Best place In Llanelli for coffee 5 star plus which in my view is the best because food and drink is amazing and staff are top friendly and very professional.

About time we wrote a review for this fantastic place. Once again a perfect full breakfast. Tasty sausages, soft fried eggs, pimped up beans and more. A lot of care is taken to get this right. And great coffee and just the most lovely service. Have had their specials in the past - also imaginative and tasty. It was rammed yesterday but the service was spot on, and there was a lovely warm atmosphere that did not feel rushed. This is how to run a cafe.

Lovely interior, really welcoming and friendly staff and food was great. No complaints would recommend.

Always delicious coffee, so we thought we would try staying for lunch. The club sandwich is probably the best I have ever tasted, the smoked bacon and halloumi cheese complement the chicken so well. I’m looking forward to making my way through the menu. There are great gluten free options too. It does get busy, so you may have a short wait for a table, but it will be worth it.

I’m very unhappy with the food. The servers were nice. we waited 50 minutes for 2 pancakes with Nutella and strawberries. When the food was given to us the fork was dirty and the food looked as if it had been thrown together also the Nutella is drizzled on top. I began to eat my pancake only to find a long hair in my food. There was no way of this hair being mine as it was tied up. We ate about 1/4 of the food and had to pay £9 each for pancakes and water that were not eaten. I do not recommend save your money for somewhere good.

Food is good when it eventually comes had our coffee in 5 mins but waited an hour before food order was even taken never had to wait that long in cafe before?? didn't look that busy either, went to counter to order and was just told there were people in front of us so would have to wait.

Lovely little coffee shop on the outskirts of llanelli Town centre. Great parking outside and access for wheelchair users. Very friendly staff with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Coffee and cake choices are great.

Been coming to humble since 2019, it’s our number one spot for brunch & coffee! Delicious lattes & specials menu is always worth a go. Friendly staff too, especially Bridie (our daughter’s favourite ☺️). Would eat here every day if we could!

This is a gorgeous place to spend some time. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Even my pot of tea gave me joy! We’ve just moved to a house around the corner and we are so glad that this gem of a place is set to become a regular place to go. Can’t recommend it enough.

I had my 30th birthday celebration here on a Saturday night and oh my gosh, it was amazing! I had 40 of family and close friends and the boys went above and beyond for us all evening. The cocktails and drinks were so good! The buffet was amazing! Everyone had such a good time. I put my own playlist on and the vibes were just on point. Such a cute and cozy atmosphere. I honestly had the best birthday. Thank you for making it one to remember. The owner liaised with myself beforehand to make sure every detail was covered. Thank you so so much, from the bottom of my heart. Also been here many times for brekkie and it’s just the place to go in Llanelli for nice coffee and good food and cakes. Loved it!

Realllyyyyy delicious. First time visiting Humble. They served Clifton coffee, which is my absolute favourite. We had a full breakfast and eggs benedict. Both were really tasty and would have it again. The service was great, really friendly atmosphere. Think we found our new Sunday brunch place. 🥰

Consistently excellent coffee, great food and chilled atmosphere. We regularly visit Humble for all the reasons mentioned above. There’s easy parking and the welcome is warm and sincere. We love Humble as a meeting place, catching up and just taking in the vibe.

First visit but won't be the last. Had the Welsh breakfast which was fantastic and highly recommended. Lovely setting too. Been many times since and would recommend a visit.

Left here absolutely fuming. We walked in and were seated. A waitress came over and took our drink order, and we explained that we wanted breakfast. She told us they have a system, and they would come to take the order. 40 minutes later, with our drinks finished, no orders were taken. We had plans, so I said, “Go and ask what is going on.” They replied, “There are three tables in front of you?” This is a cafe; we came in for breakfast, and if we were told there was up to an hour wait, we would have gone somewhere else. We feel we were conned out of drinks because if we were told the waiting times, we could have given our business to another establishment. Will definitely not be returning. Advice to customers: ask about the waiting times and inquire about how many people are in front of you. It was a waste of a morning waiting for food. We ended up going to the co-op to get sandwiches. A shocking way to run a cafe. A clever way of getting people to pay for drinks. Their system is one table at a time when people are sitting down.

Came here for the first time for breakfast. Nice warm welcome on arrival from the stuff & it had a nice atmosphere inside. I ordered the Avo on sourdough toast with poached eggs & my husband ordered a cooked breakfast. I had a little pot of tea whilst we waited & my husband had a coffee with a “h” decoration on top. Breakfast arrived promptly & I was amazed how tasty it was, definitely the best Avo on toast I’ve tasted. My husbands breakfast was all top quality produce, he said it was very tasty. Best breakfast we have had in ages, top quality!

This is a great cafe/restaurant. Lovely coffee, lovely food and lovely people. Plenty of tables and space to move around, as well as great high chairs for children. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating of our 1.5 year old running around! The skin-on fries are crispy and aplenty, the burgers are full of flavour (Saturdays only) and the doughnuts and plump and big enough to cover your face. We’re visiting the town for a few days, I know where I’m getting my morning coffee fix!

If you have not visited Humble Coffi yet then you are seriously missing out!! Rob & his team are the best at what they do, the service is amazing, they are so attentive and always happy to see me (daily I may add🤣) and they make the best coffee & food! It really has a little bit of everything to suit everyone! I have only chosen a select view of the amazing coffees I have had 😅 Special shout out to Ollie the best ‘’one man band’’ chef a cafe can get!! I cannot rave about Humble enough ☺️ I love to visit independent coffee shops and experience the different vibes they offer, Humble just has it all! 🩷

My partner and I were in the area this morning, and just looked up somewhere for breakfast when we found this cafe 2 minutes away from where we were. It had a great atmosphere, and was so cute inside with lots of plants. Service was great, staff were super welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing, we had avocado on toast with smoked salmon and poached eggs. They were not skimpy on the salmon or the avocado like most places! Couldn’t recommend enough. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be back!

This place is high up on my list of favourite places to meet friends. Each time I have been there I've been met with an exceptionally friendly greeting , invited to take a seat and my order was brought over to me. The ambience is lovely with a variety of different seating areas. The food I've ordered has always been super delicious and I've never felt like I was being hurried to finish up and leave ! All the staff were very chatty and welcoming - and we paid our bill on leaving as opposed to when ordering. A real treat to take my friends to - I'll be back with other friends soon . Would love to try the tapas evenings when the return in the winter ! Can't wait . Thank you so much!

I would like to say I had a good experience here. The food looked great but didn't even get the chance to order. The atmosphere was nice and on first look wanted it to become a regular place to visit.... Unfortunately.... When we arrived, there was quite a cold introduction. Took 5-10 minutes for someone to greet us, even though the coffee stand (where there was staff standing constantly) was a meter from the door. A lady peaked round and asked if we were okay, in which I asked for a table for two, she told us to find a place to sit and come back with the table number, she did also tell us that our order will be taken once the chef is ready for our order. Which I appreciated letting us know and was fine to wait. We sat down, found a table and i went up and told her our number and she said shed be over shortly to take our drink order. No-one brought us a menu, so I had to find one. Whilst we were seated, 4 other couples arrived who were instantly greeted and taken to a table with a menu by the server. I then watched all four couples approached and had their drinks order taken.... We were sitting there for 20 minutes, with no interaction from the servers and watched everyone else around us, who arrived after us, get served and had drinks. So we decided to leave, I have been a server for 6 years and I can understand majority of things... but I really gave them a chance and waited a lot longer than a normal person would wait. But it did not happen.... sorry.

Been here 3 times, and every time the service has not been as it should. Initially, we thought nothing of it until our third visit. We were seated and shortly after had our drinks order taken, we were told the server would be “back in 2 minutes” to take our food order. 10 minutes passed, and we watched the server take the food orders of customers that had come in after us, another 10 minutes passed and still no sign of us having our order taken. I went up to the counter to explain my disappointment and place the order myself, there I was told there was a ‘queue’ to even place an order, and we would still have to wait another 10-15 minutes. Upon entering we were told there was a “20 minute wait for food”, which we were fine with, but having to wait over 30 minutes to even place an order and then wait the additional cook time? We would have been happy to wait 30 or even 40 minutes if the order had been taken “in 2 minutes” like stated, as the food is truly delicious. But after watching other tables be served after walking in after us, we were left very unhappy and so left after our drinks. Such a shame as the food cannot be faulted, but the customer service and system needs improvement.

Absolutely love this place. The coffee and the food is simple, basic meals but made and presented the way they should be. Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked to order and cooked perfectly. The welcome and the whole atmosphere here is so homely and relaxed. Same faces every time I go in which speaks volumes. Keep up the amazing work Rob, Ol and the rest of the team.

I've been before and had my favourite brekkie, poached egg on toast, but today I tried the full brekkie. It was simply the best breakfast that I can remember eating, no 'cash and carry' blandness, every ingredient was flippin' gorgeous, didn't leave a morsel. It was only a tenner and at 10pm I'm still full. I couldn't recommend it highly enuff.

Awful service! It took 45mins for a coffee and longer to take breakfast order. It took over an hour from arriving to get breakfast with no acknowledgment or apology from staff of the horrendous wait. In that time 4 tables left without being served. The positive is that the food is decent when it finally arrives. Maybe they need to implement a better service strategy.

Called in on a busy Saturday afternoon and was welcomed in and shown to a table. The coffee was great, will definitely be going back for more! The food ordered by the surrounding tables looked and smelled awesome, can't wait to try the menu.

Went here a couple times during my stay in Pwll and it was great each time. Good ambience, nice coffee and desserts. My second visit I had the vegan breakfast which was nice because instead of a meat substitute for the “sausages” it was a really nice mash of potatoes and some mixed veggies that had a crunchy exterior and a flavorful filling. An original take on vegan sausages in my opinion that went well with the beans. Generous portion of smashed avocado as well which I appreciated. I’m not vegan myself but I’m always on the lookout to eat more meat free so long as the options are good and they didn’t skimp on the portions or flavor here, which I really appreciate.

Lovely place to pop in before or after a coastal walk. Great coffee, great selection of food and an all round nice place to be. Didn't have to even wait that long to be served considering how busy it was this morning. We had 2 flat whites, the humble waffle with chicken, bacon and maple syrup, a bagel with sausage patty, fried egg and American cheese, and an extra hash brown each. Everything was delicious. The whole place was really clean and there were lots of tables and some comfortable chairs as well. We will definitely be back! ☕️☕️ PS - book in advance if you want to go here in the evening👍

Really bad attitude from all staff. Firstly, I arrived later than my group of friends. I was advised that it was a 20 minute wait for food (which I was fine and completely understood). I assumed, as from the majority of restaurants I’ve visited, that it was a 20 minute wait from order time. I then waited for 35 minutes and my food order was still not taken. I expressed concerns about this when paying for my coffee. , as I went to leave after 35 minutes, and I was then told that they do not take orders until they are ready to cook. It was really badly communicated that this was their ordering process with no signs/explanations about this when enquiring about wait times at it simply seemed that we had been forgotten about. Staff were quiet rude but if they have adopted this ordering process this needs to me made clear to customers as they Simply feel ignored otherwise.

Lovely friendly staff and AMAZING fresh food !!! We went there for breakfast on our way back home up North. Was recommended it by our friends who live in Llanelli. Couldn’t fault it.

I came in with my wife we waited 15 minutes just for our drinks order to be taken we also wanted to order food at the same time but was told a no by the waitress it was short and abrupt. We then waited another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive we then realised that our food order was not going to be taken any time soon so we paid and left. We do understand if you are short staffed but there was zero communication and general customer service. Nice decor though hence the two stars.

My title says, 'Log fire', because 'Humble Coffi' gave this sense of being in a warm, modern and yet cosy place, where I enjoyed special time with dear friends, over a delicious latte, and a shared deluxe tea cake! I was expecting a supermarket equivalent,...

Inside this very unassuming exterior is a lovely little coffees hop inside, perfect for brunches, lunches and things in between. Really enjoyed my humble waffles - the chicken was especially succulent - just found that the service was a little slow. But all in all great 😊

Having never visited before my partner and I were excited to try humble having heard quite good reviews. First impressions were good, we liked the decor and it had a nice atmosphere but that's where it ends unfortunately. We found the menu strange and quite limited with hardly any healthy options. I got up to order at the till I was stood there waiting for a good 5/10minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. One man there was just constantly on his phone. Finally our order was taken. After 15minutes our lattes arrived. Luke warm and a with a strange aftertaste but drinkable. Another 20minutes passed and I was just about to ask if they had forgotten our food when it arrived. We went for the eggs benedict and the chicken club. The eggs were very underdone, runny whites, the muffin hardly toasted, and it was swimming in hollandaise sauce, just one big mess, I felt ill. The chicken was overcooked and so dry on the inside and everything was tastless and bland. On the way to toilet I could see into the kitchen and to be honest that was enough to put me off returning, it was filthy, and not just messy from a busy day, it looked dirty! My partner has been quite ill with food poisoning since visiting, obviously we dont know for sure if humble is to blame but thats what we suspect. Also, the staff seemed more interested in chatting and having a laugh behind the counter than actually seeing to their customers. Perhaps it was a bad day but we will definitely not be returning.

Quick caveat, this is a provisional 5 star venue but I haven't eaten there yet. So read this as a 4 or a 5 star but probably a 5! A great little spot that I wish I was local to so I could enjoy it more! First off the coffee is good, really good, and it's served in really nice crockery too. There is care and pride in every cup that's made and the presentation is top as well. I wish we'd arrived hungry so I could've sampled the menu, it looks good and offers a proper Welsh Breakfast with laverbread and cockles along with the more familiar breakfast items, that gets bonus points and an addition to the "must go back to list" in its own right. While we were relaxing on the comfy benches (with loads of charging points) I saw other people's food arriving and it looks good, the kitchen there seems to be an attraction in its own right. The décor is a small industrial warehouse style but doesn't sacrifice any comfort. There is plenty of room for small and larger groups as well as a corner for families with young children. As mentioned already there are loads of charging points 3 pin and USB so you can keep all your tech charged and use the free WiFi to get some work done or just scroll endlessly. All in all this is a great spot to go for a cup to get some work done, refuel and/or relax, I'll definitely try to get another visit in soon and if you're in the area, go treat yourself.

Humble Coffi is, without a doubt, the best independent coffee shop around. Me and my partner drive 20 minutes there and back from Swansea at least once a month to eath there. Coffee is great (coming from an ex-Costa barista) no matter what time you get there and the food is incredible. Staff is really friendly and approachable with a great sense of humor. They also frequently have Donuts and filled Croissants from Nonnas (The donuts are vegan, I believe the Croissants are also, but could be wrong). Nonnas donuts WILL make you hate any other donut. Very reasonably priced also, specially considering the high quality of the food. Overall 20/10 would highly recommended. Also, the owner definitely lives up to the name of his Coffi shop.

What a gem to have found in Llanelli! First and foremost, the coffee - I asked for a double shot decaf latte, not sure if this was standard (I believe it should have been because it was the perfect strength) but I don't think they charged extra so that was good. It had a very slightly odd taste but it might have been due to the decaf coffee, not sure. Also slightly too hot but we're the freaks that like their coffee around 60° 😆, but it wasn't scalded/bitter so it was fine. Texture was quite good. Also came with a loyalty card which is a very generous/useful novelty these days. The cake - we ordered a white chocolate rocky road and it was such a huge slab, served on a beautiful carved wooden board with 'h.' engraved. Really tasty too. Awesome decor, good chill music, wide variety of seating including some places with plug sockets which is really useful. We sat in the suuuper comfy chesterfield armchairs. Nice touch to be surrounded by local honey for sale. Definitely attracts young/'modern' people. The only feedback I'd have is I'm not sure the coffee machine is in quite the right place as it makes it a bit confusing when you first walk in as to where to go, and it's a bit of a visual obstruction so you can't see the staff etc. Overall really decent price for two coffees & a cake! Loved the vibe, will be back again when we're next in the area.

Hands down the best cafe. We drive almost every other weekend to Llanelli from Swansea just to get a drink and a donut. Amazing specials, accomodating and friendly staff ❤️
