Pizza Hut Delivery in Aberdeen City

The Texan BBQ didn’t stand up to previous orders as the you couldn’t really taste the sauce ! Other than that ok !

havnt received it yet,you shouldn't say its been delivered when it's still in store, ordered it a t 7pm will get it at nearer 9pm now, only 1 driver apparently, utter joke I'm starving. and I did phone the store, shocking service

Order was put through the app as delivered at 12:30 but no sign of courier until 1am. Had to phone restaurant to see what was happening with the order to be told it should be there shortly. Food arrived cold and unenjoyable

Order changed to delivered before received so called to check it hadn't gone to wrong address. Was told it's on it's way (without being asked who was calling) and was then rudely hung up on when I questioned what address it was going to...

Driver was very polite 5 stars

I don't mind how long it takes for delivery but just eat said it was delivered before it was and that caused anxiety. so maybe better updating of this in the future wouldn't go amiss.

Never received my order! the apps keep telling- thank you for your order and give the estimated delivery but didnt update the status. been waiting till finish the estimation delivery but nothing and suddenly enjoy your food! very disappointed plus money already being taken :(

Order just received was undercooked soggy and I have never seen so much grease on a pizza, I had the pizza box on my lap for 2 mins and trousers are coverd. Pizzas put straight in bin

Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 hot on arrival all fruit was lovely the ice cream was too and I love the wafer on top. The flavour of all was just how I like it, scottish tablet perfect 🥰 and choc chip too.

Didn't receive a confirmation email which I would have liked as we were wondering if the order had in fact gone through. Begian to think about going out to get food elsewhere.

Food said it was delivered but it never came. great job letting drivers steal from people paying money to get food for the driver to pick up the food then not deliver

It didnt come with the garlic bits on the crust but still soooo good love it☺️

The order was 30 minutes late and cold. I had called the shop and was told that the order had left 5 minutes before which would have still made it very late. Absolute waste of time and money!!!!

The food was amazing. We ordered takeaway, the food arrived 15 minutes earlier than the earliest time they said which is great. The wait time was only 20-25min. It was very tasty, the food arrived very hot which is nice as I like eating food hot/very warm. I wish I would have took some pictures but we ate the pizza, sides and the dessert quite fast. We ordered wedges, the two different types they offer and both of them were scrumptious. Same goes to pizza and the dessert, it wasn’t too sweet and the ice cream which came with it was lovely.

Food here tasted awful maybe aswell placed dodgeball with the pizza as very rubbery texture. Burnt chicken didn't go down well with the kids either. Think will stick with papa John's or domino's

I called them and they wouldn't believe my order, I'm outraged I needed that for my party 🤬🤬🤬

Delivery was late and food got cold

Pizza was rubbish, won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Also delivery times jumped right up then ended up arriving before the estimate so wasn’t prepared.

The pizza tonight was really good and delivery was prompt. It was very hot when it arrived.

This meal was ordered and a delivery time of 1hr 30 minutes was quoted. After the pizza delivery time was 10 minutes overdue I contacted the store and was told it was on its way, I left it another 15 minutes and the meal still had t arrived so I called again and asked where it was? The guy who answered accused me of being rude, which I absolutely was not, before telling me that it had left inside the allotted time and was on its way. So the meal had been in transit for 25 minutes at this point and was not going to be hot as I expected it to be. The meal arrived cold and with no appology for late delivery, absolutely no way would I use Pizza Hut again!!

Just got a takeaway! Order wrong! Spend a fortune for it be wrong isn’t good enough.

Delivery took ages, Inedible food, ordered flat bread, the bbq sauce was awful, genuinely think it was off!

The food was cold. Very expensive. £27 for pizza and a garlic bread and a drink. Also I asked for Pepsi and Pepsi max arrived which I do not like. Not good enough.

The Pizza was very dry and tasteless, missed the dips of my order also. I’ve had better oven pizza’s unfortunately.

Said it would arrive for 00:30 and im still awake at 00:53 and it has not arrived, awful service i would like a refund please youve took my money and not even delivered my food

My pizza was a bit crushed on the way over here. EDIT: after contacting them they replaced my pizza as quickly as someone can replace a pizza. I really appreciate that customer service actually feel bad for leaving a review but the fact that they offered to replace it with no fuss is definitely gonna keep me coming back here.

could have been slightly hoter but was really freezing outside so obviously food cooled a lot quicker in transit.. my drink & my dip were missing but again not a big deal for me... just had tap water instead. Not the best pizza hut I've had pizza was quite dry (no enough sauce) but delivery was quick... Good enough to fill my stomach. I will give it another go next time around.

My bell was never rang my neighbour took my order in , as they had knocked on door also never got my potato wedge got 2 portion of the cheese triangles. Was going to phone but was not going to wait another half an hour for potato wedges .

Pizza was excellent. Only issue was it was over an hour early So cold when we were ready to eat

My father passed away a few years ago in this Pizza Hutt, he was enjoying a medium pizza when he choked on the over sized crust. Apart from that it’s a nice establishment only reason it’s 1 star is because of the sad sad memories. I have attached a photo of my late father and my best friend who frequently visits this pizza hutt.

Absolutely shocking placed an order got the meal but no juice so rang the store and was told it would be redelivered waited 1hr and still no juice phoned a second time and was told they would send it waited another 47 mins and still no juice first 2 phone calls heard me perfectly phoned a third time and apparently it was a poor connection and they couldn't here me fair to say won't be ordering there again

I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, base off Pizza was rock hard and couldn’t eat it. Very very disappointed as have ordered from them before. Definitely lost a customer. Tried to call the shop twice with no answer.

Pizza was disgusting, couldn’t eat it. It was also freezing cold.

Terrible. Asked for the pizza to be delivered at 1930 as my son would be back home by then. It was delivered at 1820. I had a slice and it was lukewarm, by the time my son came home I needed to reheat in the oven. Defeated the purpose of getting a delivery. Won’t be ordering again.

Can you call this a “Medium Pizza”? Well, I can’t. All I see is bread with some black olives.

Should have given a 0 rating,ordered food at 19:30pm, being told my food just left the store (20:44) 30 mins in food hasn't arrived yet called again to be told my food got delivered at a wrong address so yeah my food gets delivered at 22:00pm,well done LIES HUT this is why you loose your loyal customers to dominozz.

The pizza was rubbish unfortunately and they forgot my dips

had no ice cream with the cookie dough dessert, and no dip along with my side. pizza was shocking & overall it was all cold. terrible food, excellent delivery.

If I could rate this zero star I would, don't waste your time purchasing a KFC pizza as there is literally no gravy or sauce, just chicken popcorn on a pizza. There was also a hair on my other pizza, during a pandemic you'd expect they'd be vigilant of these types of things, along with undercooked bacon. Such a shame as pizza hut is one of the best types of pizza in my opinion, this branch has let us down though and I won't order again from this one

Delivery driver does not ready notę with instructions how to do delivery. He delivered to late, food was cold.

Can’t fault the delivery, but the food was dry and cold and potentially the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had! After a very long journey I really looked forward to this and was extremely let down and didn’t eat half of it.

Pizza looked like it was cut by one of my kids and thrown in box from a distance. I know it’s only pizza but it was still £18 for a medium pizza

The delivery guy arrived around 20min earlier than expected so I was even happier with my food. Pizza was nice and warm and tasty as usual. Definitely recommended option for keyworkers staying at Aberdeen Airport

I pre ordered my pizza at 16:00. At 16:30 I got a call to say my pizza was on it way which I wasn’t ready for. I asked for it to be delivered at 18:00. I popped down to reception in the hotel I am staying at to find my pizza was just sitting on t eh side without anyone contacting me. This was at 18:10. I then called the restaurant to explain and they said they would make my order again. At 19:00 I call to find out they hadn’t made my order and said it had already been delivered. I explained it was Cold when I received it and missing the garlic dip I had paid for. They offered no solution to this other than I had received my pizza and that’s it. I am now chasing a refund as I didn’t eat my cold half missing late pizza. Bad service and not happy

Still piping hot, was so good and delivery driver respected the 2 meters social distancing. Well done Pizza Hut. Happy customers x

Pedido a domicilio de una pizza más 1 litro y medio de jugo de botella. Cuando se entregó, el conductor tenía la botella de jugo encima de la bolsa de pizza doblando la pizza por la mitad. Lo comprobé antes de pagarlo y el topping se pegó a la parte superior de la caja. El conductor no estaba muy contento cuando le dije que no estaba pagando por el servicio de basura. No estaba contento con esto, por decir lo menos.

Ordered at half 7, still didn't arrive 8.45. They wouldn't pick up the phone for ages, eventually got through to them and told it was next to be delivered so still hadn't left the store at 8.45

Everytime I order they deliver in a speedy way. The pizza is so so good that when you have somthing left you can't eat it the next day. But the best is their garlic bread. Love this place

I am legitimately baffled at your incompetence to complete what seems to be a simple task. The meal took two hours to be delivered (only live about quarter a mile away) and they still managed to under cook the chicken, as well as receiving a melted tub of ice cream and some wet pizza. 0/5 It was not fast nor food. failing on both requirements. Could have just went to dominos and not wasted two hours

New delivery driver didnt know the area. Had to call the shop to see what the hold up was to find they were sending the order with another driver. Food was barely warm when it got here. Food was not good. All it would have taken was a phone call to say driver was lost and needed directions!!!!!

Order 2 pizzas a chicken supreme and a margarita after waiting a hour or so for our pizza's open up the children's to find that there was no cheese on it, odd giving it's a main ingredient for pizza!!! Phoned them up only to be told we would have to wait another 40 minutes for another pizza giving there incompetent staff clearly can't see what's written in front of them in black and white you would be thinking they would make there mistake a priority, kids ended up with chicken out the freezer instead of a nice treat

Absolutely mince service, 2 wrong orders and a 2 hour wait to drive away n still get the wrong pizzas and side, one pizza wis made by footpump and and staff are all chookters

Nachos were perfect and the pizza was really tasty
