Subway in Chorley

Always enjoy a subway sandwich or salad and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful - the shop is always clean and tidy too

I spent £20 on my recent visit at 17.42pm and purchased a large coffee, I got home to take a mouthful to find the milk was sour and gone off and made me physically sick. I took it back to them and said I would like a refund as the coffee is off to be then told by an 18 year old with complete attitude that they don't give refunds. I said I am entitled to a refund as its my right and that I didnt want anything else for her to be condescending towards me. I told her to speak to her manager as I wanted a refund and she continued to give me attitude and treat me like a 12 year old. I am a grown woman with a complaint and when I said there is nothing to say that I cant have a refund she continually gave me bad attitude. I told her she had disgraceful customer service. This girl is blonde hair and has glasses and nasty attitide to go along with it. I have put a complaint in to head office about the store as she also refused to give me the name of the manager and also contact details. I WILL NOT be coming back to this store and will be putting a formal complaint to the manager.

Usual subway experience. Shop is always clean. Salads are great and subs with good range of salad. New guacamole option is really good.
