The best restaurants serving American food in St James's City of London, Westminster London

Nice food but you feel ripped off. 1. The medium sized should come with 2 portions of protein (I chose tuna and salmon) but they seem to reduce the amount of each compared to how much they’d put in the bowl if you order the small which comes with one protein. Should get 4 greens but they charge an additional £1 or £1.50 if any of those are ‘premium’ and basic stuff like avocado and wakame are considered premium even though you get an absolutely minuscule amount. A bit of a joke really.

Service was shocking. We were about 40 mins sitting before our order was taken. Kids getting hungry and anxious. I had to chase down a staff member to get service. It wasn't his area but he was helpful when I flagged him down. I tried to order a drink and was ignored at the bar as well. The food was pretty good when we got it to be fair. We wouldn't go back.

The lou mei, dumpling, soup of the hotpot are special very good in london. This is my top choice top priority choose hotpot in London. The service is surprisingly good! The two woman server are surprisingly well!

The burger was disgusting and very uncooked . I will never come back and I had a horrible stomach pain The day after. Was it really worth it . The fries were the most decent thing they had but they were certainly not the best

El lugar estaba muy bien, mucho espacio para sentarse, y la gente del lugar fue muy amable. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses lo cual está excelente.

Very tasty poutine fries but I can’t help but feel short changed with this portion size… I did raise it and was just told this was a ‘big plate’, and that is a full serving of 150g of fries. For £5.49. Plenty of other options nearby.

This place is not good at all, the food is pathetic and so is the service the staff are reluctant and the place is ill managed.
