The best restaurants in Scotland

We recently ordered a wedding cake for 50 people and it was delicious. We got victoria sponge and red velvet with a buttercream icing. They delivered the cake to our venue and decorated it with a lovely stand and some flowers provided by our florist. Great service and would highly recommend.

Can't believe this isn't the top restaurant in Perth. Definitely our favourite! Absolutely delicious 4 course lunch with matching wines today. As always, excellent service from Christopher and Fraser producing fabulous food. Loved the local gallery which is a new addition since our last visit. Already booked for our next dinner. If you've not been yet, go!

Loved the ambience. We had a range of dishes. I had macaroni fajitas beautifully hot 🔥

Walked in to try some of their fish and chips. We were seated properly for a table of two in the upstairs section, which is very nice. The fish and chips itself was on the oiler side so if you like earlier food, then this would definitely hit the spot otherwise Would say that it was all right. They did offer some sauces on the side chips however, if you’re not a chip, you could substitute in onion rings for an extra cost. for two people to orders, efficient chips and a drink. It came up to around 40 pounds so pricewise it was decent but still on the more expensive side for what you got.

Lovely place to catch up with a friend on a Saturday lunch. Lunch was yummy and reasonably priced, the staff nice and friendly, the place comfortable and warm. Would go there again.

Wonderfully cooked steaks and accompaniments. Very friendly and attentive service.

I’ve been a registrar customer for many years. Delicious pizza, full of flavour and just right level of doughiness. The chili oil is a lovely bonus too.

Amazing food and atmosphere. The manager, Edwin came to our table to check on everything. and was so nice and genuine. Brandon, our waiter was attentive and very personable. The food exceeded our expectations! We only had about a 15 minute wait and trust me ...it's worth any wait that you have!

Lovely restaurant and great food despite being just warm. Drinks great and all in all, a brilliant evening.. FoH a little underwhelming and we were told on arrival they couldn’t fit us in, until I suggested a couple of drinks whilst we waited.. Win / Win £££

Chose the Sunday menu and had a lovely meal. Service was excellent.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere, the cosy interior with a real fire , waitress service was helpful and friendly and the food wow the food was 1st class , compliments to the chef , my husband had the Cullen Skink which he said was delicious, then he had Cajun chicken again he really enjoyed, l had the chicken and haggis Rumbledethumps , my word gorgeous, hope they never change the menu , because when we call in again when we travel to Scotland, it would be same again please

It's always an absolute pleasure. Great food, good beers, non-stop service (meaning there's always meat on your plate). Nice buffet, great menu options, veggie friendly, but there's only one reason to get there. MEAT. Remember: "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat" (I suppose vegans can't, lol)
