The best restaurants in Rhiw Conwy North Wales

This morning (Monday) me and Hubby popped in here for a light snack. It is situated opposite Wetherspoons. The lady behind the counter was helpful and friendly. There are only a few tables inside. They offer a takeway service as well. We enjoyed a large pot of tea (I liked the vintage crockery) and 2 slices of freshly baked cakes. I chose one with a caramel topping (Hubby chose the raspberry topping). The total bill came to £5.50 which we had to pay by cash as they haven't got a card machine. The toilet was clean and tidy to use.

Due to a water pipe burst in the area this was our only choice for lunch. I am so glad that pipe burst! Fantastic food, unbelievable service. I would 100% go back and would recommend it to anyone. Super friendly super tasty!

Great little Micro pub that has been in Colwyn Bay for years. Great atmosphere and beers, we always pop in when we are up there for holiday breaks. Staff are brilliant and choice of beers and cider excellent and always willing to give you a taster before purchasing to make sure you like your selected beer.

Delicious food. Fresh tasty ingredients. Really nice place to eat breakfast. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Helpful friendly staff. Really good coffee, great breakfasts, and really tasty cake. Highly recommended. Visit here often. Hard to work out wether to come for breakfast, lunch or cakes. Love it. Festive Menu is scrumptious.

First class as always! Piping hot delicious and awesome service & ambience

Beautiful coffee shop with a lovely atmosphere. Good quality eggs and bacon in the full breakfast. However, the staff serving the food were petting the dogs in the cafe, which was unhygienic and off putting. Also, we were asked if we would be happy to let a stranger join our table, which is not appropriate.

This was a first time visit for me since returning from Taiwan. The establishment was excellent and also served a very nice vegetarian breakfast with the all important HP sauce. Coffee was a Latte which was also very nice. We would definitely make a return journey as everything was nice and clean. I would recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.

Lovely place, great food and the staff couldn't be better. I love the fact that with the roast they will bring more gravy if asked. I would recommend the pen y bryn to anyone

Everything is very good. Take advantage of Sunday special. Manchurian chicken my favourite.

We’ve lived in Colwyn Bay for 23 years and just recently got a cheeseburger and chips at this kiosk. They were absolutely gorgeous, and their hot chocolate was amazing. The owner and staff are fantastic too, they will even come out to your car in this freezing weather with your food, can’t praise them enough.

Bit of a wait.... But well worth it. Hands down best burgers we have had. The loaded fries are amazing and generous portions.
