Don't sit in and staff are okay but the food was hot and tasted okay. It's a KFC and that's what you get good chicken everything else is just the process to get it

I ordered takeway ，was given a bottle of drink less，and the service attitude was very unfriendly，I won't order it again.

Just had the worst coffee, ☕️ took one zip of coffee and puked 🤢 Service very very poor And had to wait for a small chicken popcorn 15-20 minute Definitely not recommend Custumer service very very poor they need to learn some manners

I'm a KFC convert. Zinger Burger is very tasty, the chips are delicious, a wee bit of seasoning on them, crispy, even my wee boy enjoyed them and rated best in his books 😆. The gravy goes with chips, dip your burger in it, love it. Easy to order, plenty of options, quick amd friendly service.

This KFC could generate A LOT of revenue if only Halal chicken was available. Considering the area and the new developments growing around with quite a lot of Muslims living close by, I am surprised it is still not the case. Please consider it and you will be happy with the results!

Keep getting cheese on my burger when I order it without cheese, I'm dairy intolerant so I have to throw it in the bin. I'm assuming that staff were trying to be nice and add extra toppings?? Thank you for trying to be nice to me, but no cheese please :)

It's pretty clean. Staff are nice and food is well prepared. They're pretty quick with orders.

The most pathetic excuse of an Aero Krushems was served, swiftly rejected and requested to be refunded. What a joke and an absolute rip off! That's something I certainly won't be ordering again. Get it sorted KFC!

Staff nice. Helpfull. Clean. Food was as on the menue. Although all these fast food places they ate expensive for a family. Disabled access and assistance dog permitted. It's worth a visit.

Very poor. Seems like the just eat is priority over the customer including drive thru. And the chips were soggy.the chicken was burnt its getting worse. KFC used to be the best. But ever since covid and just eat and all the other electric bike crew moved in. Its disgusting. Wont be back waste of £37

Didn't delivery the whole order, refused to deliver the missing food, then refused to refund the service charge.

KFC Rutherglen. Easy access. The parking lot is large - although you cannot park there for longer than about 3 hours. You order simply and quickly using self-service screens. You receive your order quickly. Nice and friendly service. The place is not crowded.

Great KFC... always served piping hot.. Sat in and used drive through.... both are really good 👍

Ordered a meal in the drive through came home and was missing half my sauces and my sides. Called up and was told to either come back (meaning my meal would be cold by time I sit down to eat) or would give me a code to get free extra sides next time I'm in I don't want my sides in a few weeks I wanted them with my meal hence why I ordered it. Won't be back to any of your establishments £27.99 for my meal and it's not well spent

Forget to put stuff in your bag everytime we visit. Concentrate on delivery drivers first.

Food terrible My chicken on the boan was soaking in grease, batter falling off Mini fillets were defo mini and cold. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened

You can never get ketchup with your delivery, you can't leave a note, you can't modify your order.

This is definitely one of the best KFC restaurants in the area. Staff are really nice and friendly, food is good and they tend to get the orders right unlike most other KFCs.

Food & service ok but I did have to complain about one of the delivery drivers cleanliness, HE DID NOT WASH HANDS AFTER USING THE TOILET THEN PICKED UP A DELIVERY (DISGUSTING PERSON).

Ordered table 23 my 2boys enjoyed boneless chicken meals and will be back again soon 😄

Had a nice lunch, good service and the food was hot and the premises I.e. temperature was comfortable, unlike a lot of places you go into and they have the air-conditioning blowing out cold air,I.e KFC in Braehead.

I placed an order through Just Eat which KFC cancelled and no refund has been forthcoming. I would not recommend ordering online delivery...you will be out of pocket!!

After spending £26 tonight, My son chicken was burnt and dry inside , total waste of money, in the bin.,Never again

The last time we visited here we ordered a fillet burger, the burger was burnt. We complained and they gave us another burger, this was also burnt. When we went in again the manger said it was the oil, we waited on a new batch. The burger from the new batch was also burnt, either the oil is too hot or they are not removing the fillets from the oil when they are ready.

Great service. Nice clean restaurant. Had a bit if a wait for the rice boxes but definitely worth the wait.

Uber order which once again did not include items I'd paid for. Really disappointing, the Dalmarnock store seems to be consistently unable to complete online orders resulting in customers being overcharged. This has happened to me twice now, I won't be ordering from them again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I have always got two dipping sauces for free with my 10 piece boneless bucket. Now I am told I have to pay per sauce. how desperate does KFC need to to start charging sauce. as if you don't make enough money. you have just lost a customer for life now.

After paying almost £18 I kind of expect my gravy to be closed?? And my food atleast warm. Would recommend KFC at kings gate although it’s further, this wouldn’t happen.

Your standard KFC. Place was clean, ordered food on the touch screens then it was delivered to table.

Wed 15 Dec 21. 8.45pm Young trainee girl made a little error in forgetting to say would take 7/8 minutes. Girl came out, let me know and asked if would like wings and strips straight away. "Yes please" She came back with that part piping hot and with chips and drink. Came back 7/8 mins later with the rest plus an extra piece all piping hot, more chips and drink. I was treated like a king! It was KFC Gleneagles! The communication was excellent, service manificent and food perfect. Thank you all ! ! And hate to admit it - I am probably more than twice the age of the young trainee girl, and I am STILL learning & making mistakes!

Waiting now 1h for delivery from them I can see that drivers are cancelling my order becasue restaurant havent prepared the food yet! On google it says "A little busy" - A little busy - not busy, not "really busy" or "crazy busy" a little. If you are short staffed - tell your manager to not open at all! But no - lets squize more from remaining members of staff (like in proper chinese factory). If you're short staffed - don't open or hire more people. But to hire new people you the KFC would need to raise a hourly pay which this wont happen. Update after receiving my order - after 1h 40 minutes- staff forgot to pack 4 x regular fries. Calling restaurant, staff very polite and helpful saying that I can get a refund or just come by for those chips (what I did) and becasue I was waiting for my food 1h 40min - I have reference number for some compensation. Then beeing at the restaurant (despite the fact that staff over the phone was very polite) - disappointment, atmosphere like on cemetery, only 4 tables with max 5 people. When waiting to be served (with no orders on screens) the first person came out and instead of saying: "Hello, can/could you put your mask on" - he said straight away - "put your mask on" - like he was giving me an military order! A joke! No wonder this restaurant is never busy - McDonald next door packed with customers. After explaining on their mistake, I was given my fries without any fuss and was apologised for that - so that was only thing on a plus :) Not gonna lie - I won't be a regular customer there. Overall - handled my order quite well but the staff in the restaurant could be more friendly thats it, change tone of your voice to not sound depressed :) 2nd update. 2 days later I went again - no deliveroo or other "takeaway delivery services" - atmosphere much better I think becasue there was manager actually caring for the restaurant. More staff thats for sure but still bad attitude... Changed from 1 star to 3 just becasue the service I received in the restaurant was on a decent level.

Tables were dirty staff were trying to mop under table where we were sitting .and could not park in the disabled space because they were taken up by just eat etc delivery drivers who were not displaying a blue badge .

Evey time a walk by this place there is never anyone there and no wonder because everytime i go theres nothing there i tried to order 3 diff things tonight and nope could not get 1 , i have been on 4 separate occasions to get krushem and on each occasion they say the machines dont work worst fast food place ever for not having in what they advertise!!!

Excellent food, fast service, clean, tidy, bins emptied regularly.

The lady did not let me in without mask lol Fresh chicken wings .

Whole order wrong , missing chips ,drinks ,5 straws for 8 drinks ,no sides,drive through took about 15mins to get order placed , when we got home found missed parts of order, called and had to drive back to receive missing chips etc.had meal in two sittings .total farce .never again.

Made 3 mistakes at the drive thru, had to go in to restaurant to correct it and they got it wrong again.

Rubbish service waited 20 minutes on them bring my food to my car Manager said they cleared order so they forgot. FOOD WAS COLD

Ordered my food at 6.53 got my food at 7.20 after asking when was I getting my food you as a company pay to much time on drive through and home deliveries there was fourteen delivery drivers served by the time I got served plus I don't know how drive throughs and I was the only person In the shop at the TIME. VERY VERY BAD POLICY

Young girls attitude was terrible. As if we were a burden and threw our change down.

Never had a issue as a delivery driver collecting orders did spend about 1 year trying to get a cup off coffee here as machine was always broke. Gave up trying.

Definitely NOT the original recipe. Chicken itself was nice enough but the coating is completely different from the original KFC. Doubt I'd buy again as even the chips were soggy 😔

Bad service we got 3 ice creams and they were missing we even paid for them we asked told them that it was missing and they didn’t believe us we showed them the receipt and they still didn’t believe us they wanted us to pay again for the ice creams I don’t recommend coming here

My family enjoy KFC we went tonight and got a take away for my wife's birthday. When we got home we were missing part of the order. My daughter's meal was missing and 2 ice creams for my daughters. The items were on the receipt so we paid for them. This is the second time this has happened. I tried calling them when we got home and it just rang out. I won't be going back to this KFC.

Restaurant is listed on the eat out to help out scheme but are charging customer full price. Complained to staff and answer was they were but are now not. Still ont the government site. Complained direct to kfc and they say they are but have not come back with resolution or compensation. On a side nit staff are not sanitizing tables as soon as customer leave. Will not be back

Not as busy as Pollockshaws. Young lad that served me the week previously was an asset to KFC, couldn't have been more helpful, and great customer service.

Over cooked chicken and under cooked chips next door mcdonalds packed this place empty now I know why it just cost £40 to find it out save your money
