Premier Inn Llantrisant hotel in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Lovely helpful staff clean tidy warm and cosy bed up dated room . Just that the big head of the shower 🚿 didn't work fully .

2nd time staying here , lovely place nice clean & tidy , can’t hear the road at all considering it’s a very busy 1 .. beds are so comfy perfect nights sleep breakfast is amazing 10/10 .. only fault I got is the internet connection it’s awful , my little girl couldn’t use her iPad or we couldn’t upload anything .. but great place definitely be coming back !!!! Even bought a mattress from there lol …

I’m a regular user at many of your breakfast locations but the breakfast this morning, as a ‘walk in’ customer at you beefeater restaurant was poor. A full English should start with a warm plate, not difficult to monitor, but a cold plate immediately takes the heat out out everything you put on that plate, which detracts from the whole experience. Not sure whether the eggs are dried or poached,

We stayed here while visiting family and all the staff were amazing and friendly. Unfortunately there wasn’t any Wi-Fi the whole weekend that we were there. On Sunday we decided to go to breakfast at the Beefeater. When we arrived they said that they were fully booked so we had to go elsewhere. It seems that if you don’t book the night before you might not get served.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and both times the staff have been very polite on the reception, i had the premier plus room and must say they are really nice! The outside of the hotel is nice and also close to shops/supermarkets. On my first stay my sleep was lovely and it was quiet, but i was facing the carpark, this time i was on the other side with the road coming up to the hotel, i could hear some traffic but also a humming noise but i think this was coming from the extractor fans from the rear of the pub? Anyway it didnt bother me too much as im a deep sleeper. I did knock a star of the rooms and services though, as on both times coming i noticed the cups in the room werent clean, first time was a line where tea had been and second time bits of dry sugar or biscuit at the bottom, but instead of chasing house keeping etc id rather be human and just wash it in the sink! But maybe in future these should be checked by housekeeping even if they dont look used! On my second visit there has been no wifi at all as it was all down due to them switching providers apparently, and with signal/4G not being too great it was a pain at times, due to this i think it would of been ideal if the hotel could of sent an email out to anyone checking in just to make them aware, especially if anyone had being planning on staying for business and needed to do any work etc but for me luckily this was not the case. But i will say regardless of the few things, i would still stay here again.

Lovely lady on the reception desk. Given a room in the annexe, second floor. Noise from the room upstairs is significant. Room is tatty, borderline scruffy. Bath towel is dirty. WiFi connection but no internet, not much use really then. I'll give this one a swerve in future.

Good accommodation and car parking in Central location. Breakfast was really tasty.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were clean and the parking was good with plenty of space around the building . Costa coffee on same site

An excellent stay worthy of 5 stars. Nice hotel, easy to find location with a Beefeater right next door. A retail park is very close by with various shops and restaurants open til late. Website states building work is taking place and not all rooms having working air conditioning. A quick call to team member Lisa who said she’d do her best to get me a room with working aircon, and she did so thank you very much, Lisa. That being said, the building work didn’t interrupt our stay and the builders were very quiet/considerate. Breakfast is the usual you’d expect at Premier Inn and thankfully it’s self service. I’m not a fan of the locations where hot food has to be preordered to your table. Mattresses were new at this location, gone are the Hypnos ones and a very comfortable Silentnight takes pride of place. I would happily stay here again.

Clean and comfortable as usual for a Premier Inn, could maybe do with an update is my only criticism. A/C wasn't working throughout the hotel, but my room still wasn't uncomfortable. A bigger TV would be nice. Other than these minor quibbles I had the usual great Premier Inn experience.

Been staying here for the past 16yrs since it opened. Very convenient for us, always a good welcome and fab breakfast!

Easy to get too but very dark as no signs were light up. Rooms were great. They were big, but the TV was small. Not an big issue tho. Lovely air conditioning especially when it was 26°c+ outside that day. Would stay again!

Rooms are ok, fine for putting one’s head down. Good powerful shower. Breakfast in the adjacent beefeater was excellent.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. My only tiny little moan is needed more hand towels just one between two of you. Especially when shower and wash your hair.

As always with premier Inn it was brilliant

Cons: Distance from City: Being outside the city may pose challenges for guests seeking easy access to urban amenities and attractions. Old Rooms: Some rooms may show signs of age and could benefit from updates. Small TV: TVs in rooms are smaller than expected, limiting in-room entertainment options. Very Slow WiFi: Connectivity issues with slow internet speeds may frustrate guests needing reliable online access.

Very disappointed. I spend my job travelling the country and always gravitate to a Premier Inn as I know what to expect. The building is what lets the place down very dated also the quality of cleanliness. Bathroom mouldy and bed sheets with stains, swapped the bed sheet for another bed sheet with stains. However the staff on the front desk are very helpful . Really tried there best to put things right.

Isolated Premier in off dual carriageway. Nice beefeater, although expensive next door. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. You do need a car here. Pleasant enough stay, no complaints. Always happy to return.

Typical Premier inn, nothing fancy but door is falling off in the main lobby.

We really love this hotel as the staff are so welcoming and Very friendly and helpful .The room is clean and tidy.Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.
