Starbucks in Lambeth

Over priced, and decor upstairs is awful. Strong spot lights from most angles. Staff were pleasant.

On 25th Nov at 250 pm I visited this store Asking for a latte I was asked for my name Why? I replied “I just want a latte thanks “and refused to give my name as I just wanted a coffee & not give out my personal details Well after a few more polite requests I eventually got my coffee & getting on my home train I noticed a drawing of what looked like a arrow going into a back side The latte I’d not tasted until I’d boarded was laced with something that made me sick. Too late to return to the shop I spent an age trying to complain via their website only to get through to someone in USA despite the number being a uk one. Complaints to their customer service have been going back and forth with their agents replying to me like I’m an imbecile and not addressing my actual complaint Eventually receiving two vouchers in the hope Id return.... the vouchers were blank. I do not complain unless I’m provoked and in this case I have been justified in my comments on here. Utter disgrace Deplorable customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS You have been warned Sirry

Went there on a Saturday morning and there were 6 people standing behind the tilt there were not able to do any work. Cashier forgot to charge items and had to re log in every time. Did say they have a policy to not serve drinks even though the whole starbucks Brand in London does it.

I came here for a coffee yesterday while waiting for my train from Waterloo to Portsmouth. Despite being busy, I was impressed with the pleasant staff, the quick service and the fact that they have seating for you to sit and have your coffee. The latte was excellent, better than many I have had other Starbucks.

I always visit this location when i am in London boarding a train from Waterloo. Despite the busy location and the often long line especially early morning the staff deliver a consistently proper product that is always correct. Hot toasties and delicious coffee make The journey go by faster. Thank you starbucks waterloo:)

Called in for a quick coffee at Waterloo branch of Starbucks. Rude staff that discussed a colleague’s boobs and then served her before two sets of customers (including us) - very unprofessional. Mentioned it to a member of staff who told a colleague who rolled his eyes and said ‘whatever’. Took average beverage upstairs and sat at unclean table surrounded by other unclean tables piled with leftover cups, straws and other food residue. Charge a fortune for coffee should ensure staff and premises match the beverage price. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Madalina pessima cameriera. Sbaglia il conto aggiungendo un prodotto e marcando un prodotto anziché un altro (una tazza). Me ne accorgo controllando lo scontrino e il prezzo del prodotto e mi viene detto che da 2 settimane il prezzo è aumentato e non lo hanno aggiornato. Peccato che l'altro prodotto avesse il prezzo indicato a scontrino... Anche il collega l'ha buttata sul ridere e le ha dato corda. Ridicoli.

Servizio veloce, luogo calmo ottimo per sedersi e prendere qualcosa di caldo dopo una giornata in piedi. Servizi, personale e prezzi uguali a quelli del resto della catena.

Great place to grab a nice hot "joe" to start your day, and they do open early enough for the early birds.

Just stopped in for the coffee & cake &, as usual, great service, great coffee & lovely cakes. Just can't resist a Starbucks!

It's just inside one of the main entrances, it has glass walls and is easy to see. It's not on the main train concourse. Starbucks is Starbucks
