I only wanted a takewway cup of tea which was too hard for them aparently. Orderd a takeaway cupa, was told to sit down and they will bring it over. I said i want it to takeaway but apparently i still had to sit down and wait 10 minutes for sombody to bring me a takeaway cup of tea, brought me the tea and no suger i then walked back inside to the counter after waiting 10 minutes for a simple cup of tea to get suger, then the cup started to leak everywhere. I really dont understand why you need to sit down and wait for a takeaway cupa of tea. Also they stoped serving breakfast and would not be serving lunch until a hour after. So for 1 hour they would not serve food for alot of hungry customers. Which i dont understand. I will not be returning. Terrible service

While the food was good we had to wait a long time before the girl came to the counter. As it is part of the Parkdean caravan site ownership i did expect counter service to be good.

My partner , her mother , father and myself attended the lovely , bright , nautical themed cafe today 22nd September. My partner had a ham and cheese toastie , her mother and father had cream teas and I had a jumbo fish finger bloomer with a cappuccino. Well what can we say ? Well presented , value for money , not cheap products served either. Will be visiting again . Thank you Adrian, Sian , Colin and Lynne.

Food was expensive and vile. Staff were unfriendly and couldn't raise a smile. We had chips with cream teas. The cream teas were advertised as a pot of tea, but we received a watery '1 cup' tea bag. The chips were nasty frozen cheap grainy ones with lots of bad bits. Unforgivable and needlessly mean. Places like this put scraping as much profit as possible ahead of offering simple basic edible edible food. It would cost pennies more per measly portion to give some semblance of quality. What you have here is your cynical seaside tourist trap masquerading as a sincere family run business, as the sign outside so proudly proclaims.

Total rip off! The chips where expensive for what you got and by the time you picked out the manky ones you didn't have enough to fill a purse! The tea was like dishwater in a paper cup even though we ordered a cream tea that said a pot of tea! Staff seemed to be very fed up looking and made you feel they were doing you a favour. The only good thing about it was that you had a nice view of the sea.

Stayed in Pendine for a week and had lunch from here 3 times! Once we'd found it we didn't want to go anywhere else. Baguettes freshly baked and very generous fillings. The kids loved them too. We also really enjoyed the coffee. Everything's freshly made to order so don't expect to be in and out in a couple of minutes but it's worth the wait and couldn't be handier for the beach.

Overpriced for poor quality. I always like to support independents but when you are charged over £3 for a hot chocolate that is made with water and not milk I feel robbed. The tea cakes came ready buttered and they have no idea how to make a flat white; bringing a latte instead! So £15 spent on 3 drinks and two tea cakes and a small slice of sponge. Shane nothing else was open.

The staff are lovely and very friendly. The food is great and very good value for money, but you need to order before 11.30 am for breakfast as the menu changes after that. It is very clean and has wonderful views of the sea. They cater for everyone and they have high chairs for small children, there is also outside seating if you prefer.they are also licensed for alcohol . They also take afternoon tea bookings after 2pm and the minimum is 2people

Staff were welcoming as it was pouring with horizontal rain outside. Views are good, overlooking Pendine Sands. Tea was good strength and in a proper teapot. The rather small almond slice cake however was really dry demonstrating a real lack of almonds apart from an overpowering almond essence. Shame reallly. Didn't have any hot food so can't comment on other menu items.

We called in here on Easter Sunday for drinks so we could warm up as it was so cold. My son in law was running in the half marathon on Pendine Sands! They were very busy so service was a little slow as they had a fair number to get through! There is seating outside and surprisingly there were a few hardy souls out there!!! The view of the sea/beach is lovely from here. We had to go to the toilets located behind the cafe (not sure there will be some in the Parry Thomas Centre eventually or not.) Tea By The Sea is the first business to open in this new Centre. We only had coffees, hot chocolate and drinks for the kids. The meals that people were having looked very nice so will come back and try them out!!

Y Talardd is everything you want in delivering excellence in great pub food. The food is prepared with both textures and flavours in mind. Though they’re not big on starters (just as well with their puds in mind! Later!) we went straight to mains, with a vegetarian guest in the group a Harrissa and chickpea spread on a flatbread with blended veggies in the mixed paste and cabbage and pomegranate seeds, tomato with pomegranate jus, looked and tasted stunning without being poncy. Huge Hunters Chicken with salad and chips (Genuinely large portions!) perfectly cooked and a Lamb and Leek pie to die for. Wish I knew what was in that mash, but what goes on in the kitchen stays in the kitchen……. The puds…. A masterclass in sticky toffee pudding, absolutely delightful and a vegan chocolate torte a perfect end to a lovely dining experience When you love what you do it shows in the result. Tonight’s food was a testament to pub food excellence.

Stopped off at this oasis on our way to Tenby. My wife and I both ordered bacon sandwiches and coffee lattes. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.

Not suitable for gluten free options despite menu description. We stayed locally and this restaurant had good reviews and described having gluten-free options available which was cinic red when we phoned to book a a table. The reality however was very different. Unless I wanted a vegan red Thai curry there were no options for me on the menu. The items described as gluten free in the menu weren't available and we were told the menu was out of date. Very disappointing and not suitable for anyone wanting gluten free options.
