Don't go here, AVOID. We waited over THREE hours to get food that wasn't even good. We got lied to twice about the estimate time of arrival for food over the phone too. They didn't offer a discount for the next order or complimentary items for compensation for waiting THREE HOURS for food!!! We also heard arguments over the phone between the workers too, unprofessional. PLEASE AVOID!!!

Amazing food fast delivery, excellent customer service.

Has seriously gone downhill after years of being really good, bought a meal for 2, mixed starters were very dry and meat on the ribs and wings were quite tough. Chow mein lacked any identifiable sauce, chips and rice also very dry, only good item we had was the chicken in satay sauce. Must do better.

Food was over an hour late in arriving. Food was cold. Pizza was soggy and tasteless. Missing chips from our meal deals. Rude delivery driver and no apology when contacting manager at the store. Never had an issue with previous owners: very disappointed and won’t be back

First time trying out this lot. Ordered a 4 piece munchy box. Salt n pepper chicken, chicken balls satay chicken and Bbq spare ribs. Plenyy left over for lunch tomorrow. Surprise my nephew Stuart delivered it. Honest it was yummy. Great stuff guys.

Do yourself a favour and don't buy the chicken balls, the so called batter was the worst thing I have tasted in a long time maybe my whole life.

Can’t fault the food but I did message to say there was metal in one of the meals that looked liked a piece of a pan scourer and no one got back to me.

Blue Spice never disappoints! I've ordered from here multiple times, and each time the food is freshly cooked, arrives hot, and is delivered quickly. The chicken biryani rice and chicken korma are incredibly tasty, full of flavor, and the portions are generous. Plus, the prices are perfect for the quality and quantity you get. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving delicious, flavorful dishes!

I have used the Back Hilton chipper many times, it has always been a mediocre chipper IMHO, today though it has gone from ok to bad. The fish supper I purchased today was terrible. The little I ate of the fish left an after taste in my mouth and the odour from the fish was fishy (not in a good way). I had to throw the fish away. I am not sure if the fish was frozen and then defrosted or the fish was not as fresh as it could have been. They have lost a customer.

Honestly… I’ve been here before and it was amazing but this time was awful, pretty sure I received the wrong thing. What was described on the website and what I received were completely different. I couldn’t eat it. Pizza was also disappointing

Terrible - wont be going back. Jumbo Haddock Supper and Large Curry sauce ordered. Gave me the supper box only - had to ask for the curry sauce. Went outside to car a thought supper box was a bit light - no chips in box. Went back in - added the chips with no apology or extra chips (after checking their receipt box for my order). Got home and found wasnt a jumbo Haddock, was in fact a battered chicken breast they had given me. Wasn't even that busy to justify such mix up.

Staff seemed lovely, very frustrated to pay for my food then be told they have undercharged me then after receiving my order tried to charge for 2 sauce instead of one as I had asked for this at beginning, at this point I walk out as very poor service only to find out once I got home the chips were undercooked, what a waste money

The Texan BBQ didn’t stand up to previous orders as the you couldn’t really taste the sauce ! Other than that ok !

Ordered food for collection they said 15 minutes. I was there in 8 minutes l. Food was cooked to perfection. They threw in free crackers as well. The best chippy/Chinese in aberdeen bar none !
