Amazing food, so tasty! Fish and chips, and a burger. Really nice presentation as well. The staff went out there way to be polite, and were lovely. Recommended

Booked for 5 for a birthday at short notice most were elderly. So quite fussy. The fish and chips were delicious and lots of trimmings with it. It was a Tuesday so special curry meal on. The curry was delicious and came with Nan rice etc. Being elderly they couldn’t manage a dessert. Yet to our surprise the staff brought our 86yr old a delicious slice of cake topped with candle as they’d overheard us saying it was a birthday. What a lovely gesture. Was so pleased that they cared enough as the 86yr old is having a difficult time it really made her feel special and fussed over. Thank you so very very much to the gentleman and young lady who did this. We have been before a few times and recommended a local club to visit too for food. This is definitely a restaurant and a staff who do care about customers.

Got married here and spent the weekend for the local TRNSMT festival. Couldn't have ever met nicer staff. Garry who does the morning shift in the dining area couldn't be nicer Will 100% come back just to spend time with Garry. Super funny and attentive. Its a rate skill he has

Popped in with girls after work. Relax atmosphere with comfortable booths that seat up to 6. Booths give you a little privacy. Food was amazing. especially Curry Night. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Big thank you and shout out to our server Gary for the time and consideration in serving my friend and myself. This was our first time since the bistro was refurbished. The meal was outstanding and totally worth every penny. The chicken and mozzarella dish was the best I have ever had. Welldone to Chef. Thanks again..

Fabulous lunch, gorgeous Chicken Tikka Masala...chicken Capresse really lovely, the chicken was like butter in both meals. Hubby had a mixed pakora for starter and I had fish taco...cannot give it anything other than a 10 out of 10. 4 drinks all for just a smidge under 50 quid. Beautiful surroundings, pleasant, friendly staff.. Gary and Dalhia...will be back!

Steak pie was well received by ones who chose it. The fajitas looked good well presented and am told they tasted delicious. The tikka masala was too creamy and the chicken stroganoff too creamy too. Mussels were meant to be in wine and garlic but only really tasted once again of cream. (Never found any garlic or wine tbh) To be honest we normally enjoy cream but sorry just too much. Desserts were delicious. Staff very nice Gary and lovely blond lady too. Service very good. Menu really good as so many choices. Atmosphere and surroundings very nice. Prices reasonable. Thank you.

Mother’s Day I was in yesterday for Mother’s Day and to say it was an absolute disgrace is being nice. No one knew what was happening took 40 minutes just to get a drink Then another 30 minutes to take our order starters when tasteless steak pie was vile the lasagne was burnt the Cajun chicken was pasta covered in cream with Cajun seasoning the orders came out wrong you brought us double starters which where still wrong it which most of the food was left on plate I felt sorry for the staff that had to serve it maybe that is why they were so reluctant to ask if we were enjoying it then took another 45 minutes to get dessert which was something thrown on top of melted ice cream We came in at four and thankfully we were given our freedom after a lengthy wait for the bill at 7:30 . Worse Mother’s Day lunch and dinner as it took so long to get served it crossed into both

Birthday lunch at kingspark hotel. Can highly recommend the food was delicious and large portions making for great value. The staff Gary Patrick babu chef Sam and all other staff gave excellent service. Looking forward to eating here again soon

I booked my stay 10 months previously. My card details changed due to a newly issued card. Whilst in the Highlands, I had no signal on my phone. When travelling to Glasgow I picked up messaged of prepayment problems. I called at 10:30am to provide new details. They cancelled my resevation and sold my room! If I checkeck in in person after the required time, there was no room available! Disgraceful, demanding money before attending a hotel. I had no where to stay at affirdable last minute rates, as there was a concert in town.) My reason for booking the hotel). So had to drive nearly 400 miles home.

Tribute act was terrific as where staff and servers,but unfortunately nothing more could be said about the Kingspark Hotel,badly needs a full refurbishment rooms severely dated sockets hanging off the wall,cable cover not fitted on, bathroom terrible,worse was to come,dinner cold,then on the morning breakfast was an absolute nightmare,friends (4) travelled from Edinburgh ordered breakfast and nothing was correct,I only ordered 1 egg,1 potato scone and 1 tomato, egg not cooked properly potato scone too hard to eat,and end of tomato so cold it could have came from the fridge,table next to us gave their breakfast back n walk out!!!!only a guy called Gary brightened the morning,came out and apologised to each and every person that stayed,for the terrible way breakfast was served or not( great guy) but sadly we (8) of us WONT be back!!!! Ps my room number was 115,just incase they look back and give everyone a refund!!!!! -:(

meal was excellent manager and staff went out of there way to give us food not on the menu service was really good caberet and dj were top class. We enjoyed the night and will definetly be back.

Went for a family lunch. Prices ok. Kids lunches were good value. The prawn and chorizo cocktail was ok. Nothing special. Soup was bland. One slice of half&half bread. No soup rolls or choice. Steak pie was disappointing. Pastry was so flaky it disintegrated into nothing. Gravy was salty. Homemade chips were more like roast potatoes. Tasty enough but less chips and maybe another type of veg would have been more appetising. Side ramekin of peas is unnecessary. Just put them on the plate. The haggis dish was by far the best dish. Haggis was lovely and spicy but it was a poor helping especially when the steak pie dish had ample serving. Red wine wasn’t very nice with but white Chardonnay was crisp and cold. Overall it was basic pub grub.

I’ve stayed here a few times never been dissatisfied beds very comfy rooms clean and well stocked with Tea , coffee and biscuits Breakfast was lovely and service was first class as always only criticism I would give is if your booking with booking .com it tells you breakfast is included but it’s actually just the continental that’s included if you want a cooked breakfast it’s extra but reasonably priced

Myself and three children stayed at this hotel this weekend and dined at the on site two5zero restaurant. I have to say, for what we required on this evening, a comfortable, easy, no frills dinner - this was absolutely spot on! The portions were good, the food was freshly prepared and cooked, and was of really good quality. I highly recommend the steak pie! Flaky, perfect pastry on top of chunks of fat free steak. The staff, Gary & Camilla were so friendly, nformative, fun and ultra helpful, really looked after us and gave the children a really good time. Great work team!

My friend was boxing here so we stayed the night to watch him fight. Have to say I enjoyed my stay. All staff were lovely (especially Dom and Gary the bar staff) If i’m ever in Glasgow I will be sure to come back here.

I have cooked better myself. the Thai Curry was thick and came with which was either spaghetti or very thick noodles. The chilli was minced meat with a lot of chilli pepper on it. we did complain

This was one of the best hotels that I have had the pleasure of living in. Well located in outskirts of the city, with great transportation links by train or bus to Glasgow City Centre, and train service to Motherwell.Rooms are spacious well presented. Restaurant and meals are served in the 205 bar and bistro on the ground floor, food quality is good, and all staff are corteous and very friendly.. willing to help at anytime. Dogs are welcome at the hotel at an extra charge.This is now adopted as my Glasgow staying place

Stayed here ,while my partner is in hospital ,hotel is well run with great staff, especially Ross and kaightlan and check in staff, my room was huge well decorated and clean, food was homemade and delicious, priced very reasonable and huge car park, thanks to you All, will definitely be back.

Recently visited this restsurant with a family member. The food was great especially the slow cooked lamb chef should be commended. The beef stroganoff was eually delicious. Dessert a work of art. Great serving staff

Have just stayed at kingspark hotel Sunday to Wednesday 8/8/18. Staff very accommodating and really friendly good selection on the menu and very reasonably priced. Rooms very comfortable with towels changed as required. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great venue for private party my only criticism is not enough staff on the bar as there was a wedding on the same evening red wine in my opinion was terrible maybe have a look at that would happily recommend
