Polite staff delivering reasonably quick service. Plenty of clean tables available.

Ordered cappuccino from here, chap wirh blue hair gave me a cup of froth, he took offence to me calling out on it and proceeded to make a sarcastic comment. Not great customer service at all.

The costa itself is lovely but the site manager in charge of the services needs to get himself some people skills.

Absolutely love Costa, whichever one you go into you are always met by a smiling face, I've never met a member of staff who is never happy in their job there and the food is always top quality 👍👍

Quick service, lovely coffee and a mint tea, seating area nice and clean with staff Constantly clearing and cleaning the tables. There could be more seating...

Customer service not at the standard that I would expect. When I got here there was nobody waiting I did have a look at sandwiches but the young girl just went in front of me started toping up the shelves so I couldn't see what's available. So I waited maybe 1-2min and when she finished I choose the sandwich I wanted. She looked at me but no sorry no nothing, she couldn't care less. Then as I struggle to walk I was hoping to sit down and enjoy my sandwich all I got is a paper bag a bit disappointed if I'm honest not a big deal but would be nice to have a plate.

Despite Covid measures easy access to Costa within Services building. Nice seating area. Friendly and quick service. Lots of steps from car park to main building.

The staff were nice, but the coffee was beyond disappointing.

First visit to Costa in the UK. Far too expensive, very slow service. We had to wait in line for ages. Our order of panini was given to somebody else. Tables were dirty. Will never visit Costa again.

Shockingly bad service. Despite the fact that the place was near empty. Five staff were only capable of burning or under cooking 4 paninis!

It is Friday, June 10th 2016 went to costa Cardiff west, normally we call on a Sunday morning and we usually have excellent service, the supervised Anna is so lovely and helpful. Today the staff couldn't care less, I ordered a flat white and an earl grey tea, with the teabag on the side, after being served with my coffee I asked where is my tea , when I had my tea it was every day tea instead of earl grey. Had to ask for teaspoons and they were dirty. Get your act together Costa.

Miserable little place, ran out of ice at 5 on a Summer Saturday, so no coolers and the tea tasted of metal. Place was totally empty - now I know why
