The best restaurants serving American food in Suffolk Coastal East of England

Went here for the first time on our latest trip to Felixstowe and we are so glad we did.Lovely food, freshly cooked and reasonably priced.Very friendly staff and everything i watched being freshly prepaired looked delicious.Myself and my Son had a lovely breakfast ( mine complete with granary toast), my partner had ham, egg and chips which looked lovely and my daughter had a jacket potato and as she couldn't finish it they kindly packaged it up for her to take away.Would love to visit again when in town.

Great service, looked after by Chloe really well. The Burgers are great and always served perfectly. Great value and lovely real ale

We celebrated a significant birthday with friends with an Afternoon Tea. The tea itself was excellent as was the whole experience from arrival to the lovely waitress and reception. A really great package.

It's clear that love and thought goes in to everything at The Hot Sausage Company, from the friendly service and vegan option (which I understand was painstakingly sourced to ensure only the best was served!) to the wide range of condiments and reasonable prices. If you're ever in town in Cambridge, Colchester or Ipswich, make it your top priority to visit for a bite to eat.

Under staffed… limited dishes on the menu as they had ran out of so may dishes at only 6.30pm.. meal was over priced for not great quality ingredients. Over cooked food.. the chicken burger was burnt.. also the table next to us had the same problem. The restaurant itself was run down.. sea view was limited.. the windows weren’t even clean. Waitress was super friendly.. kept apologising.. but like we said this wasn’t her fault. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone or come back.. very disappointing visit

me and my partner came here for a well needed date night and we really could not complain at all! we were welcomed in and sat at a lovely far area with the addition of being allocated an absolute diamond of a waitress named heather. throughout our time there it was evident of the high demand however she handled it with such a breeze! the periods of eating, the in betweens and check ins to make sure everything was to a good standard was well timed and we was continually greeted with a warm smile. our food was brilliant and well worth what the price was in quantity, quality and the sides which topped it off! after paying our bill and leaving , all staff that saw us said goodbye which was very kind. we thoroughly enjoyed our first time at this restaurant and will most definitely return!

George and Sam served us last night, they were brilliant, attentive, professional, friendly and made the whole experience fun. Sadly this restaurant is closing down this weekend to make way for a new development. We wish all the team well.

Amazing xx lovely staff and atmosphere and full vegan menu which was yummy! Restaurant was clean and beautifully presented. Fairly priced and so close to the beach.

We ordered spicy chicken on line, There chickens are soooo salty and still pink inside. It will be my first and last, never order again to this food store.

Can't give zero star. Very very crap. Crap staff. No idea what they are doing. I'm surprised they know how to get to work. Very slow over 40 mins to wait for chicken. It doesn't take 40 mins to cook chicken fillets. Manger has not got a clue. And staff well... chocolate tea pots come to mind
