The staff were very friendly, I had the chicken and peppers pitta which was amazing. The coffee was very good too.

Had a lovely lunch here with my daughter. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The skin on fries were the best I've had, seasoning was spot on.

WOW!! What a find. Warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Had an amazing vegan option bagel. Best I've ever had. Would highly recommend this place and would certainly visit again. Wonderful experience 😁

Very lucky to have stumbled across this place before a climbing trip out. Me and my boyfriend are both vegan so we had the vegan breakfast and brunch. The food was so yummy and the service was so warming - we felt so looked after and cared for :)

Had a lovely lunch stop here whilst enroute to another location in north wales. Really enjoyed the halloumi bagel, the halloumi was cooked perfectly! Lovely coffee and a very yummy homemade carrot cake. We will stop again if passing!

We had an excellent full English breakfast that made us gorgeously stuffed for the rest of the day. Staff is very friendly too, highly recommended.

I came for brunch with my husband last week. I had vegetarian brunch, my he had a meaty option. We both agreed it was the best brunch we’d had in a long time. The service was great too.

Absolutely Beautiful little place. We had Salmon & Poached Eggs with Avocado 🥑 on Toasted Brown Seeded Bloomer and A Creamy Mushrooms in Cream Cheese & Spinach topped with Poached Egg & Crispy Bacon 🥓 also on Toasted Brown Seeded Bloomer. Great Ambiance, Incredibly Delicious Food and the presentation was 10/10. Music 🎶 was great too. The Owners were so attentive. Great place. Definitely recommend 100%

We had such a lovely lunch here. The staff are so friendly, the atmosphere was brilliant and the food and drinks were delicious! While we were there, the hustle and bustle of the high street was forgotten and we could have been anywhere in the world. The staff were great, nothing was too much and everyone greeted us with a smile. The food was fantastic, all 5 meals arrived at the same time and all of us enjoyed them to the last bite. Thank you again to Neil and the team, you spoiled us! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Highly recommend this excellent cafe, it’s such a lovely relaxed atmosphere, decor is beautiful and the owners are lovely warm welcoming people too. There was nothing to dislike about this lovely find. The tea was perfectly presented, my breakfast was scrumptiously delicious and their homemade cakes looked amazing, I was too full to try one but I will definately be back. If you haven’t been to the Botanical Lounge then you’re missing out ! This place is absolutely lovely from the moment you walk in the door, the decor is beautiful and it’s spotlessly clean. Our breakfasts did not disappoint, fresh local ingredients, the food was so tasty,. The avocado, egg's, bacon, spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes was the best I’ve ever had anywhere, the individual flavours all tasted delicious. Locally roasted Coffee was excellent and the hot choc was delicious. Service, Presentation, Food, Atmosphere this place has it all, 10/10 for this lovely little find.

I visited this cafe for the first time today, I received a very friendly welcome from the staff and I was amazed with the lovely atmosphere. However thos was topped by the incredibly fresh and very tasty breakfast that I was served. I would highly recommend a visit here.

My wife and I decided to come here for brunch, and we're both so glad we did! On arrival, we were greeted by a polite and welcoming gentleman (I'm assuming the owner) and seated in the main dining area, just by the bar. The seats are cushioned and comfortable. We were given a moment to decide what we wanted to eat and drink, then our orders were taken. I went for the Botanical Breakfast, while my wife had the chicken stuffed pita. We were told the food might be a little while as they had orders before us, but it took just under ten minutes (not long at all). When the food arrived, we could already tell it was going to be good, just from its appearance. Everything looked fresh, well cooked, and beautifully presented. We started tucking in, and weren't disappointed! The flavours were incredible. Everything tasted so fresh, and we savoured every single bite. Wow, just wow... The egg was perfectly cooked, with a runny yolk and a firm yet fluffy white. The bacon and hash browns were just the right amount of crisp, and sausages were thick and juicy, and the mushrooms... 🤤 I don't know what the mushrooms were cooked in, but I've never eaten mushrooms which tasted that good before. My wife enjoyed her food as well, but I want to try that for myself and review it another time. I'm not exaggerating when I say Botanical Lounge serves one of, if not the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. I'm just the right amount of full, and I have that warm fuzzy feeling you only get from a truly delicious meal. If you're ever in Colwyn Bay or the surrounding area and are feeling hungry, you'd be a fool not to eat at Botanical Lounge. I'll see you there!

Botanical lounge couldn’t have been more helpful the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming and the restaurant very clean. It is in the West End of Colwyn Bay just before the round about to Rhos on Sea and Llandudno if passing it’s well worth a visit. Dog friendly will bring my Labrador next time.

5 stars all round for the Botanical Lounge!! We’ve been 5/6 times now and never wanted to leave each time! I’ve experienced breakfast and brunch here and always been happy! There’s a delicious menu with a great choice of vegi options and cakes and coffee, there’s even an alcoholic menu! My go to is a flat white and creamy mushroom brunch! Yummmmmy! There is always a chilled vibe with classy beats playing in the background, Neil is always super friendly and helpful and he honestly can’t do enough to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back soon!

On saturday the botanical lounge hosted my ‘baby in bloom’ baby shower in their beautiful lounge. The most perfect venue for my ‘baby in bloom’ theme with their stunning green and pink throughout. Neil and his partner Jale we’re amazing from start to finish, they were so helpful with absolutely everything and made us feel so welcome. serving their delicious buffet which included a variety of sandwiches, beautiful cheese/fruit boards, crisps with dips, Indian selection, mini desserts and more! they also had Simone and Neil on their unique bar with a choice of non alcoholic drinks, stunning cocktails and of course mocktails for myself. I would thoroughly recommend the botanical lounge for special occasions or even just for a coffee and cake.

A chance discovery on our way to an appointment in Eirias Park. A very friendly welcome from the owner/staff. Ordered a normal breakfast and sausage bap with ordinary tea and Americano coffee. All were excellent, the breakfast ingredients were very tasty, and hopefully locally sourced. I usually leave my hash brown but this was a really good one. Maybe an option for a different type of toast would have been better for me as I found it a bit too dry. Will definitely return when attending the next appointment. Many thanks.

This place is a gem on the North Wales coastline - lovely, tasty food and coffee coupled with wonderful service from the second you walk through the door. Definitely recommend heading here for a hearty breakfast (the locally sourced sausages are a particular highlight) or even a light snack!

Hidden gem away from the town centre with great coffee, cake and amazing service - highly recommend a visit. I think there is limited on street parking at the front but worth a short stroll from the town centre or if you are visiting Lidl nearby.

Absolutely gorgeous food, cannot fault this cafe, really welcoming and friendly staff and not a bad price for what you get. I got the chicken flatbread, would 1000% recommend this, it was so tasty. Enjoyed the food that much that came back the next day. The chai latte is also very nice. Lovely decor and relaxing. Not from wales, so will miss this cafe, will definitely have to visit again!

This afternoon we enjoyed lunch at Botanical lounge. The food was incredible; really fresh, tasty and there was a big menu to choose from. The atmosphere is really chilled and the service stayed speedy and friendly even throughout the lunch time rush. Neil is really chatty and knowledgeable and we’re already looking forward to our next visit😁

What a fabulous place right on our doorstep. Came here for the first time today with family and the service and food were absolutely spot on. The decor/ambience is lovely and the service is superb - really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I was even given a free cake to take home as it was my birthday (this was also really good cake). All 4 of us had different food and all were really really good. New favourite place to go.

Absolutely outstanding! I had a great chat with the owner after being served a 'spicy sausage breakfast' that was honestly incredible. The flavours all came together and made an absolutely incredible meal that I frankly wanted to eat three of. Fantastic place with a interesting decor that I felt totally relaxed to work in for a few hours and grab a bite to eat. I definitely lucked out when choosing where to go, and would definitely make the effort to go back and see what else the menu has to offer!

Thought we would try this place for a coffee which was a good coffee. The place itself is quite nice and the loos were spotless. The menu looked interesting so we thought we may go back sometime to eat. Sadly we were put off when a customer came in with a dog and the dog was allowed on the seating. The dog was walking over the cushions which isn't acceptable. I do hope the staff will stop this happening.

Popped in for a coffee and so glad I did! A well prepared espresso coffee is getting rarer in N Wales. But, I had a perfectly made flat white with local beans. So disappointed I wasn’t hungry as the menu looked excellent. Decor was fresh and fun. Loos immaculate. Can’t wait to go for brunch soon 😀

We went there for a late breakfast and had a goat’s cheese and ham/cheese panini. The food was delicious. The service was quick and really friendly. Really good coffee as well! Lovely designed place, you feel very welcome.

What a fantastic cafe/bar, let’s just start with the incredible staff this place has they’re so lovely and professional and always a joy from the start of the night until the last minute so 10/10 for these guys Secondly, the cocktails were just the bomb!! I had a few dark and stormys and they just went down a treat and I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other cocktails they have to offer. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who hasn’t been yet it’s a delight

We’ve just been to the botanical lounge. Lovely decor inside and well thought through menu. I’ve scored it down because despite having lovely food in there, the service and the wait were both poor which let it down. I think the waiter and waitress were trying their best but it came across like they were frantic and out of control. They were pleasant enough but rushed and gave the impression all was not well e.g. over apologising and getting the order wrong. We had to repeat the order a few times and there was over explanation on some things e.g. we asked what was in the creamy salad dressing and we had an explanation including why she didn’t know, how long she’d worked there etc…all that was needed was - let me check. We waited a long time before being asked for our order. The ticket was wrong and didn’t go to the kitchen for 20min, we were there over an hour before we received food. When the food arrived we had to ask for cutlery and plates for the small dishes. No salt or condiments were offered. No return to ask if everything was ok or to order more drinks. At the end we were left with empty plates on our table for a good while. We got ready to leave and paid for the bill and even as we left the empty plates still say there. Overall not a disaster but massive opportunity for improvement.

Heard good reviews about this place but had a bad experience, waited a long time for food was also told there was no kids menu even tho I booked the table for 2 adults and 1 child so should of been told on the phone! The food was very bland and the beef was like chewing rubber when asked how my meal was and I explained this I was answered by ok have a nice day , no apologies or offer for discounted meal as I’d left half of it. Wont be going again

This is a fantastic place to meet up with friends and enjoy some great drinks and food. I’ve been several times and the vibe is always the same. Friendly staff, great good, and amazing cocktails. We had several of the sharing plates and they were well presented and very tasty.

Despite a well presented interior, I was disappointed with the food and service. After waiting over an hour and a half for food, I regretfully was in no position to complain about my cold and overcooked salmon fillet, as I was so hungry from the wait. Our underwhelming meals arrived in dribs and drabs and the portions were minimal. I now understand the small plate aesthetic that they are trying to achieve across the whole menu, which could have been communicated better by the waiters. Luckily, we had great company and a bottle of wine… but otherwise prepare yourself for a long wait! In hindsight, I shouldn’t have left without a discount, but I was quite impatient to leave.

If you like a cocktail then go as they shake aplenty, if you like to eat as opposed to drink then give it a wide birth. Atmosphere ok, lively but i think those chritmas decs need coming down now. The staff looked.....frantic, they did not offer confidence but i ordered anyhow. The bistro was not full, however after placing our order the wait was long, certainly for what we ordered which was pretty basic food. Our food arrived, first impression........oh dear we are going out of here hungry tonight. The portions we received was sparse for all of us for the prices they ask. Quality wise it was 4 out of 10, no one asked us if we were happy with the meal, and i considered not paying for 1 dish but decided to pay and just get out. I could have spent a similar amount in a local pub and received 3 nice meals but we wanted to try something different. We wish we had not. We will not be back again.

The food was out of this world. I'm a massive fan of burgers and get them most places we go but the burger and food in general was amazing probably the best I've had. Everything about it was as I expect and more. Fresh, hot and extremely tasty. The cocktails were also nice. Will defiantly be visiting again soon!!!

Came here on a quiet morning, had to wait around an hour for coffees and told it was our fault the coffee took so long to arrive as we didn't order as soon as we entered. We were told 15 minutes after ordering food that what we wanted was unavailable, then again 10 minutes later what we wanted as a replacement was unavailable. The waitress was rude and the manager refused to listen at all to any complaints about the service and the fact some food turned up cold. The manager was argumentative, an apology would have been nice but deflection on being busy (3 tables of people) and blaming the customer for waiting for everyone to arrive before ordering seems to be the tactics.
