The best restaurants in Midstocket / Rosemount Aberdeen City North East Scotland

Love coming here for lunch. Great home made food and always a variety to choose from. Unlike alot of nearby veggie/vegan cafes everything is very reasonably priced! Great selection of snacks and cakes, an all round brilliant little cafe. Always very friendly and welcoming, top service.

Bonito rolls were fabulous and chicken wings were loveley. Highly recommended, with very friendly staff. A fresh hot sushi spot in the perfect location 😋

This cafe has changed its name to Bagel Society and it is really good. The food is superb, I would recommend the El Diablo bagel. The service is good. The prices are reasonable, we were £14 for two bagels. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Delicious Christmas Tea, very gracious and professional wait staff, accommodating our every request. The room we were in was the Balmoral Suite, historically significant because Princess Alexandra stayed in this very room when the weather kept the royals from reaching Balmoral Castle. Our visit to Aberdeen has been the highlight of our retirement so far. Stunningly impressive buildings and streets. Staying at the Caledonian Mercure hotel was definitely a great choice!

Really lovely cafe, coffee is fantastic, so many food options, my non-vegan partner enjoys the food too. Lots of gf options too.

Now I have a new favourite restaurant in Aberdeen. The place is small, mostly to take away but LOVED the food, really friendly staff as well. I will come back!!

Would be better if the bagel was in a box, and cutlery was provided.

I was here for a drink and the staff in the elf cap mixing drinks was a little bit disregarding. Nice place, the other person whom I supposed owns the restaurant was friendly, brought the drink and also the snack. I def won’t be recommending nor going back unless they have someone else make the drinks. Not going to mention the word but I know what played there, so sad this is still a topic in 2024!

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best bar in Aberdeen. has a great atmosphere, the service is exceptional and so welcoming, and the cocktails are delicious. On top of that is nicely decorated, has great toilets which is a rarity in Aberdeen, the music fits the vibe and the opening hours are really good.

Had a lovely meal with friends here for Xmas. Would definitely be back. Thankyou.

Undoubtedly the best chipper in aberdeen. Recommend trying their weekend specials, which are quite unique. Chips here are actually cooked, unlike other chippers in aberdeen. Fish and other food actually taste fresh and of decent quality, unlike other chippers in Aberdeen. Don't waste your money elsewhere. Come here.

Such a good restaurant. Most of items on menu are different from the norm and more traditional. Great choices, all taste great and the amount of food allows you to share with friends so all can try something new. Would recommend.

Hot chocolate just ok. Staff very helpfully pointed out the dangers of electricity 😁Won’t let you charge your phone, for no reason other than the desire for power and control🤭 PS - no, charging my phone does not increase the chance of the already existing water fountain water going into the socket? Let a guy charge his phone to play Jetpack joyride and shush🤫 Instead focus on making better hot chocolate… way too milky. Lock in guys, you can do it… or don’t I really couldn’t care less.

Lovely family atmosphere, with amazing food. The best bruschetta ever, still to be beaten by anywhere else.
