We have visited to four other restaurants/cafe in Wellington High street over years of eating out, I truly hope that this review will be helpful rather than just critical, so where to start. I'm not going to comment on the cake side of this business, because I didn't come to Blondie's to try the Cakes, which i'm sure are great, but i'm here for Breakfast. the restaurant is nice with comfortable seating, nice size tables, and the colours are nice, unfortunately the restaurant from the outside looks like a hair salon rather than a restaurant, on entering the restaurant we sat down and looked at the menu which was as expected, I ordered a pot of tea for one, I know how I like my cup of tea, but when it came it was in a mug already with milk and for my taste a little over milky, but no disaster, we then ordered a full English breakfast. we waited for just over an hour before our breakfast arrived. the breakfast itself was fine without being great but certainly ok. the problem is that free parking in wellington is 90 minutes, it took us 15 minutes to walk from the car park to Blondies restaurant, so would take us another 15 minutes to walk back to the car. so you can see that I was now concerned about parking fines. now I know that this isn't Blondies restaurant fault but an hour to cook a breakfast is too long, the price was a little expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. I would very much advise that you visit the other restaurants, Sofias is 50 meters walk away, and is full. Blondies is pretty much empty, which is a great shame. what would I change, I feel that Blondies needs an identity as a cakes Restaurant its failing because the decor doesn't lead itself to this kind of clientele, as a traditional restaurant/cafe the staff need to be more on the ball, better quality, more of it, lower drinks prices. I do hope you guys succeed but it really does need a re-think, and I hope this review might in some way help. Mart

I had read previous reviews of this cafe before we spent a night in Ironbridge and decided to eat here, we weren't disappointed either. Between us we had a cooked breakfast, bacon on toast, cream tea

We were a bit concerned about some of the reviews of this bar but we need not have worried. We visited early in the evening for a drink before dinner. We had two small bottles of prosecco which cost £

Oh how this Krispy Kremes has changed. It is tired and worn wall fixed tables have food stuck along the sides and wood chips missing from them. The Mens lavatory has had the seat broken and a wrong
