The best restaurants serving American food in England

I ordered my food to the wrong store for collection. Instead of them preparing me a meal at the hackney branch they have made me go all the way to the mile end store. I ordered my food at 8.30 it is now after 9 I'm now on my way to mile end in an UBER which is costing me more. Than the meal to go to mile end then to go back home. This easily could have been rectified if they had been helpful and just made the meal at the hackney branch and let me go home I now have to go past my house to collect the food which could have been avoided with a little cooperation. Customer service is diabolical and I won't be spending my money here again

There was hardly anyone in there on a Sunday afternoon so we had the pick of the seats. The service was friendly and fast, and they brought everything to our table (I'm not sure this is standard, probably because they weren't busy). We ordered a tuna melt, two cups of tea and two slices of red velvet cake to eat in. The tuna melt was apparently really good (I didn't get a look in!!). The cups of tea were huge and a lovely cuppa - they were very helpful finding a caffeine-free herbal tea for me. The red velvet cake was a bit dry but the white chocolate sauce it came with helped. The slices were generous and well-made. We will definitely be returning...especially if we can get our cosy corner slot by the door!

I ordered a coffee milkshake, and then saw one of the specials on the board. I asked if it was too late to change it (it would have been identical price) Rather than provide a decent customer service ..instead she said 'nah its too late'. Then they realised the coffee machine was broken. All of a sudden it wasn't too late to change my order ! I just said I would like a refund in which she responded 'sorry I can't because my manager isn't here'. As far as I'm concerned, thats not my problem. I pushed back against this and said no, I would like a refund. No apology for the inconvenience or any kind of acknowledgement for their mistake. The girl making the milkshakes decided she wanted to butt her nose in, so I started to receive EXTREMELY rude and evil looks from her. She was also highly unprofessional, rolling her eyes at other customers about me and laughing with other staff. It wasn't her business to get involved, and it is vile low levels of customer service. This is disgusting. She also didn't look as if she should have been working in a food service place, with fake eyelashes and nails. On the way out she decided to continue to give me dirty looks - thanks for sealing that further, I will not be returning. I will be ensuring to share on social media about your customer service.

Este lugar es ideal para una carrera normal, si estás familiarizado con el pollo estilo pfc, entonces este es el MEJOR LUGAR PARA ITTTT! La hamburguesa de pollo es su especialidad y también ofrecen mucha cocina india. El servicio al cliente es genial y la tienda está bastante llena a veces.

Así que fuimos a desayunar y estaba delicioso. Tengo que decir que fueron muy complacientes con los cambios solicitados y los requisitos dietéticos. El servicio lo hizo, muy bueno.

Tienen una excelente opción vegetariana de shawarma, con deliciosas papas fritas con queso. Un poco caro, pero a veces hay que pagar por la calidad.

Desde el momento en que me enviaba Beas' para solicitar información sobre el servicio a la medida, pastelitos servicial, racionalizar pedidos y eficiencia fue excepcional. Los bizcochos eran simplemente espectaculares y mi amigo lloró cuando vio que ellos (incluso sabía increíble). Recomiendo Bea's a cualquiera que quiera bizcochos deliciosos para una fiesta sin estrés o simplemente para disfrutar.

This is my first time in Costco. I have to the staff are amazing. They are polite and professional. The range is extensive and the prices can be very cheap. My only issue is that due to its size and it is huge, there are no rest stations for disabled people on walking sticks. Whilst I can push a trolly using it as my sticks I needed to rest now and again and it was impossible. That meant I only shoped about a third of Costco. I will have to leave the rest till next time. A real missed opportunity. The unit is easily big enough to have rest stations for the disabled.

We heard that the restaurant at Wike Ridge Golf Course was again serving Sunday lunch so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed the food was well cooked, not dried out that can sometimes can happen with a carvery. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Only criticism is the restaurant area could do with a makeover not a comfortable cosy area to sit and chill, however this is not the caterers remit. We will definitely return in the near future with a group of friends.

Visited today with high hopes however my hopes were soon crushed. I placed an order with Dirty chicken which from the picture and the description sounded delightful. Unfortunately when I was called to collect my food the chicken was lukewarm -so much so that it did not even melt the cheese that was placed on top. The bacon was freezing cold and had obviously been sat there for a substantial amount of time. When inspecting the meal I broke open the chicken as I am currently pregnant and am sceptical about such things to see that it was all brown inside. The chips were fine although the ‘chicken’ seasoning on top -which we did not have an option to remove- ruined them. As a result of this experience I would not return to the street food club Nottingham and feel that the amount that I paid for this meal was not accurate for the product that I received. I was not able to find a complaints centre otherwise I would have put this there. I was also not able to discuss a refund of any sort with the people working there as it was all done through one app so My experience was ended there with no outcome coming from it.

very friendly service, served with a big smile and cheery staff. the coffee was amazing i had difficulty deciding what to have and the server helped me decide. and i was impressed.

Muy antihigiénico, había un pelo largo y canoso en mi bollo de canela, me ha hecho sentir mal y definitivamente no volveré, no lo recomendaría!!

They are very disingenuous, I have ordered chicken peri peri chips, coleslaw and a burger went home found no without the chips and coleslaw. Please check and make sure you have everything you ordered in your bag before leaving them. Good luck
