On time really quick delivery was fabulous

25 minutes after the 9-14 minute order my pizza still isnt in the oven

Food was nice and hot and came on time Leon was awesome and followed delivery instructions and very friendly

I ordered an Italian-style pizza - they brought a regular one (also another flavor). I ordered non-spicy wings, they brought them - sharp ones. this is the worst order ever!

Leon delivered the food very quickly and was noce and hot when it arrived, he was great

I ordered a pizza two weeks ago I was left with food poisoning when I rang to complain an asked for my Money back I was told to do a on line form I done that straight away an still haven't had a reply back to apologise or ask if I wonted another pizza or refund!! the staff are very rude an Very unprofessional towards customers I will now have to take the next step an report them to food trading standards !!!

Ordered pepperoni passion and added extra sweetcorn which they charge you for- not one bit of sweetcorn Ion the pizza. So I’ve wasted money.

Really poor service! Dominoes app messed up and cancelled part of my order and then wouldn’t void the delivery charge for me to order it AGAIN! man on the phone sounded bored out of his mind and had no interest in helping me! Will not be returning

Ordered delivery, food came late, burnt and without many toppings

Ordered 3 pizzas. The delivery guy rang to tell me he was outside. He wasn't, he was sat top of road in his car didn't want to bother parking up. I had to go find him in pyjamas in the rain. The delivery instructions were clear.

The order arrived completely cold. One of my sides was missing and it was brought (also cold) 40 mins later. One of the BBQ pizzas was completely soaking in sauce, it was really bad, we couldn’t even eat it.

Had to wait 2 hours for deliveroo / just eat to arrive and when it came it wasnt what i ordered really dissapointed

Cathays store And bay better. Manager has a bad attitude if you return order as not acceptable

90 minutes when they estimated 15 and several calls. (Bicycle!) Driver unapologetic and overwhelmed.

Absolutely disgusted with this dominos.. I’m a vegetarian an there was Ham on my pizza I was so put off .. I rang an spoke to a girl called Sophie .. she wasn’t understanding at all .. she laughed when I explained my situation! Won’t be using this place agen .👎

The pizzas were too salty with more than normal amount of tomato paste. The quality of pizza not good at all in comparison with other branches.

Slow unprofessional service, refusal to accept cash and when asked for clarity I was told "Its cos of covid innit" no empathy from staff also no clear signage or information stating this, will think again in fact probably won't use them again

I'll give 5 stars when all the toppings are gonna be back on the menu 😋

Me and my partner order from here fairly regularly but a few times now they’ve either gotten the order wrong or they’ve forgotten things. Tonight they not only forgot something and then I had to wait 40 minutes for it but the pizzas that came were seriously under cooked and cold.

Dominos city centre has always been consistently amazing. Great quality pizzas and amazing staff. I spoke to Caroline today about a miscommunication and she handled it incredibly well! Very professional and i really appreciate her help.

I love this place. I could live off the stuff forever and a day. The garlic bread alone is as close as I will ever get to heaven. X

This branch of Domino's Pizza is known to have a better delivery service than the others. If you were ordering and picking it up yourself you are able to get buy one get one free deals and there are deals that are often texted to your phone if you order from there often.

Helpful staff on ordering Pizzas, having vegetarian requirement. I've attended the branch and ordered online/ app, and always received a high standard service.

Personal pizza and cold drink good value 2.99 Not the healthiest, but good if you hungry and forgot to bring cash

Busy at lunch time coz it's very close to Home Office building and surrounding business entities ... it is housed in a newly built multistorey building ... they have a limited choice of toppings though

Switched from getting deliveries from the Cathays Albany Rd branch and switched to this branch instead. Pizza is always piping hot, tastes so much better, not like chewing rubber like the Cathays branch, fast delivery and actual friendly drivers. Definitely recommend using this branch if you can when ordering from Dominos!

Had a glitch with a deal for gluten free deals on the app, popped them a call and they sorted everything. Lovely people and very helpful

It's absolutely amazing and most definitely a family place. They have board games there for time pass while waitinv for their order to arrive. The quality of the pizza they serve, I have to say, is absolutely fantastic. I LOVE their pizzas and not going to forget mentioning those adorable dips... If you buy a dip, they charge 50p for one dip, but it's worth it. They have an amazing variety of dips, like, honey-mustard dip, peri-peri dip, garlic dip, ketchup mayonnaise (the most common one) and so on. I have a super fun time going to this place with my family and I absolutely love it!

One of the best pizzas in cardiff. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food arrives boiling hot and fresh and a very fast service. It's more pricey than a lot of pizza shops but we'll worth the extra money. I have been using dominoes for years and have never had a bad pizza or service. If your looking for a cheap pizza then City Road is great for this but if you want quality food and service then Dominoes is the one. Can't praise the store and staff enough.

Can not score low enough! Took payment out of my account twice after closing time! So no delivery of my order and I'm down by £40 meaning no dinner for me tonight and I have to call first thing in the morning to cancel my order and try to get my money back! Shocking!

order from a HEAVY SNOW day. receive a wrong order as shown below. One with Jalapeno Peppers, and one without. Seemed like no one CARE to EVER READ it. Also NOT receive the name who made my order for the DOMINO'S local customer satisfaction survey. Annoyingly destroy my night!!!!!!

I was a bit worried about ordering from the City Centre branch of Dominos as it had some pretty bad reviews but the delivery was fast, the food was hot and tasty and the delivery guy (who according to the tracker was Adrian "the sensible") was very friendly and chatty. Good effort, great service.

Ordered two pizza’s and paid extra for double decadence base... they are notorious for not putting a normal amount on so specifically asked for extra sauce.... when the pizza arrived, the double decadence base was drier that the Sahara desert, rang them up and was put through to a manager... she told me that they put extra on... informed her that I was looking at a few slices that we had opened up, and there was no sauce at all, she then said “I doubt that” and made me out to be a liar, and said they definatly put extra on, advised her that I could send photos if she wanted proof, or drop the pizza back to them.... she wasn’t interested in anything I had to say, and was very rude. Won’t be ordering from this store again! If the cardiff bay store can make a pizza properly and add a good amount of sauce, why can’t you?! As a new store, you should be trying to keep your customers, and over deliver on service!

Order pizza a starter ice cream when order arrived no ice cream with my order opted for the additional chilli cheese stuffed crust no filling in my crust never again will i order from this establishment
