order looked like it was open. was absolutely freezing when it got here.

Driver had no clue where he was going, even after I tried to give him directions, but he was more worried about trying to hide the fact he was in a car and not on a bike like he said he was, I ended up having to meet him at the local shop!

Delivery driver was prompt, and polite. Food was mediocre. Dry. Bit disappointing

it's great service & very tasty food

food was of ok quality but they have changed they way they fry there fish and it was a little better hard to eat and the chicken was not good at all half went in the bin the small fish was more like tiny fish I will now not be using them anymore

Hopeless service, always cold, confused orders, as I paid cash it was the supplier instead of spending the rest of the money.

When I ordered my meal the time said 20 minutes then the time changed twice and was over 30mins! Also asked for salt and vinegar which I never got! But the food was nice!

Arrived to collect my order at appointed time, I told a server behind the counter that I was here to collect my order to which I was told that I would just have to wait at the back of the queue like everyone else, when I enquired why would I have to wait when I had pre ordered and they had text me with a time of collection, the same obnoxious woman then tried to embarrass me by telling me that she had checked and there was no order by me, after proving her wrong, no apology, won’t be back

Terrible - wont be going back. Jumbo Haddock Supper and Large Curry sauce ordered. Gave me the supper box only - had to ask for the curry sauce. Went outside to car a thought supper box was a bit light - no chips in box. Went back in - added the chips with no apology or extra chips (after checking their receipt box for my order). Got home and found wasnt a jumbo Haddock, was in fact a battered chicken breast they had given me. Wasn't even that busy to justify such mix up.

Never had a problem until yesterday I ordered a red pudding supper but was sent a white pudding supper just hope this was a one off if not I wont be using them again

Jumbo fish is small not worth the money ,too small for jumbo ,always small portion of chips for the price should be more

Used to be a consistently decent chipper, recently been fairly poor quality, chips colder than Pittodrie on a Saturday in January and the feels like you're disturbing the staff from whatever they are doing.

terrible delivery time, kept getting pushed back and took 2 hours to arrive!! Food was cold! Called the chipper several times for an update there was no answer

Delivered quickly, (Bridge of Don) crispy batter and really hot... delivery guy was very polite.. What's more to say? 😁👍

unfortunitly had to put food in microwave. as it was Luke warm.I will just keep to pick up.

You told me it was ready for collection at 1707 - I was at the restaurant for 1710 and didn’t get the order until 1727 - freezing

This is the 2nd time I have ordered food and it has not arrived and I’ve been charged for it! There has been no delivery again, no food and I’ve been charged £47.88. This is basically stealing as the last time I lost my money:

Fish is great, but very disappointing when one of the meals is missed! Jumbo haddock supper ordered and paid for was not delivered!

Not usually one to complain but after coming here for 20 years, the portion size was minimal, compared to what you are served in the shop even being more expensive on just eat. the food did arrive hot. The order was also nearly 40 mins late.

cold white chips all stuck together , batter on chip steak was soggy ,won't use again

Ordered through JustEat and it arrived on time, hot and excellent quality..chips tasted as if they wete freshly made before my order..probably 1 of the best chippies I have had

I’m really disappointed with the quality. Everything was overcooked and solid. Strangely my daughter and son-in-law had a meal from you the same night, and theirs was the same. I’ve been using Rosehill for years, and always enjoyed it. 😥

Food was fresh hot and good and tasty only gripe £3pound for a single pineapple is a bit much some others give 2 pineapples pieces so maybe a thought

This has been a chipper i have used for years but recently has went down hill the jumbo sausage are cooked in huge amounts and left sitting they are like rubber to be honest, just had fish and it was greasy and burnt at least 6 of the ready cooked same again with sausage. This type of food should be cooked to order especially for the cost of it. Wont be back

Just back and what I was expecting a whit pudding but no it’s a red pudding and chip ( most of them more like crisps) were cold Tried to call to complain and no answer. Very disappointing

time kept changing for delivery, ordered at 7.10, finally got food at 8.20 after initially being told it would be delivered at 7.40

Driver got lost, so food arrived cold. I had to use microwave meaning soggy batter ☹

wasn't as hot and fresh as it normally is, cos we're luke warm. still my favourite chipper though.

Amazing amount of food for the price

1 chicken fillet supper batter was soft and tasted like old oil, all chips was cold and the dbl cheese burger there was no offer of salad or sauce and the was the cheese was not even in middle of the burger but under both burger 🤷‍♀️ it was so dry

Ordered from Rosehill many a time usually everything is ok but tonight after spending over 30 pounds I was so disappointed the chips were all that crispy hard ones and the chicken fillets were so overcooked the batter on them was so hard and the chicken was chewy so gutted

Didn’t get the correct slush. Gave two small ones even though paid for a small and large. Very disappointed

Got order wrong, asked for single black pudding not an pineapple ring which is now in bin, if you want return customers you need to get orders right, disappointed

Very good fish 'n' chips, understandably busy, efficient service. There are many sayings on the wall in the local Doric dialect, and photographs, including one of the row of shops from about 1960!

Chips were undercooked, fish was dry. pie was overcooked.

understood why the word legend is used. been more than 20 years when i used to nip in on the way home on the bus n it's still great. crispy batter n great chips n we're absolutely stuffed. keep up the great work n great food

Completely wrong order delivered. Looking at the receipt, the order would still have been missing all the chips even if it had gone to the right customer. What did arrive was so dripping in fat that they wouldn't have been able to eat it anyway.

So disappointed tonight with the food it's normally lovely but tonight the fish and chips were cold and the batter was soggy! we were also given 2 singles and 1 supper when we ordered 2 suppers and 1 single I have tried calling but have had no answer not impressed this is not the first time our order has been wrong either

For the 3rd time my order has had the wrong items delivered, this time totally wrong order has been delivered and can’t get through to the driver or Rosehill Chipper to complain but can only get a refund which doesn’t help the fact that the food is not right, won’t be ordering again
