It's clear that love and thought goes in to everything at The Hot Sausage Company, from the friendly service and vegan option (which I understand was painstakingly sourced to ensure only the best was served!) to the wide range of condiments and reasonable prices. If you're ever in town in Cambridge, Colchester or Ipswich, make it your top priority to visit for a bite to eat.

Bought from a street vendor, footlong with onions Yum! Choices were given for sauces, cheese ect however we went traditional! It was amazing! Delicious and juicy, fantastic experience will definitely be purchasing again!

We had a meal kit delivery for 4 and it was lovely! The instructions inside the box helped us cook the sausages and the onions perfectly, and the rolls were lovely and fresh with sauces included too. Would definitely recommend for a tasty treat!

Purchase 2 foot long sausages, one for me and one for the better half. As always cooked to perfection. Friendly service when you can get there as almost a queue for food. Fantastic quality, eat now or takeaway in a wrapped foil type cover to keep it warm. Great friendly staff.

This is one of my favourite quick lunch go-tos. I walk past every day and have to do my best to not stop every day as the smell is incredible. There is always a queue but it goes down quickly so don't let that put you off. The guys always have plenty of sausages ready even when there is a queue. The sausages are so tasty I always have regular with cheese no onions. Can't rate them enough. The best ones I ever had was at a birthday party when a friend rented them for the food- Im sure I had a chili sausage - amazing.

I've been eating sausages from the Hot Sausage Company in Ipswich since I was little. They are absolutely delicious. My mum and I used to make special trips to Ipswich just to have one and whenever we're there now, we still always do.

We always enjoy these dogs in cambridge. The foot long with cheese and onion smutherd with ketchup and mustard are soooooo delicious. My son and i can never eat just one. The staff are always very polite too.

I'm quite fussy when it comes to sausages, but these are amazing!!!!! Deffo got to be a hotdog with cheese, onions & Tomato ketchup!! 👌👌👌The guys are super friendly too.

Often have a foot long when shopping in Ipswich. Always have onions and chees and ask for extra serviette as the dogs are a foot long. Food always piping hot and rolls fresh. Good selection of relish and sauces and optional spicy/ Cumberland and other specialty bangers available. Would recommend for a mid morning brunch or afternoon snack if you are peckish. Length of cues sometimes (which are served and reduce quickly) is indicative of the popularity of this venue. There is more than one also which helps if you’re not going all the way through the town centre so you can not be far from one.

I stopped by the stall in Ipswich after hearing Ed Sheeran's rave review. I've got to say, that foot long with extra cheese is to die for. The best hot dog I've EVER eaten.

sausages galore. I only have the standard tasting Sausage but always fresh, always good value, always seems to be a que as people seem to enjoy the food and attitude of the staff!

Hot sausage onions ready to cooked soft tasty bun, go grab a seat in the center of Ipswich and watch the hustle and bustle while eating a very tasty hot sausage they do sell drinks as well i personally cover my sausage in hot mustard go on try it and take a break from all that rushing around shopping we do and we love it ! good luck mate see you in the new year probably in the January sales !

This is a guilty pleasure when we are occasionally shopping in Ipswich Town Center and want a quick snack on the go. The service is always polite and friendly and the sausages fresh and tasty - if you go for the larger size it's a real meal in itself and much more satisfying than a burger meal from the local fast food chain!

Oh definitely the best sausages in Ipswich so yum yum and very good value ' we even drove there one sunday morning around Christmas just to get one

Stopped here quickly after some shopping in town for a quick lunch. The service is polite and speedy. We had the Caribbean sausage which was delicious. Would recommend for a quick bite, great food!

Lovely quick snack from the Hot Sausage company. Never had a bad one! Highly recommended when you want a quick bit to eat.

Best tasting sausage around, just a bit pricey. Can be bought 6 days a week, would be nice to have nice fried onions instead of the small pieces the the hot sausage company use, can be found easily in the town centre

The hot sausage company is possibly the best food stall on market days and even on non-market days as well. Been going back to treat myself occasionally for many years now and never let me down, sausages freshly cooked all day (every day except sun), very nice. The only draw back now is the price keeps going up every year, which is a shame, but still a nice treat - but less often!
