Worst munchie box I’ve had so far. Chips were stale and it arrived cold. Took over an hour to arrive.

Ordered 2 mixed kebabs and they were actually cold and they wanted me to go back to the shop to get it replaced but when they say they made it fresh when I’m clearly watching them use meat from a ban Marie and a microwave that’s not fresh will be contacting food standards agency as the way they cook food and reheat it is going to cause food poisoning

Food was lovely and hot lovely big bits of chicken. Mushroom pakora could have been done with a sauce to dip in. The last time we ordered peshwari korma it was mango this time it was banana it was ok but wouldn’t order again

My full kebab was absolutely freezing cold it was dreadful it was also over 40 minutes late , I had just done a 12 hour shift and finally got something to eat for it to be actually inedible the kebab box had actually opened in the plastic bag so half the kebab wasn’t even in the box it was in the bag which is so unhygienic

An improvement on the last time I used Spiceation garlic sauce for the Calzone was missing. Still not up to the standards it used to be.

I'm a regular at this kebab shop. The guys are great and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing portions and full of flavour.

Great tasting food, favourite Indian in Aberdeen. This time they forgot to pack the naan bread so the owner drove out himself to deliver it! Great service 11/10

Yet again I’m still getting my order wrong! I specifically ordered a cheese cake not a cheese cake with strawberries on top which I can’t even eat Secondly I ordered the birthday cake ice cream and I get a chocolate honestly ridiculous how this just constantly keeps happening!! If you haven’t gotten that exact delicacy in store please don’t put it on the menu! I’d like to raise the matter and ask for my money back as I’ve still got everything with me and don’t mind returning it.

Ordered take away last week. Had three curries, all looked the same and no markings on containers to say what was what. The Nan bread was disgusting. Four small triangles flat. Ordered garlic but plain arrived. Curry was tasteless. Sorry but won’t be using again. On a plus side delivery was on time. Majority however went in bin

Been coming to this place for years, just phoned to ask if the rice was included in the biryani, cause I've never had it before. I just didn't want to spend extra money on rice as the online menu is unclear. I got hung up on by the person working there. Definitely a first for me when phoning any takeaway

Usually I’m wary of spice, but today it was fairly well. It was all cooked perfectly and tasted really great

Food was good, korma was enjoyed by my wife and son, I had the curry and chips with a wrap. Delivery was good timing as I live just outside the city. We are frequent users for these reasons.

Phoned regarding what time food would be delivered as it said online it had been . Told the driver was on way . 15 min later phoned back and told the driver was just leaving . When food arrived it was freezing cold this is second time I have had bad experience and will not be back

Donner was tasteless the chicken tikka massla was also tasteless, unedible we couldn't eat any of it apart from the poppadoms, dont waste your money, i also called to complain as it was that bad and got told it would be better next time, wont be a next time just awful!

This was my first time ordering food on just eat, I was craving some Indian food and just this place did not disappoint. Probably the best I’ve ever had

I ordered a munchie box , fair enough the amount of food was okay but I payed £14.99 and the food was genuinely terrible. I got 4 chicken pakora , 4 vegetable pakora , donor meat and about 4 chips. Chips were rock hard and box was half empty for £15 it was genuinely the worst £15 I have ever spent … Also it was like pulling teeth trying to get any respect in the shop So yeah to say the least I shall not be returning 👍🏻

Sent out a korma nothing like a jalfrazi

Food was delivered in the allotted time frame and was delicious. However, there were items missing from the order. This had a small effect on the enjoyment of the meal (I was looking forward to the pashwari nann with my korma and the juice was also missing) The meal was still delicious and enjoyed by us both and I will still very likely order from here again (I have ordered from here many times over the years, and the issues of missing items is very rare) I notified on the site that the items were missing and now just waiting on the missing items to be refunded. Was a very easy and straight forward process.

Best biryana ever other stuff good too although hoagie wrap is a bit confusing as I expected chips on the side not inside. I phoned and said the chips were missing and they delivered another

Not much chicken in the bhoona and naan bread horrible very stodgy with lack of taste, missing items and disgusted that you have to buy spiced onions and mango chutney when I feel if you pay for poppadoms it should come with it not very impressed at all and when I called about the missing items they were no help at all

chicken tikka starter was superb so was the boona it just had too much oil that's all. arrived a bit late but was hot on arrival and the driver apologised

I have generally always had a good experience when ordering with Spiceation. We enjoy the food and it will arrive on time or a little bit early. Think we have only had an order arrive late once out of the many orders we have placed. Delicious food and love getting the 10/20% off orders, definitely recommend.

I used to love this place the kebabs and pizza were always amazing, but the last few orders have been late and the quality of the kebab and other dishes are extremely poor
