called them before we left our home to check if they were open or closed due to the strong winds and a man picked up and told us that it’s open just for us to get there and find out it was closed.we called back several times and were ignored. Very bad service

Called them up today its sunday. They meant to be opened. Due to the storm wanted to double check if they open. I asked are you open. He says yes. Went there, and they were closed. This isnt how you run a business. Taking the piss out of customers. Avoid these guys. Overpriced food. And lying to customers. Thinking its funny

Staff are so incredibly friendly and get your food done exaclty to your liking. Can say me and my friend, family personally all agree this place is always a go-to. The atmosphere is great. Yep definitely best burger I ever had Juicy tender and tasty

May Allah reward the team for their generosity and quality! I ordered a triple smash burger with Cajun fries and a spicy dipped burger and it was a meal made with true care. I had accidentally ordered the burger as a double but they upgraded it to a triple free of charge. The triple smash burger was simply 10/10 in every way. Each patty had that ideal crispy edge from the smash, locking in the juiciness and flavour. The cheese was perfectly melted and the balance of toppings was excellent, every bite was better than the last Alhamdulillah. The Cajun fries were just as amazing, seasoned with just the right amount of spice for a warm, smoky flavor. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were absolutely delicious. The spicy dipped burger was another favourite It had the perfect level of heat, with a flavourful fiery kick that didn’t overpower the burger. I’ve had smash burgers from over 30 different places and I can proudly say this is #1 just ahead of the burger firm. May Allah put barakah in their business for their generosity and for serving such incredible food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a filling delicious halal meal.

UPDATE 10/24. Ordered takeaway again. Standards are high as always and quality had not dropped. Orignally saw this online and coming from someone who has eaten burgers for years, hands down one of the best smash burgers I have had. This owner is very passionate about burgers and that comes through in the quality and taste. The crust on the patty is perfect and they are well seasoned. Nicely complemented with red onion too which I like. George Motz would be proud! Buffalo Chicken loaded fries were lovely. A favourite of the family. Excellent service. Will be back. This burger smashed me, in the best way possible!!! The patties are juicier than a gossip magazine, the crispy edges are the crunch you didn’t know you needed, and the buns? Softer than my willpower on cheat day. Love to see a brown-owned business smashing it (if you'll pardon the pun). This is the fourth time I’ve been to Smash N Slide's food truck, and it is just fantastic! The menu has a great variety of options, and everything I tried was packed with flavor. The burgers were juicy, and the fries were crispy – exactly what you want from a food truck. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed.

My family loved the burgers, some of the best we have had in London. Staff went above and beyond in taking and delivering the order. Highly recommended and will return when in the area again.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The only regret was ordering two when I should have ordered three. Can’t wait to go back again. The 30-40 minute drive is totally worth it.

Food took 50 minutes to come despite there being a very little queue. The order was simple: just 2 burgers and a meal. There was no sauce given with the chips. The burger was oily and had little sauce, but it was nice (maybe the taste is from it being oily). The prices are expensive. The burger van needs a better location. The burger van is in an alley near a poorly lit area so doesn't appear safe for women on their own. The location is right behind the single way barriers so to get back to Northolt, you have to drive a long way around, which adds about 15 minutes .
