Kingrob was overdone or had been sitting for too long as was very dry one end and chips were lying bit too long also! disappointed :(

Food was unfortunately very cold by the time it arrived.

Unfortunately food was delivered with bag open so food was only like warm. Shame because Rosehill is my favourite chipper.

Fui a cenar pollo y patatas fritas. Se dijo que el queso tenía que esperar 10 minutos, así que sí, no hay problema. Recibieron pedidos por teléfono para recoger, así que la gente venía a recoger allí. Pedí que pusiera los míos antes de que tuvieran que pedir un reembolso. Media hora después, me preguntó si quería algo más en el lugar de los pollos. Dijo que no, si había estado deseando algo más. Lo pediría. Todavía tenía otros 5 minutos, finalmente lo conseguí.

We order fish and chips through just eat tonight when the order arrived we were 1 fish supper short We rang the shop to be met by the most unhelpful staff member. She basically called us or the driver liars as the order was correct ! We have used this chipper for over 30 years but after service we got and attitude never again

Waited for food for 1 hour 40 minutes. Phoned to check status and woman said driver had gotten food and left 40 minutes prior to phoning. Driver made us aware the woman lied and he heard her on the phone- he only collected food when we called. Food was also missing some items

Chips were dry and burnt on each meal didn’t even eat them, driver was on time but didn’t knock on door food a bit cold however that may be due to the fact it seems like it’s been sitting for a while

I would rate it a good review but unfortunately I can't as I never recieved my order as it got delivered to someone else

wrong item sent. ordered smoked sausage got a battered sausage which no-one here eats. had to discard rest of order correct

Missing food and told by the chipper nothing they can do about it- just to claim money back on just eat. Not helpful when it was someone’s food and you don’t get money back straight away!

Entré el domingo incluso para una cena de pescado, cena de filete de pollo y cena de pastel de carne, estaba muy ocupado, pero estábamos felices de esperar, ya que siempre hemos disfrutado de la comida allí, pero después de ver la forma en que estoy presumiendo propietario desde la edad de ella estaba hablando con el personal en la tienda Y a los clientes sobre el personal, no volveremos! Mi hijo mayor autista vino conmigo y se ha sentido traumatizado por la atmósfera desde entonces. Fue muy incómodo, la mujer había gritado frente a una tienda llena diciéndole a las pobres chicas que era "una niña estúpida" junto con otros comentarios y tonos repugnantes. Le pregunté a la joven si estaba bien y me aseguró que estaba bien, sin embargo, su cara parecía muy molesta. ¡Inaceptable que una persona mayor y más sabia trate a los jóvenes de esa manera! Normalmente no pondría una mala crítica de una pequeña empresa, pero esto ha estado en mi mente toda la semana, sentí la necesidad de resaltar este problema.

order looked like it was open. was absolutely freezing when it got here.

Driver had no clue where he was going, even after I tried to give him directions, but he was more worried about trying to hide the fact he was in a car and not on a bike like he said he was, I ended up having to meet him at the local shop!

Delivery driver was prompt, and polite. Food was mediocre. Dry. Bit disappointing

food was of ok quality but they have changed they way they fry there fish and it was a little better hard to eat and the chicken was not good at all half went in the bin the small fish was more like tiny fish I will now not be using them anymore

When I ordered my meal the time said 20 minutes then the time changed twice and was over 30mins! Also asked for salt and vinegar which I never got! But the food was nice!

Arrived to collect my order at appointed time, I told a server behind the counter that I was here to collect my order to which I was told that I would just have to wait at the back of the queue like everyone else, when I enquired why would I have to wait when I had pre ordered and they had text me with a time of collection, the same obnoxious woman then tried to embarrass me by telling me that she had checked and there was no order by me, after proving her wrong, no apology, won’t be back

Terrible - wont be going back. Jumbo Haddock Supper and Large Curry sauce ordered. Gave me the supper box only - had to ask for the curry sauce. Went outside to car a thought supper box was a bit light - no chips in box. Went back in - added the chips with no apology or extra chips (after checking their receipt box for my order). Got home and found wasnt a jumbo Haddock, was in fact a battered chicken breast they had given me. Wasn't even that busy to justify such mix up.

Used to be a consistently decent chipper, recently been fairly poor quality, chips colder than Pittodrie on a Saturday in January and the feels like you're disturbing the staff from whatever they are doing.

terrible delivery time, kept getting pushed back and took 2 hours to arrive!! Food was cold! Called the chipper several times for an update there was no answer

This is the 2nd time I have ordered food and it has not arrived and I’ve been charged for it! There has been no delivery again, no food and I’ve been charged £47.88. This is basically stealing as the last time I lost my money:

Not usually one to complain but after coming here for 20 years, the portion size was minimal, compared to what you are served in the shop even being more expensive on just eat. the food did arrive hot. The order was also nearly 40 mins late.

This has been a chipper i have used for years but recently has went down hill the jumbo sausage are cooked in huge amounts and left sitting they are like rubber to be honest, just had fish and it was greasy and burnt at least 6 of the ready cooked same again with sausage. This type of food should be cooked to order especially for the cost of it. Wont be back

Food was fresh hot and good and tasty only gripe £3pound for a single pineapple is a bit much some others give 2 pineapples pieces so maybe a thought

time kept changing for delivery, ordered at 7.10, finally got food at 8.20 after initially being told it would be delivered at 7.40

Amazing amount of food for the price

1 chicken fillet supper batter was soft and tasted like old oil, all chips was cold and the dbl cheese burger there was no offer of salad or sauce and the was the cheese was not even in middle of the burger but under both burger 🤷‍♀️ it was so dry
