Subway in Cardiff

Would have been good if the lad actually put in the sandwich what I ordered. 3 salad items were, for whatever reason, left out and despite me asking for lettuce, I received about 2 cm squared worth... thanks then. Don't waste your money; Go get a 4 quid Sarnie from WHSmith.

If you’re open, have someone there and don’t let customers stand there waiting for 5 minutes while there are no staff

Was very friendly welcoming staff. The manager was serving when we made our visit. Food was absolutely delicious can't wait to go back again. We had a salad box, Italian footlong, bag of 12 cookies to take home and a footlong cookie to share after our meal. The nicest thing ever washed down with a cuppa tea. The place was spotless and much bigger seating area than i was expecting being inside a garage.

If I could give a zero I would, bread was stale, no gloves used making my sandwich, Found several long black hairs in my sandwich when I opened it up while on my way travelling to England. Too late to turn back and make a complaint so will be going to customer service to complain. Avoid this place at all cost!! Can’t imagine what the kitchen is like if the food hygiene is so bad.

The most shocking customer service I have ever received. The "sandwich artist" was unable to cut the whole way through my subway, also looked like she batista bombed it from the top of the travel lodge. Safe to say I'll be taking my millions of pounds somewhere else. Never thought I would see a subway that looked like it had gone 12 rounds with Mike tyson in his prime.

Surprisingly quite a big subway for being inside a SPAR kiosk, bigger than some regular subways I've been to, has an indoor seating area. Food was great, Staff were fantastic & very friendly.

Ordered a sandwich tonight, it was straight out the fridge absolutely freezing and unedable. Will be back for a refund tomorrow

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would I would not be going to the new subway in brynau ever again I will stick to subway in Beddau from now on. Here's my reasons below, 1. The was one guy infront of me and the woman (Gabey) who was serving us took ages to serve the guy which she had already done half of his sub and he only had lettuce and tomatoes on it. 2. When serving myself 2 salad bowls the salad was scrimpy and very little mayonnaise, she counted every piece of salad that went on mine and my partners food. 3. The salad bowls were just scrapping the half of the bowl. 4. I asked for my chicken to be warmed and by the time parpared my salad bowls and gave me my order my chicken was stone cold. 5. I asked for meatballs and she said I'll have to check how many meatballs I've got to see if I have enough, she then counted the meatballs and she didn't even know how many went in a pot so then asked another member of staff to see howany went in there. 6. After waiting to be served and for my order to be completed I was there nearly half an hour. 7. Neither of us enjoyed our food as it was too dry due to the lack of sauce being on there. 8. After asking numerous times if we could have extra of each salad we only had half a bowl of food. 9. Not value for money. 10. Lacked customer service. 11. Too long of a wait. 12. Another member of staff asked her if she needed help and refused although she was taking forever to serve and prepare the food. I would strongly not recommend this subway to anyone as its not value for the money.

Sandwich tasted like wet cardboard. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy.

New vegan patties are better than old vegetarian ones. Which is impressive.
