Quick. Easy and convenient. More bap than burger though.

The food was amazing but I felt extremely rushed as soon as I walked in. First, I was rushed to sit. Then, I was rushed to order. Once I was eating, the staff kept asking we were and watching us eat. As soon as I paid, my table was being cleaned. I understand it's Valentines Day a d they are trying to capture all the business, but I was a paying customer. It was not a charity I was asking for. Disappointing.

Came off M4 needing a coffee break. Google led me here. Fantastic coffee and Bara brith. Rest of the food on offer looked good too. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended.

DIDN'T ARRIVED!!!! Despite saying it's delivered!! Shocking service. Went from on it's way to arriving in 6 minutes, to 17 minutes......then vanishing into thin air. AVOID!!!!!

Was looking for a quick bite as I’m working. Google chips shops in the area and this came up, so glad it did. Beautiful crispy and not greasy chips and the Chinese curry is spot on. Back in the area next weekend so I’ll see you again

First time dining at Albis this afternoon and I have to say the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Surf and turf, 8oz steak cooked to absolute perfection and the best tiger prawns I have ever tasted!! Fantastic service, highly recommend and will definitely be returning.. Thank you Albi

Food and restaurant very nice. Booked a late table and then was rushed to order so would rather be told you have to book an earlier table rather than accept our booking and then rush us. Otherwise all was lovely.

Great atmosphere and always made to feel welcome and do amazing parties for adults and children ...

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and both times the staff have been very polite on the reception, i had the premier plus room and must say they are really nice! The outside of the hotel is nice and also close to shops/supermarkets. On my first stay my sleep was lovely and it was quiet, but i was facing the carpark, this time i was on the other side with the road coming up to the hotel, i could hear some traffic but also a humming noise but i think this was coming from the extractor fans from the rear of the pub? Anyway it didnt bother me too much as im a deep sleeper. I did knock a star of the rooms and services though, as on both times coming i noticed the cups in the room werent clean, first time was a line where tea had been and second time bits of dry sugar or biscuit at the bottom, but instead of chasing house keeping etc id rather be human and just wash it in the sink! But maybe in future these should be checked by housekeeping even if they dont look used! On my second visit there has been no wifi at all as it was all down due to them switching providers apparently, and with signal/4G not being too great it was a pain at times, due to this i think it would of been ideal if the hotel could of sent an email out to anyone checking in just to make them aware, especially if anyone had being planning on staying for business and needed to do any work etc but for me luckily this was not the case. But i will say regardless of the few things, i would still stay here again.

First time going. Sat at the back of the restaurant next to the toilets… Waiter was a young lad - who frankly did not care about people’s order as he got older couple sat next to us wrong and mine and my partners. Food was bland and the chicken tasted fake! Massively over priced for poor quality meat. Drinks came spilled and flat! Won’t be returning…

the white chocolate delivered tastes jjts like warm milk!! £4 something that tastes exactly like a cup of warm milk!! very not happy with this
