Its tastless, not fresh, so bad quality.

Staff are always very polite & helpful but the food is a let down recently. We ordered from them regularly for a couple of years & always enjoyed the food until earlier this year, not sure what changed but the food now is not enjoyable. The grilled chicken is very dry, small & very bony & lacking flavour- the marinade is definitely different too. The kebab meat is super dry as is the hot wings. The order often takes 1hr + to arrive tho 10 min away only. such a shame as was previously great!

chicken and chips were lovely, shame they had no lasagne, but were quick with giving a refund.

Food was cold when it arrived and the onion rings were missing.

Sorry guys pizza was not up to standard it’s been a while since we ordered pizza from here but it was burnt not golden brown as it should be hardly any toppings tasted just of cheese not the meaty toppings and seafood toppings we ordered so sorry guys we won’t be back

The chips arrived all wet and the Ice Cream arrived melted. Only the chicken burger was okay.

The food wasn’t fresh , it had no flavour and there was a piece of plastic inside one of the slices of pizza , I was very disappointed

Kebab was literally charcoal and about 3 bits of meat only gave 1 star because I couldn’t put none

Unfortunately, the food was good but the service was poor this time and usually, I have no complaints. I ordered 'Saver Deal' which includes any 3 medium pizzas (no problem there), 10 chicken wings (only received 6), 2 portions of garlic bread (didn't receive any), Ice Cream (received a call telling me, there was no ice cream available...asked if I can get at least 4 extra wings to replace the ice cream, they said okay, but they lied.) finally says a 1.5L drink with the deal but no option to pick my drink available, still ordered another 1.5L drink so I could have 2 but only receive 1. Since there is no 'Service' rating option I need to give a rating of 'Food quality' as poor. Being ordering from them for many years, and so far this is the second time I have been unhappy with the service.

Order arrived 45 minutes late and stone cold. Delivery driver arrived at the wrong block. I wish takeaways would hire their own drivers who know the area again.

The chips were just warm almost cold and the wings were like they had been refried very hard and not much meat, even my sons chips were the same but the burger ok

Ordered a pizza deal - 2 pizza 10 wings garlic bread and bottle of drink around £40 Forgot my 10 wings, garlic bread and drink ! How can you send out a £40 order with 2 pizza only ?! And forget the rest ?!? .. anyways arrived little late, and food was cold. Not worth the money

The delivery carrier bag cracked on it's base due to excess oil. The chicken pieces spilt all over our carpet just in front of our table! Everything was dribbling with oil. The oil siped through the two boxes and the carrier bag. :-( And to add to our disappointment we go beans (which ended up in our bin!) instead of the coleslaw we ordered. :-( It's such a shame!

I Received the wrong pizza unfortunately could not eat it as it had jalapeños all over it, ended up in the bin, just eat have not refunded so unfortunately 1 star

Went straight in the bin, such bad quality and taste. bread broke apart completely on picking up burger and tasted of plastic, the meat was tiny compared to burger. such a shame used to be good food now I’ll never use them again. Must be new person there who needs to get out or they won’t last long.

Completely cold food, pizza in wet box as delivery driver didn't think to ring our bell. Ordered a Mexican got a soggy Margherita called restaurant shouted at that I had ordered a cheese onion. Obviously have receipt and proof of order and man shouting he's not the boss be here soon now not answering phone Avoid at all costs. Worst takeaway I have had in this area and disgusting customer service. Sadly paid cash so just eat can't even help us with this.

One of my pizzas was missing sweetcorn. Also I was charged for a bag but my food didn’t even come in a bag? So why was I charged

The chips were soggy and bitter almost? Burgers were alright, nuggets meal had fewer nuggets in them.

Food was on the cold side so became a bit chewy but otherwise this restaurant is amazing

Although the order was firstly delivered to the incorrect address (innocent mixup) the restaurant staff did send a replacement order which was piping hot and tasty. I would order again in the future.

Food was cold & delivery was late and didn’t call us to confirm his lateness. I called restaurant twice and was hung up on before I could even say hello. I feel this is poor customer service. I am requesting a refund as I’m not happy at all with my service today

I asked for BBQ based pizza and I received a tomato based Pizza. Not only that , the bbq sauce pots came open and the sauce was all over the inside of the bag. Also the food arrived around 35 minutes late which is not ideal. I would like a refund as my food wasn’t at the quality expectation i payed for Kindest intentions, Cory

The kebab meat was very very dried. I was choking on it. The kebab bread was rocksolid. I threw it in the bin. All the food was stone cold where the driver was so late and still didn’t put the right sauces in the bag or on the burgers, people do not order from this place. Absolute Disgusting, even when I rung up the store. All the man said I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry I’ll give you discount next time but I always order on just eat. So how do I get my discount you cannot do not order from here

I been coming to you for years and today will be the last time I ever do.. i ordered a kebab meal but didn't receive it and ordered 10 chicken nuggets and only got 6.. since the new management this place isn't the same like it used to be.. be very careful when ordering from here is all I can tell you

The pizza was ice cold and so was the burger. The pizza and the burger were still delicious.

When the Food came it was COLD, the wrap had mayo all over the meat, DON'T EAT mayo, the kebab pitta bread was full of grease, the cheese on the pizza tasted not right had a tang to it, will not be buying from again.....

The driver seemed in a hurry but even worse one of the burgers was not spice chicken burger. I'm surprised at how this happened. This has made me now want to stop ordering from here permanently.

The delivery person had no idea where they were going despite very specific instructions/directions being given at point of ordering and over the telephone. As such food arrived cold...

We ordered over £35 and unfortunately everything except the chips and coke went to the bin. We have ordered 3 pizza exactly the same and we have received 3 different pizzas which tasted horrible, never ordering again.

HOT WINGS ARE FALSELY ADVERTISED. THE PHOTO IN THE MENU FALSELY IMPLIES THEY COME COVERED IN SAUCE. Food was ok nonetheless, but I feel deceived by the business and for that reason cannot wholeheartedly recommend.

Not happy ordered kebab meat and chips with salad and sauces garlic mayo and chilli, turned up no salad or sauces, rang restaurant to be told no mam you only get meat with meat and chips, I've been ordering the same meal from the same restaurant for years and this has never happened before.

My order was all wrong so ruined my food

Horrendous! Food was not up to a standard expected of a kebab and pizza place. Order was wrong, I received pineapple instead of pepperoni on my pizza, called restaurant numerous times to sort out but they did not pick up. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely horrible staff. Ordered it, came late and dry, with mayo on the Kebab? Obviously called up the restaurant and get told it’s normal? Ordered tons of times and only to get told they always put mayo on top. Not only that my mother is intolerant and can’t eat that, but the restaurant had to audacity to just hang up on us, never ordering again, terrible food and terrible service.

Delicious peri-peri flavour on grilled half chicken. Large pieces: leg, breast, side breast. That stretched to 2 meals for me. My friend got lamb doner kebab and enjoyed. We had wedges and onion rings. The rings were really good. Only issue was I ordered early and I timed for delivery at 18:00. The restaurant called at 18:00 to say they were out of corn on the cob. Replaced with rings. Delivery was then late at 18:15.

Overall amazing, was very early and enjoyed the food very much. Sadly the chicken piece I was given was very dry and I couldn't eat it but the rest was perfect.

Until now I’ve been a regular for the last 8 years or so… no more. Good quality has dramatically dropped. I think it’s under new management. Cold, rubbery and tasteless food that is greasy. Complained about cold chicken burger and a corn on the cob that simply should not even be given to a wild fox…. 40 mins later a replacement burger arrived and a corn on the cob - but both were as bad as the first. Cob is more like rubber, microwaved to death and then left to get cold. Not sure what’s happened to this place but it’s a real shame… will never order again and don’t recommend. Also just discovered it has a good hygiene rating of just 2/5…. Makes sense.
