The best restaurants in Scotland

One of the best milkshake in town. The only problem is the car wash next to it.

I didn’t visit the restaurant, but ordered a takeaway; ann absolutely amazing chicken, green pepper and black bean sauce with boiled rice. The Chicken was plentiful and the nicest I’ve ever tasted from a Chinese restaurant. Veggies were crisp and crunchy and exactly the way they should have been as was the black bean sauce. Thank you, Golden City - I didn’t know what to expect with it being my first take-away from you, but I more than impressed and was certainly not disappointed

Food is amazing and I would give it a 5, but man the chef needs to check the spice on the lamb! All of the pieces where perfectly made and well spiced besides one of them that honestly, I feel like it ruined everything on the dish, the spice on that one small piece of lamb it was so HOT that I just couldn’t eat the rest of the dish! I love spicy (hot) but that was EXTREMELY HOT!

Baba Rista in Edinburgh is a cozy spot with great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxed coffee break.

I feel the seating arrangements could be better and the customer entrance more attractive, but apart from that, it's a Costa coffee house with the usual fayre and freindly staff.

I don't know who makes this jelly, but it's delicious, beautiful, and the four of us sit and look at it, it's a pity, I won't let it go. Ok

Stopped here during a recent car journey. Their sausage rolls and meringues are the best I've ever tasted! Highly recommended 😁

My wife, my 6 months old son, and I stopped at this place 22 years ago for look around, and we were caught off guards by the shop owner and his wife, who invited us with the best and tastiest cup of tea with some homemade chilli dip. This pleasant experience still carries its ripple with us 22 years on. A bit late for a review however myself and my family where here in Feb during a visit for the six nations. It was my highlight of the trip (maybe not the highlight Ireland did win). The steak was superb. Excellently cooked. I’m going back to Edinburgh next February and can’t wait to come back to this restaurant
