Its tastless, not fresh, so bad quality.

Over priced, and decor upstairs is awful. Strong spot lights from most angles. Staff were pleasant.

nice place for burger and staff are also friendly quality if food is good and fresh but not so fast is almost taken 40 min to serve as. Over all is worth but need work on timing .

Online says they close at 2AM but they never let anyone in past 12PM - I live next door so its a regular occurence. They have no customer service what so ever. Always advised to order via the app or we cannot order at all. Even though I explain I don't have a phone and need to order physically. They do not care, zero customer service whatsoever and do not care about their customers. Just want to finish and close out early. So obvious. Worse service I've ever experienced

If you are going to work with this company, think again. company policy is pretty bad. it was also a product supplier to another shop in our neighborhood. They opened our membership. A short time later, upon the insistence of the store near us, they canceled our membership. Because of their own mistakes, they let us down and caused a lot of problems.

Closes at 8pm but don't expect to sit and enjoy your coffee in the evening. Come 7 pm you will be abruptly and often rudely told to sit by the door or takeaway as the seating area is closed

I have to say after a really bad night. I met the lovely Alfonzo at Dirty Burger vauxhall. Not only was the food delish, we had a dirty burger and sweet potato fries. This guy went above and beyond to cheer us up. Thank you so much I will definitely be back here again. With Staff and service I received it needed a shout out. Después de que tuve la peor experiencia hace 2 años y nunca volví a esta sucursal de Brixon, vi que renovaban sus instalaciones, incluso poniendo un guardia de seguridad dedicado allí, así que pensé que tal vez todo se ha mejorado, así que decidí darle otra oportunidad y fui allí para pedir solo una hamburguesa zinger por su cuenta. Esperé 17 minutos para llegar y esto fue a la hora del almuerzo alrededor de las 12 : 15 . Fui a casa y descubrí que se equivocaron en mi pedido de nuevo, no era la hamburguesa zinger y esto era solo un artículo - pedido. Abrí la hamburguesa para encontrar ensaladas podridas dentro (ver fotos). Tuve que desechar todo del trozo de pollo, lavar y cortar algunas ensaladas, añadir un poco de mayo y mi propia salsa fría para poder consumirlo. Thanks, KFC Brixton.

It’s as if it’s a crime to be hungry on a late Friday evening. I ordered online via Ubereats from Streatham KFC on 20th October. I do not fault the delivery driver as the issue was missing items and low quality food. I ordered the mega bucket for one plus an extra order of chicken. There should have been 3 x chicken pieces in addition to the 2 hot wings and 2 mini fillets. Order arrived with two miserable “pieces” that nobody would pick if ordered in person. What exactly is the bit when they fold up a side of wing with a slight chunk of meat attached, in batter, but all it really consists of is bone and skin? That’s what I got. I was charged however, for the third piece of chicken which they never packed. Wings were mean and small, no meat. They charge £2.29 for just two of their stingy wings. Chips were stone cold, I binned them immediately because I was too hungry to sit around warming them up. Absolutely terrible and cost me the best part of £17 for the “luxury” of this utter trash. It’s disgusting what KFC get away with.

What a shambles. Empty on a Friday night but no wonder The Bull a few doors down offers a great selection of food and drink. Never again. With bad management and decor this place won't last long. Avoid at all costs

I have been 3 times. The first one lady was serving and I had a big order which she done well. Second time I was turned away because the shorter lady who works there had said she is by herself and was closing earlier (all I wanted was 4 bagels) Third time a man was inside waiting for his order (they were from the same country) he had no mask on, as soon as I order she said (the shorter lady) can you wait outside while the man stayed inside talking away with her. I promise you that is the last time o spend over £60 in that place! She is rude and they need to sort out the customer service as well as appearing quite biased!

Pedí una comida de caja y tiras de pollo con una salsa regular. Me sirvieron con una olla de salsa que no tenía pegatina para la venta por fecha. Esto fue después de que el asistente del mostrador le preguntara al gerente si todavía podían vender las ollas de salsa pasada la fecha de venta. Al cuestionar esto, el asistente dio la vuelta y sacó una NUEVA venta por fecha en la salsa que aclaró el 1 de febrero de la calle, en lugar de las 10 pm del 31 de enero de la calle. Después de confrontar, se echaron atrás y reembolsaron, pero me advirtieron que cambian regularmente la venta si no se vende al final del turno ... . esto es ilegal y escandaloso! Me atendió el gerente Tamil al final, pero el servicio general es repugnante y la higiene de los alimentos debería cerrarlo.

¡Muy decepcionante, la salud y la seguridad no existen! ¡El tipo que me sirvió se lame los dedos para coger las bolsas de papel y luego manipula la comida! Absolutamente asqueroso, no volveré.
