Will never order from this place again. Waited 2 hr when contact shop they assured it would be fresh and hot.after a second phone call, they still insisted that it was on its way and would be hot. When it arrived, it was inedible and a total waste of money. It all went into the bin. I dont leave posts often, good or bad, unless I feel it is needed. AVOID THIS PLACE DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE...

Just had my baby shower here in the smaller hall and it was just perfect! The price for all that was included in my package was amazing. The staff were so helpful and approachable. My guests were all so impressed with how the hall was presented and in general the atmosphere of the full place. Will 100% recommend for anyone to host a function here.

Chicken satay was disgusting watery brown liquid will never use this place again 🤢

This is a local for our friends so decided to try again unfortunately. The mussels though a fair sized portion were really too small and hardly any taste to them. The buffalo chicken wings were awful, thick batter I’d to scrape off as too tough/crisp to eat. The beef burger was perhaps worst they’d tasted. Curries were alright but tbh tasted better. Steak and ale pie seemed to go down well. Long wait for our meals and one main was missing so had to wait for it though tbf didn’t wait too long. Desserts were alright. All food very well presented. Didn’t have drink we wanted and didn’t enjoy drinks we had. Coffee was good. Price was fair and staff very nice but apart from that sorry didn’t enjoy at all.

Food was disgusting took 40 min to deliver and I stay 5 mins away food got here charged me £16 for a box of wings and chips the chips where stale and the wings were burned to the bone I gave it a try and it tasted like dish soap I phoned up and that guy was ignoring and apparently couldn’t understand I walked down to the shop and he was complaining that I wanted a refund he only gave half my money back WONT BE BACK !!!!

It’s really not appreciated that whoever your spam poster is feels they can just leave a pile of menus on the stairs of my flat block, which are in no way free from wind. As if the area isn’t bad enough with litter, tell your employees not to contribute!

I always enjoy the food from Kai Xin. It is nicely seasoned and well cooked. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nuestro hijo está en casa de Londres para un fin de semana largo por su cumpleaños e insistió en tener su almuerzo de cumpleaños en Blue Lagoon ayer! Ambos comimos queso macarrones que fue el mejor que he probado en años 😋 También insistió en tener una barra de Marte frita y profunda y me presionó (al igual que nuestra encantadora espera - persona, Chirangnee, 😱) para probarlo - No me gustó, pero bueno, no se trataba de mí 😆

Excellent place to stay before beginning the West Highland Way . Even allowed us to leave our car . Friendly and helpful staff

Don't sit in and staff are okay but the food was hot and tasted okay. It's a KFC and that's what you get good chicken everything else is just the process to get it

Service was not very good.We waited 40 minutes for a basic sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t very good.I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and usually it’s very good.However I was disappointed.I don’t know if I will be returning.Its a shame as the service is always genuinely good.

If I could give it 6 stars I would! My go to restaurant! The best food and the staff are always kind and happy to help. Their cajun chicken and enchiladas are so good!

I've been going here since I moved to Rutherglen eight years ago and always get just one thing; large mixed pakora with a can of Irn Bru, so can only comment based on this dish but I've never had any problems with it, the service is prompt and whenever I go in I never have to wait long even though they must be busy doing JustEat orders. The staff are pleasant and polite and even though it's no longer the closest takeaway to me since moving within the area I will continue to go here.

I've ordered a few times from here since moving into the area however I ordered a chicken and prawn madras with fried rice and a garlic chapatti on sat paid over £20 got no rice and was asked to pay an extra £2.80 to have the chapatti I had paid for for requesting it to be updated to garlic chapatti there's no option online to request this? Tonight I ordered small 8" inch pizza with chicken mushroom onion and smoked sausage received 1 piece of chicken and 1 piece of smoked sausage on my small pizza I know I asked for small pizza but one piece each is ridiculous I got a chapatti shish wrap asked for salad sauce separate salad was in my wrap no sauce separate or even involved 😅 so it's fair to say I won't be rushing back 😅
