I have visited the Temple Bar twice in the last couple of weeks. The food, cake and coffee are wonderful. The staff apart from the owner are really polite, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately the owner does not appear to have attended a customer service course herself. She is impatient and rude. Even a simple smile seems to beyond her

Went for brunch, got seated straight away although it was busy, amazing service had coffee that was excellent and meatballs for food that were just amazing! Carrot cake to share for 'pudding', with a box for cakes for later. Amazing team/people and amazing atmosphere, and amazing food! Would give it 10 out of five, will becoming regulars!!

Food was delicious. Best we've had out in a while. Price was exceptionally reasonable. Place was quirky, lovely relaxed vibes. We will definitely be back, a real gem in Pembrokeshire.

Popular cafe and location ... we were lucky to be seated right away but for those that had to wait they have a beautiful piece of Pembrokeshire to see and admire. Food was delicious and fresh ... service was excellent. Will certainly be back and would recommend for any travelling in the area.

We were on a long hike but called in on Saturday before 1200 thinking it wouldn’t be busy. Actually it was packed but we shared. A table with another family. On this visit we only wanted coffee and a cake. The service is first class and my cappuccino was excellent, but my chocolate cake was simply outstanding.

Simply the best place to eat in Pembrokeshire! Amazing food, lovely room, lovely people. There are usually two daily dishes on the menu, each with a vegetarian/vegan option. We come here all the time. All are delicious, and wonderful cakes for dessert.

Just wonderfully, tasty food, very reasonably priced. Just about the best lunch I can remember. Root vegetable salad doesn’t immediately sound right but it was wonderful. Partner had outstanding seafood risotto. A wonderful place to eat in.

We finished a lovely riverside walk to, and round, Nevern (what a church!) by walking up to this cafe on the edge of the village. You just have to turn up (on the right day!) and hope to get a table. We had to wait for 20 mins but it was really worth the wait. From the small menu we both chose the delicious meatloaf sitting in a great salad and vegetable mix followed by meringue to die for and a moist carrot cake. The room is really homely with such friendly service and restful music, all making for a really great experience.

lucky enough to wait for and get a lunch table in 20mins having waited outside as cosy and intimate inside (perhaps a small awning needed for drizzly days). Love the simplistic menu - 2 dishes available with fantastic fresh flavours; lots of ingredients from the cafe garden. Do check though the menu before arriving if non-meat/fish eater. Foccacia bread and butter were yum. Cakes were delicious though the meringue we had was intensely chewy!! carrot cake was dreamy...and the pot of herbal tea / coffee fantastic. What really impressed was for 3xpeople the reasonableness of the cost - we've paid much more elsewhere and left hungry/generally disappointed for much more. Great food vision, granted not for all but please try it if passing (limited opening times) 😀

Friends recommended Temple Bar so we walked there for lunch on 9 July 23. The place looks clean and fresh with some nice Scandi inspired decor. The limited menu, which I approve of as it means the dishes are really home made, was interesting and different. I chose the salad which included marinated rhubarb, feta, nuts and leaves. It was delicious. My friend has lambs liver with roasted vegetables and cous cous. That too was excellent. We finished with coffees and mine was the best coffee this year! The welcome was warm and service first class. We loved Temple Bar and highly recommend it.

We came here last October and we’re blown away by the place, the idea and by the food. Although we are staying over an hour away this year, we needed to go back. It’s such a great little place. Run by husband and wife team, he’s cooking and out front a bit and she is mostly out front. They have transformed an old stone outbuilding into a fabulous place to eat fabulous food which is all locally sourced and a lot grown on their land behind. Two choices on the lunch menu which is changed according to seasons and availability of produce. Service is delightful, cooking superb, simplicity a huge plus point in my opinion. They also sell some locally produced deli type items and have cakes and coffee to die for too. If you are anywhere near at all it’s worth a trip but check opening times first. They are open limited days and hours whilst they grow beautiful food in their kitchen garden. This is one not to be missed!

My friends and I have been counting down the days until Kirk and Jennie reopen for the 2023 season. The food is delicious, fresh and beautifully presented, the coffee is amazing. The farm shop is so enticing that I can never resist buying something. Everything is locally produced and seasonal, a little gem

A cosy longhouse warmed by a wood fire and sheep fleeces, decorated with antique farm equipment. Full of local produce, homemade pastries, excellent coffee and delicious and thoughtful lunches that would be hard to find elsewhere. Usually just two main courses, including a delicious salad and a stew or more substantial meal - and everything can be made vegan in a generous way without missing out on any of the flavour. Think Danish 'hygge' cosiness or maybe more appropriately Swedish 'lagom' balance and. Kirk and Jenny are amazing hosts who obviously have put a lot of love and energy into this place.

Finally got round to having a meal at Templebar Cafe. What a brilliant experience - the food was really delicious and all the ingredients from within a few miles (if that), what's more there was plenty of it. The carrot cake was epic and the coffee is the best I've had for a long while. Jenny and Kirk are super hosts, full of smiles and offering a warm welcome. They have created a beautiful cafe with a wonderful aptmosphere. Can't wait to come back.

Booked a Sunday lunch out for family...although we frequently visit The Bar we had never tried their Sunday Dinners. As soon as we walked in we had a lovely welcome from Liam and his team. Our orders were taken straight away and within 5 minutes our drinks and food were on the table. Very generous portions, I've never been out to Sunday dinner anywhere that had the choice of seasonal vegetables we had. Everything was cooked to perfection. Very much tasted like home cooking. Fresh and delicious. We had no room or need for a pudding! With that view, a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere and decent prices you can't go wrong. Highly recommend. Thank you Liam, we will be returning !
