Ordered from here this evening Shocking meal chicken must have been 2 days old NEVER AGAIN

I had a share box for 2 which is absolutely gorgeous for £22.50 last night and it very tasty and it turned up quickly. The guy on the telephone was very helpful because there’s something in the box that I didn’t like so we replaced them for me. A* Thanks

Normally I wouldn’t change my review. I really loved this place and enjoyed their Singapore chow mien. However, I have recently been sick and been throwing up.. needless to say… probably won’t be eating here for a long while

It didn't even taste Chinese.was bland with no taste.Poor quality &made me ill.1st &last time..I had the vehicle chow main.worst I've ever ate..

Firstly the positives: The staff on the phone were friendly and helpful, the chicken noodle and chicken sweetcorn soups were good, and fair portions. Unfortunately the lemon and orange sauces tasted like squash mixed with corn starch. Worst of all was the duck, it was drier than the summer of 2022. I think I probably burnt more calories trying to chew it than I would have put on. First and last time I've had food from here.

Absolutely vile 😫 there was noodles in the house special fried rice and the curry was a paste it did a ok job holding up some wallpaper but that's about the only use I could find for it

Food is always lovely, just had a new delivery driver and she tried bringing £1 change instead of £10 and some change took almost 10 mins to 'unconfuse' her about how much is owed😬😂

The best Chinese takeaway in Ely great menu with decent prices. Large menu with and eclectic mix of choices to suit most pallets and tastes. They are willing to adjust your choice of meal to your taste and go the extra mile to make sure your choice of meal is right for you. No delivery charge over £10 per order, normally within I hour. Order staff are pleasant and delivery staff are courteous and do have change if paying by cash 🌟👍

I gave 2 stars because although food is nice, the guy at the counter taking orders over the phone is VERY rude. I will not order from here ever again which is a shame as I have been a customer for around 20 years through all change of owners. Discusting customer service 😡

Deeply disappointed. Not had from here in about 3 years so we ordered and we wish we had beans on toast. The food had been pre frozen or cooked then chilled. The noodles were moulded to the shape of the tub a block on the plate tough and chewy. The chicken balls were like bricks and clearly frozen chicken used. And I think we had curry powder not curry sauce. Its a shame as it's been in the community years and use to have nice food. I will never order from here again my food went in the bin. £25 down and still hungry. Absolute joke. With a Chinese opening a few doors down you would think they would up their game clearly not. Change or you will be out of business.

All pre frozen food you could do better at home.

Walked in to order food and guy was on the phone taking an order. Waited for him to finish. He took the order into the kitchen, came back out and took another phone call. Didn't really bother to acknowledge me or two new customers who'd since walked in and were waiting. He then took that order into the kitchen, as well as taking the time to pick the canned drinks to go with it. Came back out and took ANOTHER phone call order without bothering with myself of the two other customers. Disgusting (lack of) service - I walked out as don't appreciate being completely ignored!!!

The meal was lovely and if you spend over £18.00 you have a free gift.

I have placed an order with this takeaway twice and both times I am really pleased with what I have had. I have mostly been impressed by the speed of the delivery. Tonight's take away took 12 minutes to be deliver. Hit and tastes fantastic

Sometimes your chicken curry contains properly cooked fried chicken, others times you get awful boiled chicken. Hit and miss. I no longer order after the last experience with the egg fried rice really brown and dry, like it has been used from yesterdays left overs. Chicken balls were burned and overcooked. Used to be decent.

The food is really good and delicious.

The food here is always hot and on time for collection. It is very delicious and I never have a problem with them. I would highly recommend this to any of you who do enjoy chinese meals.

Amazing quality food. But I felt a bit of a language barrier with the delivery driver as I couldn't understand what he was saying to me. Other than that beautiful food.

Don't even bother with the menu as twice I've used them and twice they've got my order wrong, may as well just ring and say bring me food as they seem to send what they want and not what you ask for, certainly won't be using them a third time

Really regretted ordering from here. Food tasted really processed and horrible. So bad it went in the bin. It's a shame really because this used to be a decent Chinese. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
