The best restaurants in Caerphilly South Wales

Visited here last night with the family and had a wonderful evening. Amazing cocktail menu, tasty tapas and very good wine. Sandra was the ultimate professional. So lucky to have somewhere like this on our doorstep. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Tucked away slightly down St Fagan's street, we were delighted to find this great venue. We really liked the concept, enjoy making some crafts, painting, sewing, whatever, whilst you indulge in some coffee and cakes! What made our visit memorable was the young chap who made by far the best coffee we've had in Caerphilly and he was just lovely. We also met the owner who was equally so, warm and welcoming. Looking forward to the next time, staying a little longer and enjoying some of the other offerings. Can't wait.

Home cooked Sunday lunch was gorgeous. There was a wide variety of vegetables and plenty of them. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Fabulous, tasty breakfast! Delicious coffee, tea pot is a two cup pot. Food was fresh, coffee strong, a perfect combo. And they do cheese with marmite toasties.

Booked for my 78 th birthday and a friend's 94 th .The young students were outstanding, the food and service were excellent.Enjoyed every minute.

I had my wedding reception here. The staff were amazing, they set up the tables perfectly. The food was cooked on site and it was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were very accommodating.

Because it is cozy and the staff is very nice.

Great welcome,staff and service but beware the waiter who delivers your food saying bolognaise when you ordered Carbonarra and then smiles when he delivers what you ordered. Great food great staff, a great place to eat.

Nice coffee shop but limited food choices. I've seen the response from the Cwtch and appreciate them taking the time to do that. However, the problem wasn't what was on the menu but availability. My first three choices were not available.

Best chips I’ve ever tasted and the Irish curry too was stunning not that powdery tasting curry you can buy in home bargains. Well worth a visit. I pass it every day so will be hard to just drive past. ♥️

Best people ever! The night was filled with live music, impromptu jams, kind people and community. Along with tales of folklore!
