The best restaurants in Laugharne Township Carmarthenshire West Wales

What a lovely pub! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of pubs say they're dog friendly but this one genuinely is. And the food was top notch - delicious and great value for money. Five stars well deserved!

We went on a Friday and Saturday night, the atmosphere was amazing, the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Drinks are a fair price. Would go again!X

Really looking forward to cafe and farm shop. But it is closed for the season no mention of it on Google.

Stopped here for Breakfast early one Saturday morning. English breakfast and pancakes with fresh fruit, local honey and Greek yoghurt. Pot of tea for two. Less than £20! Lovely sunny patio, good service and quality food. The menu was varied! Would return and recommend. Only negative is the outdoor furniture was a little unstable.

Had an amazing meal here for New Years Eve, I had the most amazing pork loin and my wife thought the fish and chips were beautiful. Waiting staff were all very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks Rylan and Sian

Dog friendly with beautiful decor. Very warm And welcoming staff that were very attentive. The food was fantastic and very generous servings. Highly recommend by me.

If you're looking for a cosy little place to grab a coffee with your dog then this one is definitely it. Not only is the coffee particularly good but the loaded fries are literally the best I've ever had. The photo doesn't do justice to the entire roasting tray piled high with fries, smothered in chilli and topped with tonnes of cheese! Plenty to share and perfect on a cold day.

In Pendine for a few days and booked a table here last night. The staff and the locals were very friendly and also made a fuss of our dog. The Inn is situated right at the end of the beach, and wether you're inside or out on the large decking area the views are superb. Plenty of choice of ales and the food we had was really good. Reasonably priced and good portions. Try the pork tenderloin with peppercorn sauce, you won't be disappointed. Would i come back ? Most definitely!

Visited the Carpenters arms for Sunday lunch March9th, the service was fab, nice to speak to see the owner has a personality a bit crazy (in a nice way)like my own :-) The Sunday roast was amazing, all fresh produce about 7 diff veg and tasted delicious, we did send compliments to the chef, a lovely lady which we got to chat with outside, we all had a desert too which were to die for! A big thank you to the young lady that was our server she met our every needs, thank you, Highly recommend Thank you

Went there today with grandchildren ( one autistic) and the staff and owners were great came over had a chat couldn't do more for us and the food was good took deserts back to our caravan as we were full food was fresh hot and lovely definitely worth it

Didn't eat here, although interesting food truck outside. Barman clearly enjoying his job and lots of locals celebrating a local rugby day

this little cafe is a gem. Have been here several times as live in mid Wales and come to this area for weekends. coffee is good and the food is excellent. They love dogs and our dog loves them.
