The best restaurants serving American food in Greenwich London

This spot is great for a normal run in, if your familiar with pfc style chicken then this is the BEST PLACE FOR ITTTT! The chicken burger is their specialty and they feature alot of Indian cuisine as well. The customer service is great and the shop is quite packed at times.

I found this place by chance and I am very glad I did. Everyone either says hello to you or gives you a friendly smile. There was a live blues band and I was not disappointed! The band engaged with the crowd and was encouraged to participate with the band by singing. People (as well as myself) were dancing, very happy and embraced the blues. The staff were absolute perfection! Whilst speaking with the friendly staff I found out there are karaoke nights, dj sets and a whole lot more going on there. I am glad I came to this establishment and let the blues take my soul. Oh, and for those that are wondering there IS a pool table there which I will be heavily using 😂 I absolutely loved it there and WILL be going back!

This McDonald's has seriously gone downhill in the 6 years that I've lived in woolwich. When I first moved to the area, orders were correct, burgers were made well and the service was great. Now, if you order in store - make sure that your order is correct before leaving or going to your table and good luck if your order online... 9/10 times the order is wrong or has something missing. I once ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread... and only got a stale flat bread! No quality control and no checking of orders. They are more concerned in getting orders out than making sure that they are correct. Focus more on the quality of the service than fulfilling orders to meet quotas.

Brilliant experiment, always a very friendly service at this branch. This is the third time we have been served by staff member Kaeshan, she has been absolutely amazing. Today was my son’s birthday, she has gone over and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. We will definitely continue our custom at the 02 branch, also highly recommend it. Great service, super quick, accommodating staff and most importantly amazing food and cocktails.

I have used this grill for many years without complaint. However on Sunday afternoon 29th May. We stopped for a lunch around midday. First we stood at the sign to be seated. This took quite a while but it was busy. Then we were greeted by a middle aged woman. With what I can only describe as it was as if she was chewing wasps. She directed us to a seat which was being blown heavily with an air conditioner. The wasp eater said nothing when I pointed out the issue. She put her order pad in her pocket and walked away. I will never again enter this grill. They are obviously making so much cash they think they don’t have to consider their customers any more. Sad state of affairs. It used to be a nice stopping off place but alas no more..I would advise this place is given a wide berth. This is worst location Sidcup every time at the drive through after hours if you don't check your order they give stale cold food....tonight I paid just under £5 for cold stale fries with no salt and Coke....

ASKED for no sauce in my burger in a empty shop and they couldn't follow simple instructions who hires these incompetent people

I ordered via the self serve, which repeatedly prompted for extras and delayed me... i then approached to collect food when it came up on the screen, it wasn't ready, so I waited again. When it did appear from the server I requested some mayo to go with the fries, and was told that would be another 90p, i had already paid over £10. I refused, I took my food and drink quickly as I had a train to catch. On getting to my seat I had a drink and it was the wrong drink, which I had paid extra for sugar tax and it was pepsi max or alike, even the button on the top was depressed! Then I went to eat the food and it was cold and poorly put together. This is one of (maybe not quite the, but) worst burger Kings I have been to, it seemingly works on the premice that people will not check (as their staff don't seem to either), and will just keep going past as it is in a prime location. I have had poor experience before here, but thought I'd give them another chance. I am a regular traveller and often have to eat around here, there are many other far better and more reaosnable, and even quicker outlets, wassabi, McDonald's, Leon, Starbucks, subway, Greggs... these are all miles better....even a whsmiths sandwich!

I went there at 10 pm on Saturday night only to be told it's takeaway only. 10 pm on a Saturday night, and you can sit inside the store to eat your food.

Ordered bucket deal for friends who were helping move our brother. Just eat driver did not turned up even though it said delivered online. Very disappointed.

Food tastes and look reheated complete waste of money so dissapointed with the quality of food in this location
