Very disappointed with our two visits: the staff were busy chatting with friends, and took ages to produce a couple of simple drinks, seemingly considering customers to be a bit of an inconvenience. Their line manager needs to give them a quiet word in their ears about how useful customers are, otherwise they may end up with no customers to sell coffee to.

A lot of staff hovering, standing around watching you eat which made me uncomfortable. Especially because the burgers we got had solid buns, so gnaring through them was embarrassing. Would advise a chair not facing the kitchen/serving area. Nice interactions with staff, though, especially our server.

And the fried chicken was salty like how i prefer it. We couldn't get enough and order more through Ubereats. However, the only downside is it is open very late at 4 and to order online starts at 5. It was frustrating because we pick our kids from school at 3.15 and they will be hungry for food, i wish we can drop by Sully and buy some food either for takeout or eatin. We waited from 3.15 to 4 to buy but at 4.10 the shop is still not open. It is frustrating. we like the food but timing is bad. Hope you can open your shop earlier!
