Hi Oishii in Aberdeen City

First time we have ordered from Hi Oishii. And never again It took over 2 hours for our order to arrive. I called the restaurant after waiting over an hour to be told the food was on its way. When the food did arrive, it was cold. There was an item we ordered missing, we received chicken nuggets and not chicken balls. The portions compared to other takeways is tiny I tried calling after we received our order to mention the missing curry sauce and wrong chicken nuggets. No answer after trying for 30 minutes Never again

Ordered instore for 1st time. Lovely presentation of the Jumbo Hi box... but most of all all items tasted amazing. This will be our regular from now on. 100% recommend to all.

Zero stars if i could. Ordered big sushi box and thai curry with duck through deliveroo. Food arrived 1.5 hpurs over estimated delivery time. They don't update delivery times. They dont pick up phone, goes to voicemail with mail box full, so you have no means of contacting restaurant. Even deliveroo live chat can't get through to them. Couldn't cancel order ascit was showing as being prepared. Food arrived, and if you dont want food poisoning, please dont order their sushi. Disgusting. The only thing out of whole big box that was edible was wakame salad. The rest of big box went in the bin. Thai duck curry didnt tasteclike Thai duck curry, does not come with rice. I had couple of spoonfuls and binned it. So i spent 40£ for one person on takeaway and it all went in a bin after 2 hour wait for it. Slend your money elsewhere

Don't go here, AVOID. We waited over THREE hours to get food that wasn't even good. We got lied to twice about the estimate time of arrival for food over the phone too. They didn't offer a discount for the next order or complimentary items for compensation for waiting THREE HOURS for food!!! We also heard arguments over the phone between the workers too, unprofessional. PLEASE AVOID!!!

Best Chinese Ive had in Scotland so far. The chicken was so crispy and amazing sauce. Nice it came with some onions and cabbage too , I love some extra vegetables. Salt and pepper sweet potatoes were so good too. No greasy and all cornstarch all over. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely order again and try some sushi too.

First time there, lovely staff and great food. Reasonably priced and huge selection. They made a mistake in my order but to be fair I wasn't fussed and it was super tasty. Big kudos for the lovely, clean boxes: properly packed with each item in a separate container, not thrown all together like others do. 100% will return. Can be hard to park nearby but you can order in advance or get delivered.

First time ordering sushi from this place. I found it weird how all sets of sushi just tell you how many pieces but not what kind of sushi. Leaves you guessing are they veggie or salmon or whatever else. Please take some time to update this as it is very confusing when trying to order. Otherwise no complains, good value for money and great quality ingredients.

Very bad delivery driver, No proper handling of such a delicate food.

The merchant forgot to update the condition and when I recieved my food it was still "not on the way"."

Excellent food. Very tasty, good size portions and delivered on time and hot.

Ordered the super hi box. Options for ordering quite complicated which put me off but got there. Food arrived quickly and well presented but taste was just very average. Nothing tasted good enough to make me return I’m afraid.

Only slightly late from time given. Quality of the food was great, however arrived not as hot as we would have liked. Would definitely order again though! No update given until out for delivery.

Well to be honest was the WORST takeaway I’ve ever had the portions wouldn’t even feed a child. One of my chicken balls never even had chicken in it very disappointed will not be ordering for here again and would not! recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could , ordered at 4.06pm arrived at 6.30pm freezing cold . Will never go back , stupid little portion sizes in soaking wet cardboard boxes 🤢🤢

Delivery was late, restaurant wouldn't answer when I called to get an update and didn't get an apology from the delivery driver. Fortunately the meal was delicious though

Portion are very small and i ordered chicken teriyaki but it was nothing like a teriyaki.

Gyoza was good, salt and pepper chicken was chewy and prawn toast was bland. Pretty poor

You need Sushi Station delivery boxes instead of Hi Oishi 🙄😜

Wonderful fresh good quality food at a great price, need I say more. They had a bit of a technical issue with receiving my order but well worth the wait 😊 Also thank you to the person who delivered the order, super friendly and gracious. I love Hi Oishii and have recommended to friends too, loving the new range of sushi too! 🍣😁

I have several orders from here over the course of the last year or so before you closed for refurbishment and since you opened back up had various things off the menu cant fault any of it not at al greasy only thing I’d say is in the munchie box the chicken balls are tiny but great food definitely worth a try great value for money 😁👍👌

Absolutely lovely ordered the jumbo box for two of us didn't realise the boxes were packed to the brim the flavors are delicious and yes we look forward to eating the other 5 boxes tomorrow, totally recommend, lovely having all the choices

First time ordering from here and the food was amazing. Chicken was fresh and loads of flavour. We ordered Wee High boxes and for being the smallest boxes the portions were quite good. Definitely worth the money. My new favourite place to go will definitely be back

First time ordering, fast delivery, brilliant customer service, good food. An order was wrong, called up, very apologetic, a replacement quickly delivered and was gifted prawn crackers as well. Definitely will order again and try different dishes 😊

Never again.... Waited for the food for 3 hours... They gave me 30% discount asana apologies,but itsnot the point... And the pizza for my daughter was worse pizza I have seen in my life...couple of slices put in 2 little boxes?...really? Avoid this place people

This is our new favourite takeaway. Love that the dishes have fresh produce, are nicely portioned and are always delivered piping hot! We’ve order the cute Hi boxes about 5 different times now and it’s been top notch each time! Highly recommend!

Ordered on just eat, delivered in under 30 minutes, huge array of options and the jumbo box was enough to feed 3. Great experience!
