KFC in Greenwich

I wouldn't recommend any order through Uber eats. Every week I place and order which comes to £16. And every week they gey it wrong. I ordered 2 can of Pepsi Max tonight 25th June. But only received one.

Horrible attention, the woman attending was eating directly from the trays all the food was on. When I went to order the pop corns she didn't mention the size and wouldn't change it, charging me £1.99 for a tiny box of about 5cm.

Literally the worst kfc ever , they take your money, don't give you the wrap you've paid for and put no chips in the bag, it's filth, disgusting please don't give them your money

Need a food hygiene control in this place asap. Stomach ache and bad toilet few hours of been in this place . Avoid this place asap

This really has to be the worst KFC in London. I have lived in Greenwich for many years and watched the shop almost be run down. The staff are rude.. and the food almost always arrives cold. I used to sit in but they have had a refurbishment and taken away a lot of the tables and what is there always needs to be cleaned. Tonight I thought that I would grab a meal for my lot as I was late home from work. Order of £25 I had a KFC coupon that I wanted to use. As I was just going home I only had my phone with me so wanted to use the phone to pay. He took the details of my coupon and then said that the till had "technical" issues. Standing waiting around for the till to reboot didn't help and finally, he told all that was waiting that it was now "cash only". I haven't as yet checked if that means that he redeemed my voucher or not he says it never went through. The milkshake machine never works and as this is really the only reason I go there.. never again

Whenever I come here it’s disgusting there is half eaten food on every table and the staff don’t give me straws with my drink and food is always cold and apparently it is still open during the pandemic!

Absolutely appalled at the service of the restaurant customer service and its promise from the app. When food finally arrived over an hour late it was cold. KFC being a multinational international company spending millions on advertising through TV and media, also using the name of just eat. Has completely destroyed both reputations of both companies. Spent over an hour trying to contact customer services attempted over 4 times to contact the actual restaurant with no reply. an offer of £5 credit which would be absolutely useless as will never be using just eat or KFC ever again. Will be mentioning on TripAdvisor and every part of social media how horrendous the service was. the original order was placed and promise to be delivered at 7:30 p.m. finally arrived at 8:50 p.m.. One of the family members has diabetes and should have eaten an hour prior to the delivery this is detrimental to the health.

Ordered from Just Eat and was really looking forward to a chicken burger. Ordered just before 9pm and was told that it would be delivered at 9:30pm. 9:30pm came and past and still no food. By 10pm, I was chatting to a guy from Just Eat who told me there was no one to collect my order. Moments later, the restaurant cancelled it as they had no drivers. Had I not been in touch with Just Eat, my food would never have arrived and I would’ve been charged. I’m disgusted that I wasn’t contacted by them to apologise for the fact that they’re too useless to deliver my food. Fortunately, the kind Just Eat man issued me a refund. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the fact that I was ravenous. Absolutely appalling and will never EVER be ordering from them again.

Ordered online (via just eat) at 11am, by 12 no food had arrived, we phoned just eat who tried for 15 minutes to contact them with no response, they (Just eat) asked for us to wait a few minutes longer, we waited, 15 minutes passed with still no food or communication so we phoned Just Eat again and cancelled the order, Just Eat to their credit gave us 2 £5.00 e vouchers to compensate

Went for some lunch and it was standard KFC food but very clean with the staff promptly clearing away any mess. Service staff very helpful and friendly.

Fast food chain but not actually fast at all, not the first time they mistake the order in this branch, and once got it the cheese was colder than ice. The blonde lady was not willing to change it and in general replying with uncaring attitude to customers. I’m disappointed and frustrated.

This our local KFC. How hard is it to fail with one of the biggest food brands in the world behind you? KFC itself provides precisely formulated methods of preparing and selling their recipes. But this branch, which must be a franchise, fails night after night. Food quality is mixed with varying temperature on each items. Generally there is one person on the till, 4 or 5 bustling around in the kitchen unpacking food as it’s ordered. Very little is prepared in advance. I’d imagine that if you order a milkshake the team would unpack a machine and build it, then learn how to use it, then attempt a milkshake, the machine would break and the whole process would start again. By far the biggest problem is slow service. Without exaggeration, on a Friday night expect between 20 and 45 minutes for a burger and some fries. This is based on actual experience. The street has tons of amazing take always, Indian, Chinese, amazing Turkish and great Kebabs (Greenwich Kebabs is about 5 mins down the road towards Greenwich - really good) Unless you have some revision to do or need a spot to quietly read a book, if you’re hungry at all, I’d suggest walking up the road.

The only reason I have given 1 star is because I can't give less . As a general rule I love KFC but this is an experience I would rather forget. It is situated on the main road (prime position) there were 2 couples in front of us and it seemed they were have issues around there order. After eventually placing our order for 4 adults and 1 child and waiting for about 15 mins we were told that there was a long wait for chicken but the rest of our order was packed up . Seeing how it was KFC I didn't understand what was packed up ? We evntual got out order takeaway to find out that part of it was missing , this was put right but grudgingly. Note to KFC please carry out a secret shopper at Greenwich KFC there customer service is shocking, while there at least 8 customers stood waited and left without placing an order .

This is the second time staff have got my order wrong only for me to get home and discover this again. Although this outlet has been refitted out the food preparation and serving areas are extremely small.in The serving area there are four staff severing two for visiting customers that are queuing and two serving for delivery customers is it no wonder staff are getting confused .a customer handed over lost property to staff that were serving customers she didn’t wash her hands and continued serving customers. Staff uniform looking very shabby and staff hair not tied back neatly. This is the second time I have given this outlet feedback on the KFC website I don’t feel as though they have taken any notice. stop partly getting orders ready and then wait for fries to cook whilst the rest of the order gets cold. This outlet has a very good turnover in profits and the need to invest in a bigger outlet in order to accommodation visiting customers and delivery customers. The size of this outlet has out grown KFC business module.

There are occasions when you actually relish the thought of a KFC. Yes, it's true! However, on the basis of the two times I have visited this one, I would suggest you swerve and head elsewhere. Greasy, flacid chicken with soggy chips. Not a great recommendation.

1. its not worth the value for money, avoid at all costs 2. the staff dont communicate with you unless you're a regular 3. long waiting times for a store that wasnt busy at the time 4. needs a re-ferb, smells like damp, old school. cramped 5. food is disgusting and stale. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY DIRTY if i could give them no stars I would.

Friendly staff who even remember the customers regular orders. Well cooked chicken. Always busy with return customers

la comida y el lugar es identico a los otros KFC ya que es una cadena, pero lo destacable es el ambiente de inglaterra y la gran ciudad, es otra cosa.

La comida es como todo KFC, es decir la calidad de todo no varia demasiado de otros a los que ido, pero la ambientacion lo hace mejor

Bueno barato comida para llenar la barriga y llenarte un poco de grasa, la verdad es que es una buena opción cuando estas viajando.

Были в Лондоне 10 дней, для ТАКОГО города это, конечно, мало. Поэтому хотелось больше ходить и смотреть. Но когда дети прочили отдохнуть, заходили в этот ресторан. Самое главно для нас - быстро и качественно. Спокойная и доброжелателен а-ля атмосфера. Приемлемые цены.
