Fab food. Missing chips off the order. Waiting in freezing condition in shop for 30 minutes. So cold in there. Sort it out!!!!

Friendly staff, food was okay, toilets were absolutely awful and the smell was god awful! Think the place needs to be checked and how they past inspection I will never know! 🤷‍♀️ sticky tables!! Food is over priced for what you’re getting, you would think they would have a clean environment…right? I will not be coming back!!!

I come to Pontarddulais once a year while hubby visits a client and was excited to learn of the new espresso bar here. However, I was shocked at the prices!!! £4 for a latte and £3.90 for a flat white/cappuccino. Yikes! We were recently in Melbourne and Sydney and the most I paid for a latte there was £3, overlooking Sydney harbour. Mostly £2 generally and never had a bad one. Sadly, Coaltown’s flat white was way too strong and I didn’t enjoy 😝. I’ll bring my own next time. Shame, as I like the smell and ambience of a coffee shop.

Went when the opening times stayed they were open. Door was unlocked with lights on went in and got told not serving food tonight.

Food was delivered late ,then to make matters worse the food was cold and the meat was very dry very disappointed has it's not cheap , even the nan bread wasn't good very unhappy

Ordered a number of items, some of which had to be cooked. The stench of the cooking oil sent us outside to wait and when we did get the just-cooked food the oil smell was so overwhelming we could not eat that part of our meal. However, the salads were excellent and can't be faulted.

Had brunch at Blas today heard it was amazing ? Had eggs Benedict and the toast was rock hard and inedible / music too loud to enjoy conversation with friends and other tables were very very noisy : expensive for the food quality : service was good / not somewhere we want to revisit

Shocked spent £15 on food from this chippy for the first time and Iv waited 1 hour for it to come it’s turnt up with 1 chips missing when I ordered two meals the chips I did have were tiny I could pick them up with one hand , I ordered a burger and asked for cheese and Mayo it came plain , bite of my rissole had a piece of card or car-board in it. Really upset that Iv had to spend so much money on food I didn’t even receive, and rung up to tell them and they were positive they gave me everything I ordered and the chips were apparently a “large”

Must say love domino's pizza..! best around by far. Lovely store. Clean and plenty of space. Staff are great and one stood out.... Young guy by the name of Liam.! Done a follow up visit and thank you holly and Abby.!

Good honest pub. Friendly staff and the regulars are real characters

All they offered was a Toastie. It was un-toasted bread with ham on top, another un-toasted piece of bread with cheese melted on top… bunged together. Order took 20 minutes? Cost £7.50 Happy, not at all.

We visited here as we fancied a Chinese meal and it didn't disappoint. It was nice and clean and had a huge choice. The service was quick but you did not feel overwhelmed. Very friendly staff who helped us choose our dishes, which were delicious. We would definitely go there again when we visit the area again.
