Waterfront Restaurant in Glasgow City

Last night my wife and I attended this venue for dinner. The Waitress was friendly and informative, passing on the offers etc. We skipped starters as we wanted to enjoy the mains, I opted for the signature Beef Burger and my wife had the Chicken Supreme, both came well presented, warm and tasty. For desserts we both opted for the White Chocolate Cheesecake, which was ok. The drinks were a bit of a disaster, my wife ordered the Cosmopolitan which was returned as it was definitely not a Cosmopolitan, I ordered the Old Fashioned which was passable. Overall nothing special, service was ok and the bill was your typical £60 for two. The offer of three courses and a bottle of house wine for £50 might be worth it.

Decided to visit prior to cinema and so glad we did. First time here and Newwas greeted by very helpful lady at reception who directed us to the waterfront restaurant. The girl who greeted us at the restaurant was lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. Our meal was superb. I had the soup and Turkey with trimmings from the Christmas menu and my partner had mussels. The ambiance and service made this dining experience special and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend and will return when in the area

Lovely meal in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the river clyde. After the meal you can then go into the casino.

Hubby and I were given an Isiton voucher for a 2 course meal with a bottle of house wine. The food was lovely, I had chicken, he had a steak. The wine was a tempranillo and was really nice. The staff were friendly and attentive and the surrounding view of the squinty bridge and river was beautiful. We will definitely be back, 10 out of 10 from us.

Visited for dinner on a coupon deal. Nice restaurant, lots of room. Potential views of the Clyde and the Sqinty bridge, depending on table. Service was informal, at a good pace - no long waits, but allowed to finish food. Serving sizes were good, food was tasty. Great value. Will be back.

Superb service, food and ambience. Such an absolute pleasure to dine at the Waterfront. Always made to feel welcome. Staff are incredible. Everyone in the group was well impressed. We will certainly be back. Thanks to all.

Went there in the 30-12 19 for my wife’s birthday with 3 other couples and I must say everyone of the party enjoyed the food service was excellent food very good and the price was good to I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who looking for nice food and nice surroundings considering we all like a bet or two very enjoyable night defo will be back again

Visited on Friday night for dinner before going to the armadillo. Everything was perfect. Both of our starters and mains couldn’t be faulted at all. All was cooked freshly and perfectly. The service was also great. My girlfriend used to be a restaurant manager and commented on how the little things were done so well and how well trained all the staff were. If you are slightly put off it’s in a casino you don’t need to worry it’s out the road of the tables and you don’t feel you’re in the casino. If you’re going to the casino and want fed first then get it here. Completely faultless. All that and it was £19 through itison including a bottle of wine. Thanks for starting our night off superbly.

Booked this restaurant on a holiday and i only have one wish - it was closer to home ! From start to finish everything was impeccable, service from george was amazing and food was top notch and very reasonably priced. House wine was equally as nice. There was absolutely nothing wrong with anything. My only slight critisicm is that the restaurant could do with a bit of signage but when asked staff were very obliging to point you in the right direction. Shame trip advisor don't have a higher score because this restuarant would get it.

Good food, very nice staff and great views of the river from the restaurant. Good for a change to your usual night out. Will return

This is our 2nd time here. We love the style of the restaurant, so vibrant and bright! The food was amazing and we were given a glass of prosecco as it was our anniversary. We had the haggis bon bons which was lovely as well as the salad. For mains I had the pork loin with chorizo potatoes, soused cabbage with apple sauce. The meal was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! We will be returning.

Cocktails amazing as ever and still stand by this being one of the best dining experiences in all of Glasgow.

We were at this restaurant with an Itison deal last night. What can I say the food was beautiful and the young staff are a credit to the restaurant. They couldn't have been more attentive, polite and friendly. I hope the management take note.

We were here for Valentine's, and the Waterfront didn't disappoint. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy so service was prompt and attentive. The food was great and at £50 for two, including a glass of prosecco, was superb value. Highly recommended.

Had a great night out tonight with my Wife at The new Waterfront Restaurant would recommend the prawns for starters,my wife had the tomato and pepper soup(best she has every tasted) Main course went down a treat Steak cooked to perfection with all the trimmings,finished...
