The best restaurants in St. Dogmaels Pembrokeshire West Wales

Staying in St Dogmaels for a week so popped in this little cafe midweek for lunch. The staff were lovely and friendly and the food was yummy. We each had a slice of Frittata with homemade salads and cucumber pickle, really delicious, with Chocolate brownie and a very yummy nut covered slice. Will be going back today for some of the homemade scones …..watched them being made yesterday. Thank you to the young lady who gave me her recipe for cucumber pickles. Will definitely try those on return to Tasmania.

I have visited the Temple Bar twice in the last couple of weeks. The food, cake and coffee are wonderful. The staff apart from the owner are really polite, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately the owner does not appear to have attended a customer service course herself. She is impatient and rude. Even a simple smile seems to beyond her

Went here today excellent service and food, we had a young girl serving us and she was amazing well done.

Delicious homemade food, their cawl is a particular favourite 😍 with a wide range of cakes, desserts and beverages too. The garden centre offers something for everyone and is a riot of colour 💐 Perfect to visit even if you don't have a garden or green fingers 😊

The fish was cooked to perfection, with a light, golden-brown batter that was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside

Place is so inviting ..what's nicer than watching the sea ..while drinking coffee and eating cake..staff are so friendly

Another fantastic evening at The Ferry Inn , superb food and fantastic service with a great atmosphere , and so dog friendly

It's a gem hidden away. Your think you're lost at some points, but trust your sat nav, sooo many plants to choose from, a shop that is filled with reasonable priced items, no different to other garden centres and the cafe has some lovely cakes and food, the soup was delicious accompanied with wholesome bread, butter x2 and some welsh cheese, we came away really happy with our purchases from the garden centre and cafe,

Spotted this fish and chip shop en route back to the holiday park we were staying at and it didnt disappoint. Everything cooked to order and very fresh. Lovely thick curry sauce. Not the biggest menu, but focuses on all the right things. Would recommend. Parked across the road in the car park as parking on the road would be a nightmare.

Wow! What a beautiful renovation of the original hotel and restaurant. The views from the restaurant are simply spectacular and the decor is comfortable and attractive. The staff are absolute gems. From the moment we booked lunch on the telephone right through our service, they were enthusiastic, professional and helpful. The food is very reasonably priced for the quality and you get the view of the stunning Teifi estuary for free.
