Very good service. Food was exceptional and delivered very quickly

Tonight we visited Kaspa's Newport for a birthday. One of our party has telephoned to make the booking as this was for a party of 13. This phone booking was taken without a problem. On arrival the staff were oblivious to our booking and looked at us like we all had 2 heads, this made the birthday party person who suffers with anxiety upset. After being seated we went and placed our individual orders in groups of 2 or 3. Dinner of our party were given receipts others not....... Not a problem. The first 2 orders arrived incorrectly, and had to be taken back. The staff member took the plates from the table so fast that as he turned to walk away dropped the ice cream on the floor. Did he clean this up........ No our party ended up cleaning up the mess from the floor & the seating. Orders turned up in no particular order even though they were all waffles (not all with the same toppings). If you order 2nd or 3rd in the party you could have ended up with the 13th waffle. After eating we sat chatting and finishing off drinks, again the staff were in no hurry to clear up. One of our party gathered the plates & took them back to the counter in the end so we had a bit of room. Now you may ask yourself were Kaspa's busy. The answer would be no. There were a maximum of 4 other people eating in the dinner. And at least the same number of staff members. Waffles were lovely, but the staff and the attitude was terrible.

There’s a reason why all the 5 star reviews are from 2+ years ago. Never have any ingredients available, I’m not sure how they ever make a complete sub but worst was the lady who obviously didn’t wear a name badge for a reason; could not be bothered at all, made a single order at a time and was the least switched on person in the county. A complete shambles as other reviews have said, drive to another store, it’ll be worth it!

Always Excellent We have ordered from DDK for 3.5 years - the quality and delivery time has always been spot on. Special requests have been adhered to, this is our “go to” place for a Kebab in Newport - keep up the good work!

Slow service. Food was unexpectedly poor for such a lovely hotel. The food of this bar lets the hotel down. Would definitely not recommend.

Not the best, food just a bit weird and took a long time to get here.

It really was awful. Cold food, overcooked. Missing items, dirty restaurant. Never again. Took my grandchildren, had to go back to counter several times for missing items

Took my grandson to McDonalds over Spytty Retail Park after visiting Innoflate he had nuggets and chips and I had the new Philly Cheese Burger which we had to wait for while they cooked it fresh the order arrived about 15-20 mins later and when I bit into my burger it was barely warm as were the chips I asked my grandson if his food was hot and he said no it was tasteless and all you could taste was the pickles we left a lot of our food and when I spoke to two workers they said I should have complained but here’s a thought people want hot food not barely warm so stop cheating customers and make sure it’s fit to eat before you present it to your customers without a thought of if it’s cooked properly the manager needs to do his job and start correcting his workers

Has to be the worst place I have even eaten in. Staff messing about. Missing item from food order. Cold food. Tables not cleaned. Food on the floors. Could not use the toilet as it looked like people had used the floor as the toilet. I will never go there again.

Masks worn under nose, no wiping of tables when clearing them and before other customers sit down. Dirty dishes piled by the till counter

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs, Awful undercooked pizza which has left us feeling unwell. Wrong pizza with toppings I'm allergic to. When questioned toppings on the phone they lied and said olives come on a chicken sizzler. When we asked them to read our toppings no mention of olives! No apology when they were proved wrong. Agents were rude and lacked basic customer service skills. New pizza came which was visibly rushed and undercooked ana again missing the ice cream from first order again when rung to complain for a second time agents were rude lied and were unapologetic. Honestly the whole ordeal was abysmal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE-LOOK INTO THE MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS ONLINE

Worst tasting bland and totally a waste of money, a pot noodle would taste far better than what we had this evening. Cannot believe it was from a long standing restaurant

Over 1hr 40mins wait. Has to call back x3 times for a refund. Poor throughout. Avoid this restaurant at all costs Left family with no food
