Spiceation in Aberdeen City

The Asian cuisine is banging but pizza is top much bread with minimal tomato sauce. Great otherwise

I have never had a bad order from this restaurant always hot and good quality food love it

Late night/early morning order, usual place was closed so Spiceation was my lucky dip. Even though I ordered like 5 minutes before closing time, the order was still processed and delivered on time, hot, generous, filling and actually enjoyably tasty

Fabulous pizzas. Couldn't fault them. Nice and hot too.

charged for food and never received it called them told if I pay delivery charge again they will deliver someone really needs to let them know that is theft

Order confirmed 5.50pm now 7.45pm and still not received. Tried to call restaurant and just get message saying they can’t be contacted now. Won’t be using again.

Due to an accident the order was late. Rather than simply get in touch and cancel the order or ask if we’d like to wait for fresh, the take away delivered some of the food that had been in the crash. This was stone cold and inedible as the sauces were all over the bag. We would have rather they explained the situation and cancelled.

Absolutely the worst kabab iv had, First of all I ordered a pizza with chicken & mushroom there was hardly any mushroom on the pizza and the chicken was not good my kids only eat I slice each so 3 slices and that was it, I ordered chips & cheese with doner kabab they sent a wrap so had no chips and cheese again no one eat it and I asked for garlic mushrooms and I got a tub with mushrooms and double cream no garlic in it what so ever the salad was a bag of onions, I phoned them to ask about my order as it cost me £29 & I was told he is closed now nothing can be done about it oh and the driver bumped my daughter £1 change at the door 😏 very disappointed

Brilliant service and very pleasant , good natured delivery person. A wonderful change from the usual surly , uncommunicative lumps from DPD etc

it's been an hour without my food

Food was fine….. however the bottle of coke was flat, the lid isnt the standard one piece which makes me believe its over a year old….. really???

Ordered the food at roughly 1:30 and didn’t show up until 2 hours later. Not only was the food stone cold. It wasn’t anything up to any sorta standard. All overcooked and greasy.

Honestly the best kebabs we’ve had, fresh and full of flavour! Also arrived early, definitely our go-to for kebabs!

I am a repeat customer with Spiceation. Always a fast delivery hence food is always hot. the food is very good quality and Spiceation have a massive selection on their menu from fish and chips, Kebabs, Burgers, Wraps, curry's Pizzas, Sides and more

I didn't receive my order. wasn't notified, and then accepted without me getting my food

A little bit late but not a problem at all because the food was well worth the small wait. The weather was also shocking and we live a wee bit out of town so completely understandable, to the point where I would class it as on time. Driver was absolutely great, really polite and friendly. Every time I order from here I'm very pleased. Would 100% recommend. Top notch food, brilliant customer service!

complete rip off. "pakora" was stale and freezing. expected a whole naan not two corners of flat bread. donor meat was stale and freezing and the "salad" was a lump of supermarket coleslaw. very disappointing

Twice I’ve used Spiceation recently. Curry a few weeks back and kebab last night. Really good quality, tasty food. Quick delivery and food was piping hot and ready to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 mixed kebabs and they were actually cold and they wanted me to go back to the shop to get it replaced but when they say they made it fresh when I’m clearly watching them use meat from a ban Marie and a microwave that’s not fresh will be contacting food standards agency as the way they cook food and reheat it is going to cause food poisoning

Food not delivered by restaurant ,was told by them they had left it at reception but reception do not accept food , told to deal with just eat by them

Spotted a lovely looking dish on their just eat page, rang restaurant to see what it was…..totally different dish came! Very poor on their part as it spoilt expectations. All in all below average.

Food was lovely and hot lovely big bits of chicken. Mushroom pakora could have been done with a sauce to dip in. The last time we ordered peshwari korma it was mango this time it was banana it was ok but wouldn’t order again

My full kebab was absolutely freezing cold it was dreadful it was also over 40 minutes late , I had just done a 12 hour shift and finally got something to eat for it to be actually inedible the kebab box had actually opened in the plastic bag so half the kebab wasn’t even in the box it was in the bag which is so unhygienic

An improvement on the last time I used Spiceation garlic sauce for the Calzone was missing. Still not up to the standards it used to be.

I'm a regular at this kebab shop. The guys are great and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Amazing portions and full of flavour.

Great tasting food, favourite Indian in Aberdeen. This time they forgot to pack the naan bread so the owner drove out himself to deliver it! Great service 11/10

Yet again I’m still getting my order wrong! I specifically ordered a cheese cake not a cheese cake with strawberries on top which I can’t even eat Secondly I ordered the birthday cake ice cream and I get a chocolate honestly ridiculous how this just constantly keeps happening!! If you haven’t gotten that exact delicacy in store please don’t put it on the menu! I’d like to raise the matter and ask for my money back as I’ve still got everything with me and don’t mind returning it.

Ordené llevar la semana pasada. Tenía tres currys, todos parecían iguales y no había marcas en los contenedores para decir qué era qué. El pan Nan era asqueroso. Cuatro pequeños triángulos planos. Pedí ajo pero llegó sencillo. Curry era insípido. Lo sentimos, pero no se utilizará de nuevo. En un lado positivo la entrega fue a tiempo. Mayoría sin embargo fue en la papelera

Been coming to this place for years, just phoned to ask if the rice was included in the biryani, cause I've never had it before. I just didn't want to spend extra money on rice as the online menu is unclear. I got hung up on by the person working there. Definitely a first for me when phoning any takeaway

Usually I’m wary of spice, but today it was fairly well. It was all cooked perfectly and tasted really great

Food was good, korma was enjoyed by my wife and son, I had the curry and chips with a wrap. Delivery was good timing as I live just outside the city. We are frequent users for these reasons.

Phoned regarding what time food would be delivered as it said online it had been . Told the driver was on way . 15 min later phoned back and told the driver was just leaving . When food arrived it was freezing cold this is second time I have had bad experience and will not be back

Donner was tasteless the chicken tikka massla was also tasteless, unedible we couldn't eat any of it apart from the poppadoms, dont waste your money, i also called to complain as it was that bad and got told it would be better next time, wont be a next time just awful!

I ordered a munchie box , fair enough the amount of food was okay but I payed £14.99 and the food was genuinely terrible. I got 4 chicken pakora , 4 vegetable pakora , donor meat and about 4 chips. Chips were rock hard and box was half empty for £15 it was genuinely the worst £15 I have ever spent … Also it was like pulling teeth trying to get any respect in the shop So yeah to say the least I shall not be returning 👍🏻

Absolutely shocking the staff is so rude had ordered a king donner kebab and they sent a kebab with like 10 bits of donner got told not to order from them again I DEFO WONT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN

Food was delivered in the allotted time frame and was delicious. However, there were items missing from the order. This had a small effect on the enjoyment of the meal (I was looking forward to the pashwari nann with my korma and the juice was also missing) The meal was still delicious and enjoyed by us both and I will still very likely order from here again (I have ordered from here many times over the years, and the issues of missing items is very rare) I notified on the site that the items were missing and now just waiting on the missing items to be refunded. Was a very easy and straight forward process.
