The best restaurants serving American food in Suffolk Coastal East of England

Went here for the first time on our latest trip to Felixstowe and we are so glad we did.Lovely food, freshly cooked and reasonably priced.Very friendly staff and everything i watched being freshly prepaired looked delicious.Myself and my Son had a lovely breakfast ( mine complete with granary toast), my partner had ham, egg and chips which looked lovely and my daughter had a jacket potato and as she couldn't finish it they kindly packaged it up for her to take away.Would love to visit again when in town.

Great service, looked after by Chloe really well. The Burgers are great and always served perfectly. Great value and lovely real ale

We celebrated a significant birthday with friends with an Afternoon Tea. The tea itself was excellent as was the whole experience from arrival to the lovely waitress and reception. A really great package.

It's clear that love and thought goes in to everything at The Hot Sausage Company, from the friendly service and vegan option (which I understand was painstakingly sourced to ensure only the best was served!) to the wide range of condiments and reasonable prices. If you're ever in town in Cambridge, Colchester or Ipswich, make it your top priority to visit for a bite to eat.

Waitresses were very polite although under staffed. Very disappointed in our meals. Starter was overcooked.. the chicken burger was burnt although the chips were great.. the coleslaw mayonnaise and onion rings were cheap quality. Dessert was delicious.. best part of our meal. Unfortunately we wouldn’t reccomend or come back. The restaurant itself is run down.. windows needed a clean at our sea view.. toilets were disgusting.. I walked in and walked out.. I couldn’t use the toilets.

First off I would like to say I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received and never have I ever been ignored and spoken to like I'm an inconvenience to someone like I did on my visit to Miller and carter. Where we first sat it was very noisy we asked Corissa our waitress if we could move away and she flat out said no you will have to deal with it and just walked off..... she was hardly about standing at some desk on her phone and picking her nose DISGUSTING...my friend we and asked if we could get another drink and she turned to him and said ill come to you when I'm free bearing in mind she was stood there at least 7 minutes on her phone the food came out cold and not very nice we didn't complain at the time just left as we felt we would get abuse from the waitres we will definitely not be returning and will be deterring other people also

George and Sam served us last night, they were brilliant, attentive, professional, friendly and made the whole experience fun. Sadly this restaurant is closing down this weekend to make way for a new development. We wish all the team well.

Amazing xx lovely staff and atmosphere and full vegan menu which was yummy! Restaurant was clean and beautifully presented. Fairly priced and so close to the beach.

We ordered spicy chicken on line, There chickens are soooo salty and still pink inside. It will be my first and last, never order again to this food store.

Why can't they get it right? EVERY TIME they miss something. Usually Popcorn Chicken. Their solution, when you call, is that you drive to the restaurant and collect the missing item. Erm... YOU MESSED UP! You drive to ME. That's the last time.
