We were looking for somewhere to eat and aimed to go to the Plymouth inn, which is right next to this place, honestly the best wrong turn of my life because this place is fantastic, the best burger I have ever eaten, the service was fantastic and so attentive, honestly cannot praise this place enough and will certainly be returning!!

This is a wonderful place very tranquil and peaceful, rooms are lovely looking out to the lake.staff are really friendly and helpful go's above and beyond ..,well recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and busell of every day life.

Consistently good food and service all round. Caesars is a reliable place for a relaxed atmosphere, and a unique approach to being a restaurant (in a good way). In particular I highly recommend the beef Sunday Lunch, which was delicious and the beef is cooked to order, ie, rare etc. We return regularly, and shall continue to do so. Highly recommend the farm shop next door also 😊

Would have been good if the lad actually put in the sandwich what I ordered. 3 salad items were, for whatever reason, left out and despite me asking for lettuce, I received about 2 cm squared worth... thanks then. Don't waste your money; Go get a 4 quid Sarnie from WHSmith.

The Letter below was sent to the Management team and VRBO, but until today we have heard nothing and received no apology. I have decided to attach only a few of the pictures. The ceiling was worst but we cleaned it, they should have seen a big difference in Cleanliness when they got the property back.. I am very hurt that we had to endure all the dirty, filthy rooms and smelly rubbish and no one bothered to call me back. This cost me between 1K+ to 2k for the few days. One of the pictures shows a customers nickers and rubbish which was left in one of the bedrooms on the floor. Hi I am writing to formally complain about the house and the customer service we received during our stay. I spoke to Fraser, who promised to speak to management and send someone out to check the damp in Room 2, room 3 and room 4, on Thursday the 24th, however, no one has called us or showed up to fix the problem. I explained to Fraser that two of the kids both have asthma and at the moment my son who has asthma is currently coughing. I explained to them that the room should not be used as the damp was really bad, it had black mold in the ceiling with broken parts in the ceiling and we smelt the damp really strong, even after cleaning the room and opening all the windows in all of the rooms, the damp and stench remained.. The cleaners were sent out to check the property and they confirmed that a maintenance worker needs to attend the issues. The cleaners did not clean the mess in the kitchen or on the floors and the toilets. When we explained that the bin in the kitchen had food bits stuck at the bottom about to turn into maggots and a few empty cans, they took out the empty cans and place a bin liner on top of the food bits stuck at the bottom of the bin, they did not bother to clean the bin, instead they rest the bin liner on top of the old smelly food in the bin. Therefore, we took the bin out of the kitchen as it is and placed it at the back next to other bins outside of the kitchen door. I called Fraser right after and explained to him about the cleaners and he promised me that we will be refunded and the management team will contact us the next day, however no one bothered to contact us. Hence, we went to the shop and bought cleaning products and mops and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom. This is the worst experience I have ever been through. The dirtiest house and the worst customer service, where no one made time to call and check the issues, which can cause health issues were very very disappointing. They also had 5 different rubbish bags filled with rubbish from previous customers, which they took from the back of the house outside the kitchen door and placed them all at the front of the house. We were told that someone will be coming to collect the rubbish but until we left today 29/8/23, all of the rubbish remained In front of the door smelling so horrible and maggots crawling out of them. I have taken a few pictures, which I will upload shortly. I expect to be refunded and or compensated for my son who is now coughing and needing to use his inhalers. This is the same with my friend's son who also has asthma, he is also coughing and was wheezing during our stay. I expect to hear back from you as a matter of urgency. I will definitely take this further. I await your urgent response.

Shocking that you don’t accept the app dedicated to your own brand. Worst still your screens allow you to try and use it, get confused and direct you to the counter only to be told you don’t accept it there either. Cold chips with barely any cheese or bacon (which was an additional cost), you now have to pay for mayo too (which doesn’t taste as good as the ones you had for free for decades), long wait time despite a short queue. Over priced. Wish I’d never stopped.

Asked the shop assistant for a lge coffee using my full stamp card,while she was making the coffee I asked the lovely guy if I could get a new card he kindly went to give it to when the shop assistant turned around and snatched it from his hand saying you can't give that stamped card to me because I already having a free coffee,she was properly right but the rudeness she gave was shocking,I spend alot of money in greggs and not a thank you of her.her name was Tracey on badge.
